I would like to thank the ladies who served me and my partner on Thursday , they was observant ,polite and food was served in a timely manner , I was also impressed with the member of staff who held the door open for customers who was leaving it was welcoming gesture which left a long lasting impression of the service . Many thanks
Unfortunately my wife’s salmon was very over cooked and the mash potato tasted like it had been made using instant mash! Not creamy or smooth at all., but dry and lumpy. However the price of the salmon was removed from the bill after we were asked by our waitress how our meals were, so well done for that. It has, though, put us off returning to this restaurant for some time. We would not recommend based upon this experience.
I can’t even stress enough how lovely the waitress was like I’m not even lying
Messed up on rind we ordered JD full glazed ribs and older women who brought ribs out was rude but the young girl who served us for the evening was very polite and wonderful
Our server was wonderful, and another server with long blonde hair who has fibromyalgia was also really nice and turned fans off as I was in pain with my fibromyalgia, the only bad thing was the garlic chicken wasn't really worth the money and we were by kitchen and saw a staff member sneeze twice in his hand then either pick his nose or play with his nose ring which is disgusting in a restaurant.
Great food and service from all
Food was read back to us after order was taken. Food took ages to come. My food was then missed out and I had to wait for it to be made. Service was very slow , had to wait ages for anyone to come around to order drinks
Good night good food
had to ask several times for drink refill - one waiter took order then wondered off to the toilet and never fulfilled the request - Poor Service, One only quick thing to arrive was the bill and we never asked for it as one of my party was still eating!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at TGIs on Friday. My only surprise was that the main meals didn’t come with any form of salad or vegetables.
I made my booking via the website but when I arrived they had no recollection of my booking. It was ok as it wasn’t busy, but if it had of been I wouldn’t of had a place. The waitress we had was exceptional and was brilliant with my daughter.
Food was lovely. Didnt have any bottles of Sauvignon Blanc so went for a Pinot Grigio. It wasn't very cold so asked for a colder one to be told it had come from the chilled cellar. Waitress packed the rest of the wine in ice which was better. Wasnt impressed at paying £19 for a cool bottle of wine. Expected better from TGI, would think they would have wine at a decent drinking temperature. Warm Pinot is not good.
The staff were very accommodating when we booked a table of 4 adults, but then had a child added to the group last minute. Moved to larger table without any hassle. Impressed with how the food allergy request was dealt with by the manager.
Great night out
Dry overcooked food
Food was lovely and the service was very good
Excellent service Helpful staff Cater for all allergies(got separate cooking stations, which most of places don’t unfortunately) Enjoyable tasty food Love the appetizers My favorite is avocado hummus Vegetarian dishes full of flavor
Nacho undercooked, Asked if we wanted deserts but were awaiting mains. No knives provided as waitress forgot. Not asked how we liked steak cooked. Cold chicken. Corn cob looked deep fried and inedible. Wilted salad. Garlic in fries although I asked for plain. Waitress forgot husbands chilli fries. I did not eat the meal, fries tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil. Bill came to £74, awful
Good food and service with a smile
We was very disappointed 😔 ruined our family day out Completely, we had the rack of ribs, sirloin steak and 2 kids meals. All the chips were cold and taste like they had been cooked more than once, the corn on the cob was old and cold and quite frankly inedible. But to top it off we found a hair eyelash in the salad that came with the steak. We are very disappointed as always have rated TGI Fridays and it’s always been our twice a month treat as a family.
Good food Great Service
Food wasn’t very good for the price of it the meal had food missing off the plate and my wife’s mashed potatoes had pasta in it 😉 told the manager he didn’t seem bothered and done 10% off the bill and we didn’t even eat it
Good meal, great service!
Booked a table for Father's Day, when we arrived 5 minutes late they had given our table away to someone else, waited nearly an hour for food, when it arrived there were two items missing, overall a very disappointing experience. We eat here regularly with normally no issues, but I'm extremely disappointed with our Father's Day meal, it was also so loud it sounded like a school dinner hall
Told to wait at the bar as table not ready, yet lots of 4's spare, not the one allocated to us though. After watching about 4 tables being seated, we then chased and got old abruptly we are speaking to the wrong person... We ended up being seated 20 mins late and lucky us, we get the abrupt one serving us!! Not very friendly or warming, more ice than drink, salad in the burgers and side dressing was on the turn, limp and going black, had to ask for BBQ sauce twice... and more items unavailable than available, to the point they read out what deserts we could pick from. The only reason I go is because the girl's like it, but the shine is wearing off very quickly!
