We had a lovely time, we felt appreciated as customers and our server Sophie was funny and kept us entertained!
Food was delicious and quick service even though it was very busy. Food good value but drinks very expensive.
I was very dissapointed with my trip to TGI Fridays. I booked a table as I was in London to meet friends who I haven't seen in two years. We were left sitting for 20mins before a order was taken from up. Bare in mind we had 9 hungry kids with us. When our food started to arrive two of the dinners were cold and one didn't arrive till nearly 10mins after the rest. They did remake my dinner but took 20 mins to make my son plain pasta. He was starving! Again server took ages to clear our table and ask us for desserts. Service and food was shocking in my opinion.
We booked in advance and still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated even though we could see 5 empty tables for two these tables were empty for 25 minutes and then finally we were seated at one of them! We ordered and our mains arrived, 15 minutes later our drinks arrived and 20 minutes AFTER we finished eating our sides arrived. We were ignored by our server and when we asked for the bill he sighed and dumped it on the table. Dominic was rude and his service was terrible. This is a shame because we have eaten here many times and even thought he had served us before and had been great.
Our waiter, I think his name was Ellis? Tall young black guy was excellent. So attentive and really on top of things, all round lovely.
Even though was very busy, our waiter was still able to attend to us when needed
The staff that I met were fantastic and so friendly. The restaurant was really busy but you wouldn’t have known by the way the staff were. They were so attentive and helped make it a wonderful experience
Filthy toilets! Even the stairs down to them were dirty covered in bits of food and dirty napkins ! There was a dustpan and brush at the bottom of the stairs but it wasn’t used at all in the hour we were there! Food was ok for my kids but the nachos were burnt with a mini portion of sour cream/guacamole! They used to be amazing! The waiter was extremely good though that was the saving grace!
it's always nice to receive service with a smile, though I do feel that food is a bit pricey... hence fewer visits to TGIF than I would hope for.
The Kookie Monster milkshake was not available for the kids due to there was no milk in the restaurant, Due to schools was on Half term maybe the restaurant could have plan for this.
We visited for my daughters 21st Birthday meal. She had an amazing evening. Everyone made her feel very special. The food, service and atmosphere were all very good. Would highly recommend TGI Fridays in Leicester Square again.
Both courses sent back twice. Food was terrible and manager was extremely rude.
Manager was excellent on a night of very poor service with unenthusiastic staff. Manager saved our evening. It was a pity considering we have been to other TGI restaurants where the food and service has always been amazing!
Not great at all. Although we had booked we had to wait at the bar, annoyingly walks in were seated before us!! Service was slow and no urgency by staff to clean or check how we were. Music was too loud ~ probably to avoid people staying too long. My husband said the men's toilets were absolutely disgusting. Put us off visiting another TGI Fridays again.
I've never experienced the lack of interest in a tgi's like I did with this one. The lady on the door was the only thing good about this place. We were seated (at a table that had no cutlery) for about 10-15 minutes before anyone even batted an eyelid at us. Normally any tgi's would be on you straight away to see what you want to drink but not this place. When we finally ordered food and drink, I had a purple rain that I don't think contained any alcohol at all. When food came we were missing onion rings that I ordered and had to ask for them. We had no check back to make sure all was ok either. Was such a shame as it was my 5 year olds birthday and we booked a table here because the staff at tgi's normally make a fuss when it's a birthday. At this tgi fridays it seemed like there was a lot of staff doing not a lot and it wasn't even busy as we got in before the rush judging by the queue on the way out.
We were a party of 15 and we were looked after really well one of the girls it was her birthday and they made a fuss of her also. Thank you
Unfortuntaely the music was too loud to have a conversation. I like the music but it definitely needs to be a little quieter to avoid people shouting at each other their across tables.
I had the vegan burger and fries. Excellent.
I've been here a few times now this by far best experience there food was so good 😁 only fault was music was a bit to load was hard to hear my girlfriend
Our order got “lost in the system” and we had to leave before our mains arrived. Starter and drinks were fantastic but the communication regarding the missing mains was poor. Didn’t find out the problem until I asked where it was after 70 mins of waiting. If a discount was applied for wasting our time I’d have been more forgiving. But we needed to leave because we didn’t want to be late for our show so didnt question it.
Great friendly service
I understand it was valentine's Day night but we felt rather sorry for our server when we walked in, I think it was about half an hour before we got to order, we made sure we ordered drinks and our meal! The drinks came wrong but after the long wait for them to arrive we couldn't be bothered saying anything due to the time it would've taken to have them changed!! The food was ok, ribs were burnt on the bottoms, sadly when returning to London I don't think we'd be dining at this location again. This location was a real let down to TGIs brand, Ellesmere port and Trafford Centre have alot more going for them!
Excellent and kind staff members
