Our waiter was very friendly. He welcomed us as soon as we sat down, took the order quickly and made sure we had drink top ups.
Adam really looked after us. It was busy but he made us feel very welcome and kept checking in with us. Thanks Adam
I believe someone called ‘Dave K’ served us(it was a couple of nights ago and can’t remember his name 100%) he was about 5’9, dark hair and slim build. He served us for a couple of hours that evening and was attentive, friendly and funny - which added to the already good atmosphere! He checked up on us to ensure we had enough drinks at all times and food and we was happy to tip him. Absolutely love the atmosphere TGIs have going on, the food and drinks are amazing and all the staff were friendly, most definitely will be coming back. Hopefully Dave K will be there to serve me again! Amelia
Only down side was how little drink there was in one of the mocktails, 3 sips and it was gone however having spoken to the manager a fresh drink was quickly delivered to the table. Other than that one hiccup service was fabulous they were really helpful.
We had a booking for 19:30, we didn’t get seated until 20:15 so didn’t get our starters until nearly 21:00. It wasn’t a good birthday meal for my partner our friends.
Poor service; rude staff and cold food. I don’t think I need to say more for no stars.
Daisy was amazing!!!
We had 2 birthdays and the staff were great . Came over and made a fuss. Lovely food too.
only problem was i had a chip in my drinking glass but told the waiter as was changed
Slow service on this occasion, which to be fair is unusual. Main course took a long time to arrive after starter. Restaurant wasn’t that busy so no excuse really.
Great, fast freindly service and patient with the kids.
My first experience of this restaurant. Went there for my 19th Birthday. The food is overpriced considering the taste and quality of the food- it was like a horrible overpriced version of McDonald’s. I wasn’t too impressed by the aesthetic of the place, boring and bland. The service was fine, the servers were always willing to help but could be a little better at cleaning the tables since I arrived to the seats covered in crumbs. Wouldn’t recommended.
Good food and friendly waitress
Had a lovely evening at TGI,'s. The atmosphere was great as was the service and food. The gluten-free burger is the best my partner has had.
Order was wrong with food served not as requested (plain burger but with bacon requested - it came with onions but no bacon. Sent it back. It was replaced with a plain burger, still no bacon! Also Garlic Bread with cheese was ordered. It came without cheese and was overcooked to such a degree that chewing on a rock would have been easier. Sent back as inedible and refunded. There was also a waitress (not ours) whose hair was so long that despite being tied up in a ponytail it was still dragging in people's food as she was serving them. Suffice to say, we won't be eating here again.
Lovely food, good value. Friendly staff.
Our table had no cutlery set, had to remind the waiter to bring us some. We were 5 but were provided with one wet wipe. Our drinks had no signs of alcohol, when questioned the waiter said it tastes like it’s not but it’s there, not worth the price I paid.
Service was slow and we were told could only have table until 7.15. It took until almost 7 to finish our mains (no starter) so we had no time for dessert or drinks after dinner. Really rushed out, but service was slow. Took ages to order etc, very noisy and crammed in. Tables were left filthy and not cleaned properly. Food portions small and drinks not refilled during our meal
Staff are always great, we were served by a lovely girl, I think her name may have been Georgia. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time
The menu appears to have shrunk since I last visited. The lack of a tortilla option was particularly disappointing. For a Sunday lunchtime, the music was way to loud. We had to raise our voices to be able to speak to each other. I know it’s always Friday but I still like to be able to talk across a table on a Friday.
The waiter looking after us, Dave, couldn’t be more helpful...drinks straight away, no waiting about, food out in good time. Overall spot on
We were served b Adam f and he was truly brilliant as a host
Your staff were amazing and we had a fantastic Hen Party there. So thank you very much
Lovely meal and attentive staff, a table of 14 were seated near us, perhaps would have been better for them and us if they had been seated in a corner as we found it differcult to hear each other. Cannot fault the staff who were faultless and efficient
