Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
On arriving we didn’t wait long to be seated. There after service was slow. Once we ordered there was a delay in getting food and drinks. Food finally came and was cold. Very disappointed. To top it off had a very upset stomach following the meal. Unfortunately will not be coming back.
Nice experience although service was lacking at times. Prices could be cheaper especially on cocktails but otherwise had a very nice time.
Poor service. But excellent food and drink
amazing restaurant, it will forever be my favourite food
Very freindly and wecoming and all happy and work hard
Really not happy, my husband orders a bud, when received the top of the bottle was smashed, this is shocking, it was replaced, but I don’t think it was taken seriously, also, we waited 25 minutes for our plate to be collected, and for the bill, really ruined our evening
Very good customer service Nice food
We were served by Ian who was a great help, very welcoming and friendly
Thanks to our waiter Peter my son had amazing surprise with the Birthday Cake, it's made him to feel really special. Much appreciated!!!
The waiter lost control of his tables - got served after table beside us who arrived after us and waited more than 20 minutes to pay our bill - didn’t get offered condiments such as ketchup and mayonnaise
Good quality food. Good portion sizes. Friendly staff.
My Mum and I really enjoyed our meal at the restaurant yesterday afternoon
Pleasant atmosphere and staff Not rushed to vacate our table Most enjoyable meal
I have been to varying TGI’s over the years & always found them to be very good, on this occasion I was very disappointed, the cocktails we were served were so bad they were sent back, the food appeared as if it had been cooked & kept warm. My salmon had been cooked to within an inch of it’s life. I am very loathe to go back to TGI’s as this was the 2nd bad experience I had had within a week
Food was great, took a while for it to come out though. service was okay.
Overall very happy
Shoddy service, dirty plates not cleared away, a rather rude waitress made an unnecessary remark to our son. The whole place did not inspire me to ever return to a TGI Friday anywhere.
My favourite restaurant - food is delicious, portion sizes are brilliant, staff are always full of energy, polite and happy to help.
Ok the waiter was late but always friendly and willing to help
Service was appalling. Given wrong drink, took 30 minutes to get the bill. Food was average, nachos slopping and bland. Disappointing visit to the O2 branch.
We had reserved a table before coming as we knew it would be busy as there was an event. We arrived just before and we’re seated straight away. Food was excellent and came quite quickly. Only criticism we have was the cocktails weren’t great. My iced tea tasted more like lemonade.... apart from that an excellent visit. Will come again if we return to the O2.
Lovely staff. A bit too noisy. Good starters. Poor Burger. Very warm glass served for the beer. Not as good as Covent Garden or Kingston.
Slow to serve, order was forgotten until chased 45 mins after order placement. Food was cold. Waiter huffed at us when I asked to order drinks and said he would tell the waitress to come. No waitress came. Had to ask another member of staff to order a drink. Was informed the waiting time would be longer than ‘usual’ for my drink to arrive. Hard to see why the service was so bad when half the restaurant was empty.
Extremely slow, we were seated for 40 minutes before anyone even asked us for drinks and waited even longer when we eventually ordered food. Very poor.
There was an issue with our food but Jack H was fantastic in sorting this out.
