Great food and great service
Even though they were very busy, still got served fast and good food!
We had a lovely evening and were well looked after.
Went out with a large group of people (14) and they made everything (especially spitting the bill) very easy!! The service was incredible and the staff were really lovely.
Seemed to be a lot of breakerages in the kitchen Quite disturbing
Our waitress changed half way through which after building a relationship with the original waitress and not being told she was gone or on break was disappointing.
Music extremely loud making it difficult to talk and a large amount of menu choices were spicy limiting choice for those who don't like spicy food
An attentive waiter, who if my memory serves me was called Rory. He addressed our questions in a pleasant and eloquent manner taking time to make suggestions that were well received and appreciated. Thank you Rory.
Went for a meal for my sons 9th birthday with 3 small children. Staff were fantastic!
Staff always really friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. We have been to TGI on Gloucester 3 times now and are never disappointed.
We had a fabulous evening for my daughters 18th and a family friends 21st. All staff were very attentive and fun, especially waitress’April’ A very special Thankyou from us all. The Bishop Party
Very expensive for what we had!
Great service, lovely friendly staff and good food. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her birthday lunch. Thank you
If I could I would put no stars on the service it was that bad .waited 25 minutes for the drinks we ordered then when the food came out it only come out for my son we had to wait another ten minutes for ours to come then when we had finished we had to wait again for what seemed ages for the bill and when we left there were still dirty plates on our table . We arrived at one and never left untill 2:45 pm.
Very cold in restaurant. Food quite slow. No pineapple juice for chosen mocktail so made with apple instead but not very nice.
Server was great and so was the food!
We booked for my sons 13th birthday meal , we were seated quickly and the service we received was good but the food was not ! We ordered the warrior meals and normal cheese and burgers and they were all burnt to the point none of us finished our meals . Our bill was over £120 and we left feeling really deflated , I’m not sure we will be visiting again for a long time which is a shame as we loved tgi’s 😢
To be honest service was the WORST I’ve had would have put 0 stars if I could. Shocking had to order our own drinks at the bar wouldn’t go back to this one at all
The table we were sat at was a little cold as it was by the door rather than in the main body of the restaurant. The atmosphere was also slightly less as a result.
Our food was terrible. The shrimp was over cooked. Which was removed from the bill. My Cali sandwich, wasn’t a sandwich. The guacamole looked reused and had a film on it. As was the other coleslaw and salsa. And £3.10 for a coke is ridiculous!! There was a lady stood having a go at a waiter in front of our table which just made things awkward. £33 of absolute rubbish I’m afraid. Very very disappointing
Fab way to celebrate the new year 🍸🎉
Great family lunch out
Excellent. Our favourite restaurant. The food is fantastic
