Big, bold American flavours freshly made in house served up every day. Choose from the sweet, smoky taste of their famous Jack Daniel’s glaze smothered onto dishes throughout the menu. Signature steak grills and the fantastic range of fall off the bone pork ribs are a must have when visiting TGI Fridays.
Famed for its fantastic drinks selection, guests at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong cocktail list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
The toilets can be a bit cleaner & freshners placed. The atmosphere is estatic. Staff are ok can be more knowledgeable on the menu. The purple rain was too sweet and no alcohol!
Set lunch menu was great value with large portions. Ideal location for pre theatre meal
The service was wonderful, we enjoyed our meal and the ambiance
Musikken var for høj. Dametoiletter var tilstoppede - oplevede det samme for 2 år siden, hvilket ikke er særligt lækkert. Maden var af fin kvalitet, men forventede større portioner når jeg er vant til at komme på TGI i USA. Alt i alt OK.
I love tgis never had a bad experience
We had a reservation for 15 people for the birthday celebrations. When booking the table I mentioned that we re going to have a promotion code. We were warned that we are going to have few separated tables, which were fine. What no one told us, that we won't be able to apply our promotion for free drinks (for 5 people) because every single table had only 4 people on them and our water did not count us as 12 people and counted us as 3 different tables. As a good will he gave us only £8 redeemable or smth like that.. Which is a joke, as we left about £200 and if 5 people could use the code, we could get about £40-£50. We did not want to embarrass ourselves our the rest if the guest argues because of the code, we just paid the bill and left. But I feel a bit fooled and upset. Felt like we have been tricked to get to the venue (because my friend got the code online for her birthday and suggested that I book the table, as there is a good offer). Apart of that, service was good and food was delicious as always, but everyone left with the bitter feeling because of this situation.
I have been several times and love it. Only thing is the music is always so loud! On top of people talking makes it really hard to have a conversation.
Great food and great service. Get a lot for your money!
Food was nice although chicken was dry. Food is expensive, paying for the brand
Waiter was very fruendly and very helpful, food was good but on the expensive side
As you know our booking was for 6pm we arrived on time and was seated straight away, it then took 18mins for our order to be taken (our section was not full with 3 waiters working it) after we ordered we then waited a further 15mins for our drinks and another 5mins for our food. My meal was incorrect and had to go back and my wife’s meal was just warm but as we had tickets for a show and due to the slow service we no longer had time for both meals to go back. When we finished and asked for the bill it took us standing up and putting our coats on for the waiter that we had asked that was just standing in a corner to go and get it for us. You really need to retrain your waiters in customer service and how to be attentive to their customers.
Food was good but there was no service to rate, would not even give the service one star! No one asked us how the food was, service was generally slow and had to ask for the bill multiple times. The only reason I'd return to this TGI is for the cocktails which are lovely, otherwise its not worth it considering there are many other restaurants to choose from.
After a visit to the theatre a great way to end the day
Lovely food, well cooked and very tasty........ but awful staff! Lazy, stroppy and unhygienic. Waiter dropped someone else’s fries on the floor next to us and instead of picking them up he kicked them under our table! Bill took 15 mins to arrive even though restaurant was only half full. When it did I pressed the no gratuity button on the card machine, fully intending to leave cash on the table....... waiter said and I quote “ oh that’s a shame, I thought I deserved at least a few quid from your pocket “ needless to say I decided against leaving cash on the table after.
Ribs were perfect
Phillipe (spelling) was very professional and made sure we had a great evening.
Great friendly service.
Staff were very friendly and efficient they recognised my daughter although 40 years birthday had Learning Disabilities. They treated her with respect and made her feel very special THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES!
The music is way too loud for me. It would be nice if there could be some areas in the restaurant where it is a bit quieter.
TGI atmosphere is great! Service is on the whole great! Had a bad experience with whom I presume was the manager at the picidilly corcus branch, who had an issue with allowing me to sit at my table that I had pre-booked as I was 10 minutes early (for a 17:30 booking to a half empty restaurant) and my 3 friends had not arrived. I felt bullied into sitting at the bar which I did not feel comfortable doing and I had to justify myself before she allowed me to sit at my free table, followed by a comment about whether I am sure my friends will turn up on time. Other than this undermining incident, food was great, worth the price tag, amazing cocktails and friendly service! My waitress Angela was a pleasure!
A great meal! Staff member that serviced us was funny and professional!
Very good Restaurant, friendly and fast Service. A re-visit at my next stop in London
Angela was a great server! she really made my daughters evening by giving her a flower balloon!
Good Food and services. Would prefer more options for vegetarians. Lively atmosphere
I love TGI fridays however on my last visit I was really dissapointed with the food quality. It was cold and just didnt taste anywhere near worth £10.99. Two more people who ordered burgers felt the same way. Hopefully it was on just an off day.
