Our waiter Luke was very friendly & attentive
Amazing!! Came here for an early 18th birthday meal and was absolutely taken aback by the amazing quality of everything for starters we were greeted with the most amazing polite waiter, we bought endless drinks and I never had to ask once for a refill He was completely on the ball All night fantastic service and amazing food to top of off you will not leave with an unsatisfied tummy!!!
Our server Luke was fantastic. Really made us feel welcome and he was great with my son. It was a pleasure to have him serve us and I wish all staff in restaurants was like him. The atmosphere was great and the food was top quality. Can not fault the place
Food and service great. Cold in the conservatory where we were seated.
We are regulars at TGI Fridays and absolutely love the food!
We had a snail in our salad and a hair in the milkshake. While staff gave us a discount. They also implied it was our fault
Brilliant service and food every time at this restaurant
This was our first time dining at TGI Fridays and we had great experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Baby food detailed on the menu but not available. Child's pack was Halloween even though Christmas period so did not get to colour cane and put on tree.
Food was excellent, service too and the staff were very polite and friendly
Used to love this location but not so much nowadays. The food doesn't taste fresh as it used to. Seems like the chef has given up as he/she can't even cook veg properly as it was much and horrible. Kids hotdogs are garbage and the fruit and veg that comes with it old and limp, poor carrots. Burgers are so dry and the buns break apart. Not good
Too much ice in drinks. I know its free refillable but I had to ask 4 times for a refil as the glass was 3/4 full of ice which also made the coke too watery and no fizz.
excellent food service by luke was great friendly. slightly expensive. but good quality
Food was tasty but not particularly hot. Staff were friendly but not always present for requests for more drinks, cutlery etc. Birthday song lacked enthusiasm.
Good food and service
We are regular Fridays customers and had been looking forward to our meal. We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food. Our starter of potato skins were still hard and cold we were given new ones which were slightly better. Our main course the fries were stone cold and the rest of the meal was warm. We sent our fries back but the whole thing was just disappointing. The staff were very helpful and very sorry but even so it has put me off returning to your restaurants.
Very helpful and jolly waitress
By far the best TGI’s in Leeds!! A great night as always!
Initial greeting from tall girl (didn’t catch her name) was very rude and grumpy. But after repositioning the car, had to come back in and was greeted by a sweet shorter girl who was very helpful. Our server was Luke who was excellent. Food was really good.
Good quick stop off for tea.
The waiter was very friendly, patient and very excellent at his job. Sorry cannot remember his name. Also the other staff were friendly as well. Thank you for singing birthday song and big piece of birthday cake. Nice selection of drinks.
Easy to book on line, excellent service and delicious food!
Lost one star for service which was a shame as our waitress Gemma was excellent. We used the knife and fork on the table for our first course and that was duly taken away in good time. The main course came, also in good time but there was no cutlery to eat it with. As it was burgers we were able to use our hands but worth checking in future that there is always cutlery available. Having said all that the food was lovely and the customer service excellent.
Had a wonderful time at TGI on Friday night. Parents hadn't been before and at first I thought it would be far too noisy for them, but they loved it! Service was excellent, our waiter was lovely, Luke. The food was excellent, I had steak, chicken and shrimp, very good and plenty of it. The glaze/sauce is amazing. Everyone was happy with their meal, my Dad said it was the best meal he's had in ages. We would definitely return. It was especially good as we were staying in the attached premier inn. Little bit on the expensive side, but well worth it.
Family meal for a birthday, service was prompt, waitress was polite. Food was good. Can't go too far wrong with this place. To say it was a Tuesday evening in middle of October it was quite busy too.
