My daughter and her four friends had a wonderful meal here.i Booked over phone all friendly and easy.Excellent service.good food. Nice cosy welcoming atmosphere on a rainy day. Lovely round table that felt special as 2 girls 14 th birthday. All went very well thank you !
Great service and food.
Danie wrote us a love letter, I fear she is a swinger.
My first time visiting TGI Fridays and would be highly recommending the place to everyone I know. Staff where very friendly and it felt like I had known them for a long time. My visit was for my daughter's birthday treat and the staff gave her the best surprise ever (her words). Made our night very special.
Great evening, staff were helpful & friendly. Food was delicious & value for money. Will be coming back again soon that’s for sure!
Booked our table for 7pm, had to wait as it was being cleaned, finally sat down for 7:10 and waited 20mins before asked for drinks and order. Once seated it took us to 8:20 to be served our main meals, which were cold... lady serving only paid an interest when paying our bill.
Chloe was our waitress and she was amazing nothing was too much trouble excellent service welcoming 5 stars for Chloe x
Booked due to the giants being in the city that weekend - service was great!
booked a table for my sisters Hen party for 15 people .. one of our party arrived early in her wheelchair only to be told there was no disabled access to the table upstairs and they would have to give our table away before the rest of the party even got there she told them to wait for us as we could help her up the stairs, but they gave the table away by the time we arrived on time at 7 I was told we would have to wait another hour for another table absolutely stunned ruined the whole night had to walk around liverpool one looking for another restaurant to fit 15 people I was gutted as it was my sisters hen and I wanted it to go well ... I called at least 4 times the week before to confirm our booking not once was I asked if we needed disabled access .
The food as usual was lovely, and we had booked for 18:15 but after being at the Giants all day we were exhausted so turned up an hour early hoping to just be able to sit down and have a drink at the bar. However the staff managed to get us sat down early fantastic result.
A bit slow
Fantastic service from start to finish. Our waiter Josh went over and above. We requested happy birthday be sang to a friend at the table and cake was also presented which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic food and gorgeous cocktails.
We waited 20 mins for a drink 1 main come out with starters then waited 1 hour for the rest of the food left starters plates on table till the end and no cutlery till we asked then wait for it again bad experience
There were 6 of us. When everyone’s meal was ready I was told then that the meal I had ordered was out of stock. No noodles. Not sure why they waited until then to tell me.
Excellent service. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I think our waiter’s name was Liam, who was very welcoming and gave us a very good experience, gave us the right amount of time to decide what to order and also didn’t have to wait any time at all for our re-fills, both professional and friendly at the same time. We thank him for our experience
Starters had to be returned because it wasnt hot
Waiter was very friendly and helpful , food was lovley - only comment I could say was the drinks were abit over priced, would not hesitate to go back again
Ben our waiter was just the nicest person ever and went over and above to make sure we were all happy! Thanks Ben! X
Really yummy food and good service just a bit pricey
Booked online and asked the occasion (birthday) never followed up. Food returned due to being cold. Requested additional children’s colouring as only 1 given when we had 2 children with us also nothing done about it!
My friend and I come here all the time, we love the food and the waiting staff are super friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to the company! My only small criticism is that the music can be a bit loud, especially upstairs.
Really good food with really good service.
Our first visit to TGI Liverpool. Looking for rad to some tasty food but on arrival found our pre booked table had been given to guests who walked in without reservation just before us. After 5 min wait we were told we could have a table which was next to the reception area and adjacent to the open entrance door...absolutely freezing and terrible location. I asked if we could sit somewhere else and lady said no. Shocking attitude. Never again.
Excellent. Delicious food. Great service
