Always love my experience here , lovely food , lovely staff , can’t wait to return!
Can’t fault the food as it’s always brilliant. Service was a bit slow. Server said sorry but the kitchen is under pressure as it’s so busy. It was Saturday night and it’s always busy - maybe needing more kitchen staff? Also, every single time I’ve eaten there, they never bring you cutlery. They put the food down then run off and you’re left trying to attract someone’s attention to get cutlery.
Waitress was extremely helpful and friendly
Would be nice to see more options on the free from menu, particularly for kids !!
So glad there was a vegan burger felt so included
We sat down to our booked table which was for around 8 people for the two of us, were served by a lovely server however once we were finished we were offered dessert menu or the bill when we were not ready for either, feeling on edge by constant peering staff we were forced to take the bill and leave.
Good food and service friendly. Was very busy when we were in and the couple next to us with 2 small children didn't get their food until after we had finished our starter and main course. Too noisy with the music to be able to have a chat even over a small table for two. Still would go back though as food is good.
While the service was great the food wasn’t as good as I expected it to be, not the warmest either.
Amazing food & excellent service.
Requested gluten free menu as I’m very intolerant of it and was informed online that there was one. Upon request, was informed that they no longer had the gluten free menu and instead the manager came along and spoke to me as if I had some more extreme form of special needs. I’m not disabled, so would rather no be treated like I was. Food was okay, nothin spectacular. Our waiter was lovely however and very friendly to myself and my family, if all the other members of staff behaved and acted in the same manner perhaps the restaurant as a whole would be in much better condition than it currently is.
This restaurant has drastically went downhill recently. Normally on a Sunday it’s really busy but it was really quiet. We had to ask for drawing things & balloon for my daughter when normally they would be given straight away & she would be asked what balloon she wanted made ( one of the reasons she loved going here). Waited ages on the meal & my husbands steak was totally tasteless & overcooked. We were never once asked if we wanted drinks refills. I had to ask 3 times for extra jd sauce before eventually getting some. The dessert menu leaves a lot to be desired now too. We waited absolutely ages on desserts coming meanwhile staff were all just stood about chatting. When they did come my daughters ice cream was all melting so had obviously been lying while the staff were chatting. My husband had the coconut cream pie which not even my daughter would eat. The only time staff were quick was when we asked for the bill. Normally we would leave a good tip but didn’t this time as food wasn’t great & the service was deplorable. The management in this restaurant obviously has gone totally downhill. We always come here for the kids birthdays but I wouldn’t waste my money!! If this is how it carry’s on I’m sure this restaurant won’t last much longer!! Disappointed doesn’t begin to describe it!!
Waitress Ruth was very friendly and helpful, a credit to your staff
Really enjoyable time, food fantastic service first class will definitely be back soon
The fries had too much seasoning on them. Very off putting and couldn’t finish them
We were there to celebrate my middle sons birthday, when my youngest son took unwell. The server was amazing and kept checking on him, she even boxed up the free birthday cake so Jamie could take it home as Daniel was too sick to stay. The manager also deducted Daniel's meal off the bill as he didn't manage to eat it. So thanks team TGI you made a very difficult meal a whole lot better x
Waitress was very nice an helpful. Tgi is my grand kids Fav An was my grandsons 9th Birthday An loved the singing from staff An cake thanhs again
Complaint has been made to head office regarding the experience me and my family had here yesterday
Great dining experience, staff are very welcoming and interact well with customers.
Our Waiter was fantastic and was very helpful.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive (without making you feel harassed with questions while you eat). In my opinion the menu isn't as good as it once was, but the fantastic service more than makes up for it.
I think it’s very expensive
Gd friendly atmosphere
Would have been a full house of 5 stars if the music hadn’t been so loud. Was very difficult to have any sort of conversation due to the loudness of the music !
Our server zander was extremely pleasant and helpful,he is a credit to your restaurant.
Reserved a table for 8pm. When we arrived our table wasn't ready. We were asked to wait in the waiting area. Time went by, we had to then ask someone if we could be seated. The staff member said she forgot about us. We were then taken to our table, our server did not approach us for about 20 mins. Order was taken. When our food did arrive in was cold. The only item that had any warm to it was the mozzarella dippers. Paid the bill, later realised we had been charged twice for the soft drinks. The drinks had already been paid for at the bar while waiting to be seated. It was a very disappointing visit particularly as we were celebrating a 21st birthday ☹️
