Really noisy... drinks ok but wasn’t too sure of the ‘ultimate’ measures in the drink... ribeye steak awful... like had its own film of fat .. was awful uncuttable and not cooked properly.. asked for medium got rare ... the waitress was lovely though and brought another steak ... not sure if we’d rush back
Nothing wrong with the restaurant and staff, all awesome. The booking portal needs updating, junction 27 doesn't come up if you type in Leeds, so unless you know it's called junction 27, you'll never find it
Every food, great staff only down side is when it’s busy you have to wait a lot more for bill drinks etc
The service was brilliant, food was beautiful
very sluggish service booked table arrived on time and left waiting 15 minutes. One of our party had 2 parts to her meal one was delivered and the other she had to wait. Feel extremely disappointed, wont be rushing back maybe more staff might make things run more smoothly.
Quick and friendly service. Yummy food!
Had a lovely evening celebrating our sons birthday staff were great ! Would highly recommend TGI FRIDAYS
The mustard mayo with our chicken fingers was lovely, the cocktails divine and our server luke was so friendly
Excellent food and great service
The food was delicious
I once had an issue with this particular TGi, and it was all to do with serving single diners. Sometimes people have to look at the bigger picture, I might be myself one night, on another I could bring 20 people along. Now the service, food and atmosphere are all pretty darn good.
Lovely food but inconsistent service from the waiters and waitresses
Always go to TGIs mainly for the boneless wings... normally I get the share portion with chips as my main but this time I thought I’d be different and get them as my starter and something different as my main. They came out barely covered in hot sauce. My partner had them and they were completely covered. Waited a while for drinks too but overall good evening
Had a great meal, even the fussy ones are happy
Booked a table for 10 people, was a little wait for the table to be ready which didn't really bother us as we sat in the bar area, our main concern was that you get 3 hour's free parking which you think would be plenty of time, well after a long wait between order being taken and food arriving we only had half hour for kids to order and eat dessert and get the bill and pay which was a big rush and spoilt the end of the meal.
They made the table look fab for my daughter's 7th birthday and it was such a last minute booking! Thank you!
Amazing food and great service.. will return x
Very happy with everything
Our main course came before our starter.
Tgis is our favourite!!
staff were great but food a little slow to be served but was great when it got here. we were also entertained with the games on the table. cheers
It was mine and my families first time visiting TGI's and may I say I was very impressed! We are already looking forward to visiting again.Thank you for making my daughters 15th birthday one to remember.
The service was soo slow and we were charged for an extra salad and larger we didn't order. The dressings for the salads were missing and there were not enough staff about to tell them.It took 30 mins from ordering the puddings to getting them and Even then it was after we had chased them up.We left a good tip because we felt sorry for the staff not as a reflection of our experience.
Always good food at TGIs but the Wellington Street Leeds branch always lacks tgat friendly atmosphere for some reason. All the staff were really nice however. Never disappointed in TGIs though
One of the child's drinks was horrible and tastless it was taken off are bill which was great. Also wasn't asked if meals where ok even though they was and struggled to get attention of staff for top ups of drinks. Other than that it was great.
