Our waiter was friendly and very helpful, he was able to answer questions we had about the food and nothing was to much trouble
Lovely waiter, who also served us at Northampton TGI’s; polite, respectful & efficient
Very pleasing 1st visit can't wait to go again
Some noisy tables. Delicious cocktail but too much ice
Rang up and SPOKE to someone to book table for 8 , all good ..... But then as I had half an hour to spare before dinner I decided to go on laptop and delete emails only to find my table cancelled because the email said I hadn't left my card details !!! Obv my psychic powers didn't realise !! or simply when I booked I could have been asked my card number ???? .... Shocking !!!
I order steak and only got a salad with it for £17:95, I was shocked that I didn’t get chips and couldn’t check the menu as they were taken away once ordered. I left feeling still hungry and disappointed.
Change the the straw from paper
Would go back again good value for money
Great waiter who was very alert to our need to eat swiftly for theatre start
Great gluten free menu and handle it really well
A nice meal,good service
A big thumbs up to the staff at TGI Fridays, Savoy Cres for the great service we experienced for my son's 13th birthday party. The food was good and the staff were welcoming, helpful, efficient and really nice. 10 happy young men and 2 happy parents.
Order mixed up 3 times - missing food. Charged for 3 items not received. Seemed unorganised and chaotic Not going back.
The service was excellent and fast, which really helped us as we were heading to the theatre
Lovely food, and very helpful staff. My mum knocked her drink over and the waitress very quickly brought lots of tissues for mopping up and a new drink.
Broken loo accessible, no toilet tissue in loos although one this was pointed out the team rectified this. However this should be monitored. Staff very friendly and accommodating when it came to how the kids meal was served.
Really good service
Waiting by the door even though very quiet to be seated took a while. We wern't told of any food being unavailable so my daughter was disappointed to find after we ordered she couldn't have what she asked for. Took ages for bill and to pay. Food was reasonably quick.
Booking for 5 covers was very easy. Quality of the food & drink was very good. Service was fast and enthusiastic, but required training, with drinks being spilt on guests etc. No real effort made for Father's Day 'atmosphere' but good value for money.4/5 score.
Sat near the door crammed into a part of the restaurant that was packed when the rest was empty! So it was cold when door opened. There was 4 adults and 1 child so 5 drinks 2 came then 1 then had to ask for the final 2. Had ordered child’s burger before rest of food this took an age to arrive when it did it was cold and the bun hard, so my son could not eat it. 2 adult burgers and other food was just slapped on a plate. Waitress that served us moaned about being on her feet and sat in the booth. Waited over 40 minutes for food. It just appeared that nothing had been communicated properly to the kitchen at all it should simply have been kids meal before anything else. Then when we ordered garlic bread as he could not eat his meal that came but it had not been communicated that this was supposed to come with the adult mains! The meal was a disaster, bitter disappointment and really ruined Father’s Day!
Steven and Sarah were both fantastic through the time we were there. Service was prompt and always friendly. The meal was part of a celebration for my friends hen do so we got the “hen song” by Steven and the crew. They offered advise on other local bars etc as we are not from the area and the quality of service and food was great value for money. I am looking at coming back soon hopefully. They are both truly fab. Jenny.
Only disapointing thing was cutlery was warm as wasnt on table when seated and when we had dessert the icecream bowl was also warm so the icecream had melted!
The service we experienced was below satisfactory; we had to wait for a drinks order even though the restaurant was not full. Our starters took time to come out then our mains followed without refreshed cutlery or the offer of another drink then we had to ask how long desserts would take given we had a theatre reservation to be told maybe twenty minutes!!! We got our bill and left at that point! God knows what service would’ve been like if they had actually been busy!
Food was lovely however we were squashed on a table that went round a bend with things on wall and kept hitting my head so really changed my experience there.
