They dropped my friends food. And everything was delayed. The workers didn’t even look like they wanted to be there

Me and my family were all pleased. Food and drinks were good. Been to TGI’s many times but never dined at the O2 one before. Son enjoyed he’s birthday, waiter was really helpful.

drinks cocktails were terrible standards have slipped. tgi is known for its cocktails not sure if it was a new staff member who had not been trained but drinks were like water mine had to be replaced 3 times and in the end it was still disgusting. ribs were burnt and overall dont think i will be back soon i usually love tgi but this experience was a total shambles and a waste of 80 odd pounds.

Booked table for 14.30, we were sat down at table at 14.58. Service was very slow 2.5hrs to get a main and desserts. Ordered five dessert only got four. It would of taken even longer to get out if I hadn’t asked for bill when I asked where our fifth dessert was. Although we were not charged for the missing dessert. Can’t say I’d be in a hurry to return to this restaurant anytime soon.

Very disappointed with my experience. My salmon was burnt .My food was cold after waiting 45 minutes for it . They did not even acknowledge my online request. This is not even half of what happened to me .

Normally food experience but we ordered 2 berry sundaes and one came out melted so we sent it back and asked for a replacement When we got home we realised we had been charged for 3. Very disappointed

Very disappointing for a Tgi's. No draught beer available and no burgers (!) On the children's menu. So an unhappy dad and an unhappy 7 year old.

Very slow service been at the table 30 mins before anyone took an order. Had to cancel dessert as service so slow we would have missed the beginning of the concert. A lot of staff working hard others doing nothing one guy never did a thing other than walk up and down empty handed for over an hour. All in all not the best of visits

Good food but very poor service. Staff on door were trying to be on the phone to a customer as well as ushering people to tables - that just doesn’t work! We had pre-booked but had to stop a member of staff who was rushing past, in order to be seated. Our “waitress” brought us our menus...then the next time we saw her was when we flagged her down to get our bill when we’d finished!- in between that we had to get up from our table to get a different member of staff for each stage of our meal: to order drinks; to order food; to get the food from the hot plate and bring it to our table; to ask about desserts. Oh and if the waiter that I politely asked to get me some bbq sauce is still planning to bring it to my table please don’t worry because it was two days ago and I’ve finished my meal now.

All the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our table was ready for us when we arrived even though we arrived really early. All the staff made my daughters 6 birthday meal for all her friends a really enjoyable day the food was amazing.... my daughter loved how everyone sang happy birthday to her that was lead by the staff. Without a doubt I would recommend anyone to go here

Service was slow and I wanted to scan my receipt on the app but the receipt is badly printed so cannot claim the points on app. We nearly missed start of show as although we sat at 5.30 we had to ask 4 times to pay bill and choices on menu had run out. Very disappointing

Was charge extra for 2 item this was not remove from the bill. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food my son was so hungry cried and fell asleep he is only 2 years old. Birthday son to my older son was like no effort happy birthday and was it. very disappointed

Awful. Water 30 mins for drinks, including children's, waited 1 hour for starters and my son's main came out cold, the beans were do dry that when I tipped the bowl upside down they didn't budge. Ended up cancelling the mains and leaving. It was a 21st birthday dinner too so very disappointed

When first showed to our table the waitress had sat another set of diners there. The waitress took our order, but wasn’t very enthusiastic or smiley. We awaited our food and then our mains came over despite having ordered starters. We sent the mains back as wanted starters first. Once starters eventually arrived they cleared our plates and brought our mains over instantly. Therefore our food had been sat waiting and this cold. Didn’t raise the issue at the time as we had to get off to the Drake concert and didn’t have time to faff about.

The lady at the hosting station got us in early even though it was super busy! She was so polite and helpful, the Barman was very politely and welcoming, the waiter was very attentive and the food was fantastic without a long wait! For such a busy venue on a drake concert the team were absolutely fabulous! Well done to everyone who works in he 02 :)

Our waiter jay was amazing very good and friendly! But the member of staff who was in charge of seating us seated the wrong party onto our table by mistake and when she realised her mistake was extremely rude and told us that we were 5 minutes early and that we will have to wait even though I received an email advising us to arrive 15 minuets before our reservation! Not once did she apologise for the mix up and was still very rude and blunt when a table finally was made available to us and she came to seat us! If it wasn’t for Jays fantastic service our whole experience would have been very poor but he managed to turn a very frustrated and angry group and mad us laugh and almost forget about the rude service we got from his colleague!
