One meal was cold, but was changed without any hassle and was not charged for this dish on the final bill.
Very happy with nice food and atmosphere
We booked in as bday but we didn't receive any bday song
Very disappointed by gluten free burger - there’s no need to sell poor quality gluten free buns now, there are delicious options out there - it was inedible. I wouldn’t bother paying that kind of money for a beef patty and chips again - however if you buy decent quality buns (schar are great and burger chains have cottoned on), then I’d reconsider.
Great restaurant loved the lively atmosphere / music.Staff were friendly and food to die for best cocktails loved my visit will definately go back
Great service and good food. Lots of choice
It was a pleasant experience our server was very helpful and courteous. Toilets were were a bit dirty though
I booked a table and it was not ready when we arrived. Although the food was lovely, the service was not on a par with other restaurants in TGI’s or in the area. Staff did not appear to know what role they were doing. Wrong menu brought to us(I am a coeliac and was given the vegetarian menu), had a 20 min wait for someone to take our order. Had to ask twice for more drinks, and was brought side plates????. asked for dessert menu which never came. Staff did not appear to finish a job.
Great food and friendly waiter. Not over priced either which is always a nice surprise in London 😊
Great service and good music.
Terrible service spoiled an otherwise good meal. Constantly had to get attention of staff.
I have been to tgi fridays so many times but this was the worse visit. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks n had to ask waiters twice for them. When my cocktail came out it all the ice had melted n it was like water so requested another which took another 20 minutes. My son's drink came out with black fluff in the bottom. My daughter coke came out with 3 quarters of the glass full of ice n I fraction of coke and when I asked the waiter for another as it was pretty much just ice he told me I had to pay for it. Our food started to come out and the waiter brought out 2 lots of sizzling fajitas but then didn't bring the wraps n other bits til after all the other food. A 'll of our food was cold after waiting for an hour. When we spoke to the waiter he was so rude to us that we all stood up and left. I went with 3 of my children, my sister in law who had never been to a tgi fridays and has said would never go again and my nice. This ruined our day out. And I will not return to this venue again.
An all round terrible experience. Poor service, unclean tables, no cutlery, slow service, meals all came at different times, waited 45 minutes for a drink. We are not returning.
I booked a table and said it was my daughters birthday yet no one wished her happy birthday or did a thing for it We ordered a tower starter which came without a tower to be told they didn’t have any for a central London site not to have them in a quiet lunch time is poor Overall experience v disappointing
Slow service, had to get up and get our own drinks as no new drinks offered. Server was not interested in taking offer and it took 20 minutes to be served initially. We then waited for our food longer than usual whilst others were already served and leaving the restaurant before us. Inattentive would be how to describe the service.
Very pleased with the service we had by our waiter dont know his name but he lives in barking in Essex. He made a effort for my brother as we was celebrating his birthday
Fantastic atmosphere with dedicated, friendly, hard working staff, they go the extra mile to make a special occasion memorable! Thank you
Fantastisk service og glæde tjenere
Worst visit I've ever had to a TGI. We don't get out often but usually pick TGI when we do. Waited pretty much 30 mins for our first drinks to arrive. And had to remind them of it too. Manager gave us 40% off which was nice but I don't think we'll be rushing back anytime soon. I think we were there nearly 2 hours for a simple dinner.
Disappointed with the standard of the food served
The guy who served us was very accommodating, pleasant and very friendly.
Quite disappointed! Usually love TGIs, especially the one I've been to in Nottingham but unfortunately the Leicester Square one didn't live up to expectations- for both food and service.
Online reservation booked 3 hours previous wasnt recognised at the restaurant. We were seated but service was very slow as we were seated in a separate area of the restaurant. 1 hour to receive food. We only ordered main courses. Drinks arrived shortly before food. Dining with children so the delay in food arriving was not ideal. Disappointing for a chain we have dined at and recommended many times before.
Service very slow and music very loud
Hot, delicious food, the best mozzarella sticks in the universe according to my children!
