Service was terrible, staff spending more time standing about at kitchen door talking to each other. Waited 25mins for someone to take our drinks order. When ordered food I asked for one main meal to come out with the one starter we ordered and was told they can’t do that both mains can only come out after the starter is finished. Why? That makes no sense if you request your main at same time as starter I don’t see the problem. When the main meal did come out we waited another 5-7mins for cutlery to eat it. I had salmon and the veg looked disgusting. Iv never experienced this at any TGI’s Iv been to. It was for my sons birthday but they didn’t even mention it or say happy birthday to him. Normally they sing but not for us. Would never visit again.
Service was superb, food and drinks yummy !
Lovely food, quick service and good value for money during the week.
Excellent service and didn’t rush us out either
The service is slow. It can be done much better.
We had ketchup on our table, another table asked for ketchup, the waitress just did a 360 turn and saw ketchup on our table and literally just took it without checking with us if we were still using the ketchup. just think that was unprofessional. the music was really loud, couldn't hear what my partner was saying.
Really great. Staff mixed a few things up. But could tell they loved their jobs and made the experience great. Will definitely come back
Service was awful and extremely slow. We waited 10 minutes for our drinks and had to ask a waitress if they were coming. Our waitress didn't check up on us until after the main course. Decided to have dessert and waited 35 minutes for an ice cream! Won't be returning.
We waitied over 1hr for our food, normally the children dishes comes out with the starters. So we had very hunger and upset kids. We were a family of six. They had no sweet potato fries and we only got told while waiting for our for food. Apparently they had no Ribs the day before either. There was no tomato sauce available. After complaining to the manager he was not willing to offer us anything to compensate for our letdowns. This is the worse TGI I've been too and I will definitely not be revisiting. On the positive our waitress was very nice and helpful even tho she was a trainee.
Really friendly atmosphere and fast service
Service was slow but waiter very apologetic. Waited 20mins before our drink order was taken then took a further 15mins before our drinks arrived. Very slow.
Welcoming team was hostile and rude
Had to wait 30 mins more than booking time Service was impeccable Food was satisfactory, very busy so perhaps not cooked to usual standards
We arrive 5 mins late my mates got there before me and your staff was very polite and let me find my friends sitting at the table. Most places won’t even do that I love #TGI
Very long wait to be served at times. My daughter got one very quiet lady to sing happy birthday to her, we've been coming here for many many years. This time was a disappointment unfortunately. Food was lovely. Just slow to come out and more than 30 mins to get our bill and birthday cake after asking. We'd most certainly still come here and advise people to come still, as it's our place to go and tradition for us.
Service was absolutely appalling. Staff were ridiculously rude. Definitely will not be returning.
Unfortunately after arriving at our table on time, early so that we could get to see Alison Moyer before Tears For Fears on Wednesday 6/2/19, for some reason our whole order supposedly"dropped off the system". We ordered our drinks at 5.45pm, only half had arrived by 6.10pm, we ordered our food by 6pm, the starters arrived finally at 6.30pm, 2 or our mains arrived at 7pm, the others didn't arrive till 7.10pm. we were supposed to have vacated the table by 7.15pm, and be seated by 7.30pm. We rushed through our meals leaving much of them, & unfortunately was late to Alison Moyet. Not very impressed.
Really made welcome
Good food , good service
The staff was very rude and argued with me over something that could of been resolved right away. Poor customer service. The price is to high not good value for money..
while i found the service pretty good ,it was busy . food always good and cocktails good too . the only fault i find are the restrooms . there were toilets out of order disabled toilet had no light in it and lack of toilet paper . for a restaurant with a good reputation i feel the toilets let it down .
