The service was a little long but as it was Saturday night I still thought it was acceptable. Well priced food, I will definitely cone again.
When our drinks were served, we weren't given any glasses so I had to go tot he bar and get them myself. Other than that, we had a great time and would like to make a special mention for our waiter David, who was very good!
Excellent night out - lovely meal
The food and service were lovely but the restaurant is let down by the ladies toilets which were disgusting - they smelt foul and the whole washroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. A drastic refurbishment of the washrooms is definitely needed.
Amazing service and great food for all the family
Great service and quick!
Only issue was the straws kept breaking. With my £10.99 cocktail I used 4 straws but only fault as food and staff were brilliant
Great atmosphere good food, this is my favourite tgi in london
Tasty food, was seated on time and served quickly.
Waiter was very slow and had to ask for the bill 3 times
Server was rushed. Took over 10 mins to bring some mayonnaise by which time my daughter had nearly finished her chips. Food was nice, but the dust and dried food on the walls and pictures bedside me was rather concerning.
We had always in the past enjoyed our family visits to TGI we were surprised that a table was ready and waiting for us. We spoke of our surprise as it had always been a busy restaurant but there were a number of tables available. It would soon be clear - 1st waitress was rude and was quickly returned replaced with a much nicer chap. The booth was dirty and the toilets awful dirty, smelly and out of paper, no atmosphere and completely different experience from any of our previous visit. Food was ok but not at the level We had previously had. Disappointing and will not be returning to TGIs again .
Obviously expected it would be busy on a Saturday evening however, the staff seemed stressed rushed and were panicking. No time was taken to interact when taking the order. The food was cold, and had no real care with presentation. The toilets were disgusting, and unfortunately the whole meal felt rushed, but to be honest we were pleased to get out of there
Food was lovely all cooked properly and very hot I do think it’s a bit pricey and there isn’t a huge menu choice but well worth a return visit
Unfortunately when having my dinner put in front of me by the waitress she tipped the plate and the jack daniels sauce was poured all over me covering my shirt, jeans and £250 boots. I had to run to the toilet to clean myself up as best I could. When I came back to my meal it was pretty cold but I ate it anyway as I did not want to wait around for another meal to come. This was not a great start to the evening as me and my group were due to go out to a club following the meal and I had to spend the night smelling of jack daniels sauce. The manager was nice and did offer us a discount on our meal or to pay for my boots as long as I had a receipt. We took the discount as I thought I had managed to save them. Only when I got home did I notice the extent of how much sauce has got on them. I have further cleaned them however sticky black jack Daniels sauce is not the easiest to get out of light tan boots. The manager was very understanding and polite. However when my girlfriend told one of the staff what had happened whilst I was cleaning up, she told us the other waitress was new, almost trying to excuse the incident and that they would wait to see what the damage was like before trying to rectify anything. Mistakes happen which I fully understand, however it was pretty embarrassing and put a downer on the rest of the night.
Great service and a great place for a birthday get together
Had the new surf and turf burger but was really disappointed. It was dry and very bland
Great! Great service. Great food. Great drinks.
We loved your food ❤️
Did not receive our food until 50 minutes after we ordered and only received it as we asked another waiter about why it was taking so long and then one portion of chips were cold. Also my sister ordered a frozen margarita which was by no standards frozen! The waiter did apologise for the time of service and asked the manager for 40 % off of our bill . Honestly this was enough to keep us quiet in the restuarent but I made this reservation for my mums 60th birthday dinner which she flew from Northern Ireland to London for , to spend time with me and my sister and this ruined the memory of the night . We will not be returning here again and it is a shame that this happened on a special night and I hope this will not be repeated for other customers
Manager #1 threatened to persecute me when my card was declined 4 times, took all my bank info, my address (both here in England and in Canada), my phone number (again, England and Canada) and my email. Said I had until Tuesday to pay or he’d press charges. I left the location in tears, and cane back to try to pay at least some of it with the £9.80 I managed to find digging through my purse and backpack. Manager #1 had left for the night, manager #2 was shocked he had done this and ripped up the paper with my personal information and told me not to worry and nothing would happen to me. I could’ve had mr whole university degree ruined because a manager felt the need to act powerful over a £23 bill, acting as if I had no intention of paying in the first place.
Server barely spoke when taking the order. The only words she said were hi. No name and didn't ask if we were ready to order or if we wanted drinks first. Due to an illness I had to order from the gluten free menu. Which meant we had to wait for a manger to take this order. Given that they have a specified many and other restaurants from the same chain do not require this I found it very odd. After ordering our food it took over 30 minutes to arrive at the table. We only had a main dish as the service quality was so poor.
Really lovely service - especially for birthdays!
Waiter was great - fab table in the window - a relaxing post theatre meal - whilst the restaurant was busy we were not rushed at all .
