The table was not ready on time and we were left waiting for the maitre'd to tell someone to get on with it. However once sorted there were no further issues.
The restaurant didn’t seem to ne expecting us despite booking several weeks in advance and confirming the booking on line. The person receiving us at the door didn’t make any eye contact with us and continued to have a conversation with a colleague the whole time she was dealing with us. The table was right near the door and very noisy. It took a very long time to have our order taken. The waiter was very friendly and professional but clearly had too many guests to look after at once. The food came before the drinks and the main came out 1 minute after the starter. The waiter sent the mains back whilst we ate our starters stating that we would be given fresh mains however when they came again they were cold. It took so long to be asked if we wanted a dessert that we decided against it and asked for the bill as we had a train to catch. Not a great experience despite it being my husbands birthday and the meal was paid for using a gift voucher that he had been given for his birthday. Not great value for money. . Restaurant was too busy and struggled to cope with the demand of the number of people dining. Toilets were dirty and in a state of disrepair. Disappointing Visit.
Really disappointed with the food. Simply “ok”
Ellis provided a great service for us throughout our time at the restaurant
A lovely dinner for our 10th wedding anniversary.
Excellent service and fabulous food
Waited 45 minutes for food. Absolute chaos. One decent waiter but rest couldn’t give a hoot. Busy place but no excuse for ignorance.
Lovely meal, going to a show later and server took great care to make sure we left on time. Great experience!
Delicious cocktails and food as always! I always enjoy the atmosphere in TGIs and find it welcoming and fun.
Love the food and the staff is very polite.
Had to wait for an hour before i recieved my food and i came with a large group of children which meant that the children had to wait for an hour aswell. Service was too slow for my liking
Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience and so we won't be returning. Our waitress insisted on playing 'mum' to our children which we found really rude. They're polite, well behaved children and if she'd given them a chance to say please or thank you they probably would have said it without being prompted - if they hadn't, we would have reminded them, that's our job. She also asked them if they'd eaten enough dinner to earn dessert - she made several comments to my young son who didn't eat his pizza. It turns out he wasn't well. Anyone who knows him knows it's a big deal if he doesn't eat pizza. He also wasn't asking for dessert - another red flag for anyone who knows him, so I didn't need those comments. I'm sorry to say she really offended us. On another note, the food was lovely and reasonably priced.
Fast service, friendly staff
There were 2 people in the party with allergies which I had noted in the reservation & the service was very good with them checking & double-checking on allergy information.
Very friendly staff!
Bra, kunne vært billigere . Valgte andre steder de andre dagene
Had a great time celebrating my birthday with friends and had fab service!
Food was cold and one order was forgotten completely, the fries we were offered because the order had been left off never appeared, neither did the correct drink to replace the one we received that was wrong, not how I wanted to celebrate my sons 10th birthday
Was there celebrating my daughter's birthday, the menu was very basic for a West End diner. I was very disappointed. I have eaten at your Croydon & Westfield branches were the food was great.
Food was good. Main issue we had was we were on a table that was hidden from the view of staff so had a lot of trouble getting hold of staff to take our order and to pay.
First time for is in TGI fridays. Will definitely be going back!
The only criticism I have is that we weren’t made aware of the 2 courses for £15.99.
Friendly, efficient service.
Great atmosphere and food, would definitely recommend.
