We were seated immediately. With a table suitable for 6, 4 being children. We were served by a lovely lady who gave us time to order but didn't leave us waiting around. They were fantastic with the children giving them things to keep them occupied. When the food arrived it was prompt and enjoyable. They offered children's cutlery which is never normally available. And made some extra chips for my daughter within minutes of being requested. The food was a very good price and the atmosphere was lovely and quiet. We will return again.
very friendly staff, food was delicious and their service was fantastic and very patient.
The staff were so nice and friendly
Staff were great
Cocktails where very good. Food could have been hotter, but still tasted fine. Service was very good.
Amazing food, Amazing service highly recommend.
Great staff , really helpful and kept asking if we was ok and needed any drinks etc. Will be visiting again !!
Hardly any staff had to find them ourselves the service was really slow waited an hour for food. People who ordered starters got their mains first and had to wait for the starters to arrive. The staff were very rude and spoke about alot of customers in a rude way.
Staff were very welcoming and made our son’s 21st birthday a great night! 🥃
The waitress who served us was excellent and very attentive. Other staff were very helpful and polite too. Overall experience was great. Will definitely be coming to the restaurant again.
Everything was just fine, I enjoyed my experience.
Fantastic as ever, even if drinks arrived very strangely staggered
Great service, great food
Not very good service, all staff were chatting at the bar. Not interested in serving customers. It took them 30 mins to take our drink orders. We stood for 5 mins waiting to be seated. There were about 4 tables in total. I believe one table were people the staff knew as all of the attention was on them. They were stood chatting to them. We love TGIs we always go as a treat. This time round we went for our 1st wedding anniversary. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with the food and the service. Would not recommend the Manchester Piccadilly Station one to anybody. We were in and out within an hour. We normally spend a good few hours in there.
We had a fantastic time for my husband's birthday and the singing from the staff just topped it off. The staff were all great esspecially Mollie. We will definitely be returning.
Food was good and service was good. Only negative was the frozen raspberry margarita. When it came it was too strong for my wife, we all tasted it and agreed it was too strong. We asked for more raspberry to be put in it. The waitress then informed us that they had no raspberry syrup and had only used some fresh raspberries and that was why it was so strong. We should have been told this and we would have changed the order. However the drink was taken off the bill.
Fabulous evening. Staff friendly, happy, chatty & very helpful. Food & drink gorgeous!
Took staff 20 mins to come and take my drinks order, food was undercooked, staff rude and no service with a smile which i have received in every other tgis! Very disappointed, i understand they may have been a little busier than usual however i also noticed that nearly every table received a discount for wait times etc and I didnt.. also asked for bill three times before actually receiving it. Not service i expect from a tgi fridays restaurant and was really really disappointed with my whole evening!
It was very busy with the ed sheeran concert but our server still took the time to chat to us and help us with our travel plans. He was great.
Didn’t get any names but all staff were lovely!! Helpful, smiley - just a really enjoyable experience!!
Excellent service very attentive and quick. Waited some time on drinks but wasn’t bothered by this as there were 2 new bar staff being trained.
Food was excellent. Canada Goose cocktail didn't taste as good as I've had before; disappointed to learn it wasn't included in birthday offer and manager wasn't helpful. Wait staff was polite and smiley but was not up to speed on cocktails; brought me an ale instead of the cocktail but was very apologetic.
Food, drink and service was lovely however restaurant was excessively cold to the point all of us at the table put our jackets / coats on and made us want to rush our drinks at the end.
Enjoyed lovely food. Friendly staff
