The lady on the door was very rude and had attitude, not only to customers but staff infront of customers. Food came before the drinks. Food was only standard. It look led as if it was just thrown on the plate and wasn't very warm.
There was only 1 bar staff at the time and so drinks was slow to come, the starters came very slow and even though the drinks toke a while the length of time until receiving the starters meant that we had to order another drink in order to have one with our meal
Jarred was a really nice waiter. Really friendly and caring. Turned average food into a great restaurant experience.
We sadly didn't love our experience at TGI's this time.I fully understand that on show nights (Ours was Michael McIntyre) that it is crazy busy - and after working in hospitality for over 8 years I don't ask for back flips and miracles - but it just wasn't great at all. 1 - It took a substantial amount of time to even be asked if we wanted a drink or catch our servers eye. 2 - There was no cutlery when we sat down, and we didn't receive it until our starters had been sitting on the table for 5 minutes. 3 - The atmosphere was lacking, the lights were too bright in my opinion, although the one directly above us flickered throughout dinner 4 - There was no toilet roll in all 4 women's toilets, and toilet seats missing in two of them! The food was nice and I usually find TGI's a fun experience, but i just wasn't blown away on this occasion sadly.
Wouldn’t god back to this branch of TGI because we had booked a table 2 months before when we got there still had to wait for our table , when we where seated had to wait another hour for dinner to come up only after we had complained to the waiter was told it was really busy we could see that and that it should be there soon really bad service ☹️
great service, good price, good time
Our waiter was very good
Serving under cooked chicken then bringing a replacement once we had finished the rest of our meal. The replacement was half the size of the first one and was like chewing on ghandis flip flop. It’s really not difficult to cook chicken! Ribs were good though
Service was really slow and we got the wrong food several times
We booked a table for 8.45 and arrived a little earlier - we was made to wait until our booked time however others with the same amount of people turned up without a booking and was seated straight away Service was quite slow - it was busy but I had to ask for my drinks order a number of times - tables were getting there starter before there drink. Nice place however and if you have lots of time then it’s worth going to
Very helpful staff as got caught in traffic and missed our reservation. Upon calling the restaurant, they made held the table for us although they were extremely busy.
Came in to take a friend to Friday’s for the first time as he’s never been and I must say for a Friday night the service was amazing! Jai was absolutely amazing constantly checking on us to make sure everything was okay, drinks came out nice and quick, food took a while which was expected and understandable for a Friday at which I didn’t complain at all. Manager Alvin came over and did a check back on us and he was absolutely amazing and professional throughout our time there.
Always good food and service.
Our mains came out as we were eating our starters so felt very rushed. However, towards the end of the meal the service was slow and it took a long time just to get a drink
Poor service very slow, food was cold/over cooked.
It was terrible I would never go again I go to Bluewater and lakeside a lot but never would I set foot in that one again
We were baffled on a Sunday with o2 showing Micheal McIntyre there was only one staff member making deserts So we thought we will come back after the show. Got to TGI at 10.30pm (when show finished) the staff member at the door said we are closed as we have run out of most of the food. We said we only Wanted desert, she said Yh we are closed..... very disappointing
Very good service didn't feel rushed at all and food and drink was a good standard!
Great food. Quick service and the steak was delicious.
We visited the O2 branch as we had tickets for Michael McIntyre. Although it was extremely busy the service was good and the food was fresh cooked, not left on the chef counter for a considerable time. We had to wait approx 30 mins for our main but understandable with the number of people seated
I think the mens toilets were unsanitary . They were red buckets under 2 of the urinals and what they didnt catch was all over the floor.disgusting! Not what one would expect from a restaurant chain like Fridays
My blue cheese dip didn’t arrive with hot wings for starter. (Had to ask and then wait a while meaning my friend had finished starter by time I started mine) Empty starter plates not cleared from table when main dishes arrived. Asked for another drink. No seasame seed dip with my chicken strips. Had to ask for fresh cutlery as wasn’t replaced after started. Had to ask again for drink as waiter forgot. Asked for mayonnaise and again waited a while for this. And sadly both me and my friend were poorly overnight with stomach cramps and diarrhoea. (Must have been the seasame seed chicken dish as she had it for starter and I had it for main) Very disappointing trip.
After asking numerous times for the bill on the last time of asking waited a hour & 15 mins so I got up walked to the entrance where 5 staff members where all talking and 2 dancing like absolute retards at the front of house was rather embarrassing.. the food was disgusting the chips were so cold clearly not cooked long enough or leftovers and my chicken was so chewy was inedible I even complained and the waitress attitude was they are extremely busy in the kitchenas a customer that visits regularly I’m extremely disappointed with the service and attitude towards my custom
Very good services. The waiter was amazing but for a fan of TGI Fridays, o2 would not be one of my choice anymore. It’s amazing how the food and the drinks are not the same quality
Although the service was quite quick considering there was an event on at the o2 I was surprised that even though the staff were sending people away with 2 hour waits although the restaurant was barely 2/3 full. The portion sizes were very small, weren’t cooked to how we ordered the ribs and both the food and drink was vastly over priced for what is ostensibly a high street burger chain. All in all very disappointing.
