Always love coming here amazing food
Excellent waitress couldn’t do enough for us. Kids meals are a title smal for the price
Was very disappointed, came for my sons 5th birthday, staff were lovely but we came at 11:30 wasn’t busy just opened. We had two separate orders we we could pay separate (even though it ended up being on one order) so our starters came out at comepltely different times, despite the fact they infected needed up being on the same order so forgot, we made them aware of this so our dinner would come out together, only 6 of us. Yet again 3 meals came out and we were left waiting another 10mins for the other 3 so some had finished. Food was cold. When we had refills no glasses were taking away I had 5 emeritus glasses around me at one point. Everything was just so slow it was disappointing as it was for a birthday and the bill was £115 so not like we’ve just got to a cheap pub. They did make a fuss of my son at the end which I appreciate but we had to rush off and could eat the cake they gave us as it took soo long and we had tickets to the cinema 1.5hours after we’d afterrived so plenty of time.
Excellent service and fab food. Cocktails are to die for!
lovely food we all loved it
Always fantastic service, fantastic staff, fantastic food, me and my family love it there whenever we are in Nottingham we always go there for food, keep up the great service:)
staff very friendly and attentive!
My daughter decided on TGI Fridays to celebrate her 18th Birthday with family. Four of us were squeezed into a small booth type table, nowhere to put coats & bags, never mind bums! We asked to move to a bigger table, which we did. They had run out of avocado and ice cream, so I had to choose another starter and my partner didn’t get his milkshake. The food was nice. My daughter’s steak was cremated rather than well done, my fries were cold and it was all a bit ordinary, despite their claims. They did sing to her & embarrass her, so that was a plus. We won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Disappointing overall.
Music was a little loud (maybe i’m old!). Just a little bit difficult to have a conversation when on a larger table. I didn’t give anyone the opportunity to turn it down as I didn’t mention it at the time! Maybe they would have done if I had said something. Staff were brilliant (Shelley) and everyone catered for our gluten intolerant guest very well.
Great service - the young ladies who looked after were so pleasant and very helpful- a credit to the company
The food, service ,drinks and atmosphere were fantastic
We had a table for 5 and having eaten many many times at TGI Friday's with the kids at their request ( as they can be awkward eaters) we have noticed the quality of food has deteriorated a lot and even the kids said on Thursday that's it's not the same and for her not to eat even the pasta tubes must say something !!!! However the service was really good.
TGI catered for a group of 6, one requiring a gluten free diet and one needing comfy padded seating due to back issues. The meals were well presented, tasty and served with enough break time in between courses.
Good food served quickly.
Our waiter, Connor, was great. Really personal service, kept all the kids happy and nothing was too much trouble.
Children’s meals are very expensive and we were charged extra for sides for the children’s pizza. Other than that, a great meal out with great atmosphere.
The only thing that let the whole experience down was the fact it took nearly an hour for our food to come out and there was no explanation from the waitress or apologies.
They had no record of our booking. Sat us by the door as we had a pushchair but with an 8 week old baby was very cold. Steak was undercooked but we sent it back and we're given free drinks. Other kids were getting balloon animals but no one offered one to my 7 year old daughter.
Only slight negative was we were sat under a speaker and the music was too loud where we were and we struggled to have conversations. Other parts of the restaurant were much quieter otherwise no problems at all. Beth (waitress) very polite and helpful
The manager Lee was brilliant with my daughters dietary requirements. Also the young lady at the bar was very very attentive my husband and brother was sat for quite some time at the bar and she kept coming over making sure they was OK and was engaging with my 5 year old daughter.
The lady who looked after us was exceptional
Service and food fantastic.
The entire evening from service to food was fantastic I will definitely be coming back
