Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
The food was poor quality for the price , and because theyre was a minor love island celebrity eating with her friends , everyone else got poor service and no attention
Your gluten free choice is very poor. I am coeliac and will not visit again until this is improved. Also the fillet steak was very tough. Not impressed although the other people in the party were quite happy. There is no reason why things like chicken wings can't be done gluten free in this day and age.
Great gf options
Had an issue twice with the same dish, was eventually taken off the bill by the waiter who was fantastic and apologetic. Remainder of the order was great and would definitely come back.
All in all our trip to TGI in Liverpool One was decent, it was clean, had fast and friendly service and food was fairly nice. We have one hiccup during the meal and that was when my partners food wasn’t cooked properly, the chicken was barely past raw. However this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by our server (Rhys) who was nothing but amazing. He had my partners meal replaced and brought my partner fries whilst he waited for his meal, as well as offering a 10% discount on our bill. I can do nothing but commend him on his service and professionalism. Despite this minor hiccup the food was actually fantastic, we were both satisfied with our food in the end and we can understand how mistakes can happen on a busy Saturday night, but the server made out night, a true gem to this restaurant! We will definitely be back again!
Food was lovely 😊 staff really good 😊 food came quickly service always good Would recommend anytime Cocktails 🍹 really good 😊
What a fabulous experience from the moment we walked in until leaving. The restaurant was warm ,clean and very efficient. The staff explained the menu fully and were particularly accommodating as my wife is Gluten free Coeliac. The staff could not do enough. The menu choice and food quality was brilliant for both myself and my wife's gluten free choices. Great selection of wines and beers too at a very reasonable price. Special thanks to our waiter Scott M. And a big thank you to TGI's manager George Cox who knew exactly what was what regarding Gluten Free Coeliac Well done guys and thank you.
Sat down straight away, given plenty of time to look at menus, waitress made sure she wrote down things we didn't want in our food, honestly just perfect
Friendly staff, served promptly and lovely food.
Service was lovely, even on a busy night. Food was good, fresh and hot when served
lovely food and very friendly staff
Good service, bit expensive but the staff where friendly.
I have a dairy allergy and a nice manager came to me to help me. My family had a nice meal all the options were great. Booked a table so didn’t wait long. Nice and friendly staff. Good prices and fast service.
Great night had by family we will be back 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌🍺🍻
Lovely meal and great service
I would like to express my gratitude, to your manager, Sam. My daughter, who is 11 months has a severe dairy allergy. Sam came over to our table and talked us through our options, she then spoke to the kitchen, made sure everything was perfect. I cannot thank her enough. My daughter absolutely loved it and we usually have such a hard time eating out. The food was lovely and Sam made sure the girls got their food straight away. As a pub manager, I am extremely impressed with this level of service. You should be proud
Two seater tables crammed in where they can be, small uncomfortable table and chairs. Upstairs however had a few customers and plenty of staff. Service was slow, food was greasy and beer was flat. Over all bill for just two of us £80. For a fast food chain this is expensive. Been a number of TGI's both here and USA. None are as bad as this one. Avoid unless you want a quick greasy bite to eat.
Food cold Slow service
Food was overpriced for what you got.
Lovely bustling atmosphere. Seated immediately and the server was very friendly and helpful. Kids were made up with their food too and they can be hard to please!
Food was delicious, service was great, will definitely be back soon
