We had no problem with the staff who were energetic, attentive & extremely friendly & courteous, The food was as expected for this type of venue & the prices were ok, the issue I had was the state of the ladies toilets, they were filthy, only one soap dispenser worked, one handryer, toilet paper left in packets on the floor, doors didn't really shut very well and blocked toilets, ill fitting toilet seats. There was no way that these had been checked in several hours & whilst I appreciate maybe cleaners are not employed in the busy times, but the ladies toilets were an unacceptable standard of basic hygiene. Our waiter did apologise for them.
I understand it is London but the restaurant felt far too busy and the staff looked rushed off there feet. Maybe lower the capacity and up the amount of staff. The food was LOVELY when it finally arrived, it was a very slow!
Reserved a table to then be told to stand by the door and watch servers come by and take everyone else to their tables. I had to mention to a server I was waiting for a table. 20 minutes later I was finally sat down. After a long wait for our drinks and my friend actually went to the bar to get a second which isn’t any quicker, the food was average at best.
Booked for 6 ADULTS and shown to a booth obviously for 4 adults, far too small, asked to be moved to a larger table as there was absolutely no elbow room or space to put bag or jacket down. Waited ages to be moved, then the service was REALLY slow. We were going to theatre so had to forgo dessert. Really disappointing experience, won’t return!
The food served was not hot as it should be it was warm to cool chicken so couldn’t be eaten. Unfortunately I had to send the dish back more than once due to it not being prepared hot enough. It seemed because it was a Friday the food was not prepared properly in order to keep up with the rush.
Had to ask for cultery and hard to get bill
Brilliant atmosphere, food went down very well with the family!
Went for a birthday dinner and was met with extremely bad service from a waiter which ruined the atmosphere of the dinner - spoke to the manager and was horrified with how we were treated. Our complaint was mocked and was clearly comical to them. Do not expect this service when we’re paying to enjoy an evening there! Really disappointed as we usually love other TGI braches, but the attitude of the staff affected our evening significantly.
Food was not fresh cooked.
Best TGI’s. Food was amazing and service was 10/10.
Awesome ribs, great service. TGI Fridays is the place to go!!
Steak was not very nice, hardly any meat , all fat and gristle. Staff were nice and offered replacement which was not much better. Young man who served us was very friendly helpful and lovely. Service was slow but luckily we had time to kill and didn't mind on this occasion just food was a let down.
Nice location and it was nice and spacious inside. The waiter did a great job as well
Im Coeliac and the service was fantastic when it came to dealing with this. I felt like i could dine in confidence as the staff seemed to know how to deal with allergies properly.
Was appalled at the service booked for 8:15 and was seated at 8:20 which is fair enough. Drinks order was taken swiftly but 20 minutes after ordering was told one of the drinks was not available. Then reordered and waiting another 20 minutes and still nothing arrived. We walked out as we needed a drink and didn’t even think the waitress had run the order through. Extremely poor service and I will not return.
Arrived early and still accommodated us. Server especially friendly to my 6yr old.
Great food, quick & friendly service. We even went back for lunch the next day too!! 😋
I was on an anniversary date and I must say that the place is outstanding,it is clean friendly and brilliant
Our table was filthy, I cleaned it with some baby wipes I had. Waitress was running around as lack of staff. However she made time to make it a fun experience for my 6 year old and food was delicious. Would go again if visiting that part of London.
Service was slow. Had a reservation and wasn’t served our food till a hour later.
My experience was appalling to be frank. Server was slow the restaurant was not even busy but took 28 minutes before our drink order was delivered and that was only a pint and half pint.. would not reccomended or visit this TGI ever again ruined my birthday. And at 4.21pm no.rib eye steak.....
Service was bad, table wasn’t cleared after the starters, food was cold, no cutlery given before we got our meals
The restaurant was nice but we were sat near the door so there was a cold draft every time it was opened and closed. We complained that large portion of ribs were stone cold, they did offer to take them back when they had been half eaten and did give us 10% off but I just don't understand why they were so cold, has put us off going back.
