Good good as usual but portion sizes are getting much smaler
Enjoyed the food as always, but sat by a very loud party of men, and could not have a proper conversation as unable to hear each other. Many other tables were free in another part of the restaurant but everyone squashed together in the 1 area.
Great food and service thanks
Only thing letting service down was we were early so were asjed to wait at bar but then staff forgot we were tgere so we were marked as late.
Had a lovely bday eve, troubled by lack of parking. And freezing so much spoilt the eve. Shame cos all else great. The girl who served us was really nice.
Were sat in a freezing cold area.
Excellent service considering we had 20 people. Great Evening.
Menu really is not what it used to be all the food looks like frozen food bought in from Iceland. Really not worth the money.
The waiter (Luke) was excellent. He was polite and intuitive. He made our night comfortable and enjoyable. The food and cocktails were delicious and fresh.
Excellent all round xxx
Absolutely gorgeous food & the cocktails are amazing! Fairly expensive but the food is worth the money 99% of the time! My only issue on this visit was the waiting time between receiving my partners main and my own main, he was sat with his for about 5 minutes before mine came but the food was so worth it!
India was our amazing waitress on Sunday. We were having a family meal out to celebrate my son's 18th birthday and she made it an extra special day. She was attentive, helpful and very patient. We had 7 kids on our table ranging from 4 to 18 and India was great with all of them. I was brought up in the hospitality industry so I know how challenging it can be; please pass on our sincerest thanks to India and all your staff at Leeds, Wellington Bridge Street.
Would not return as they gave our table away on valentines evening for been 6 minutes later absolutely disgusted
Friendly staff Fast service
All three of us went for Endless Appetisers. Decent quality, though 2x of the plates of wings were burnt. 2x separate orders were also wrong, so we had to wait for the actual food we'd asked for to come out.
Great food Waitress was very attentive and had a pleasant and helpful manner
Went for my birthday and received very good service, very impressed!
Good service and food, quite fast service too.
After placing our order, we waited ages (at least 30 mins) for the food to arrive. Two of the party ordered a half rack of ribs, yet one rack was much smaller than the other. This was mentioned to the manager, who came up with various reasons as to why this was the case. She then reluctantly agreed to have another set of ribs cooked. A few minutes later she sent someone over with a small plate to collect the ribs, only to return the same rack of ribs 10 minutes later, now dried out from being kept warm the whole time. Most of the party had almost finished eating by then so we just accepted the ribs back. We waited even longer for desserts! Eventually one of our party's shake arrived, followed 10 minutes later by the children's desserts, followed another 5 mins later by the rest of the desserts. We've been to TGI's 2 or 3 times a year for many years, but this was by far the most disappointing visit. The only positive point was our waitress, who was very friendly and helpful.
Staff amazing especially our server ... was my daughters birthday and she was looked after very well ... we sat by the window and it was totally freezing. :(
Steak ordered was blu yet it came medium. Not sure how that is possible. I also ordered seasonal veg and got just 12 pieces of uncooked tasting brokerly. My mum ordered ribs and got a corn on the cob that was suitable for a toddler not a grown persons main meal. And it took over 40 minutes just to get the starters. Overall, not great.
Food took a long time, had gone dry from being under the light heater too long
We had a great meal, glad we booked a table as it was busy when we arrived. Our waitress Tamsin was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
I was really dissapointed with the dish on 24 Jan - I ordered exactly the same dish as on 23d Jan, just to receive something that was not up to spec. I returned the dish and ordered something else, just to have dinner...Meal on 23d was perfect, and that was the reason I came back... what a mistake :(
Great food, never disappointed, fantastic attentive service, very clean and always happy to visit again
