First visit to the restaurant. Lovely staff and lovey food. I did find the music to be a bit too loud as I found it hard to have a conversation with my family. I actually thought it was just me getting old and boring but even my kids agreed. I would be happy to dine here again and plan to return.
Amazing food and service will defintly be back only disappointment was no song sung for a birthday
Main waitress was rude and patronising. Sam (male waiter) was the only redeeming factor of service.
No cutlery until we asked for it and waited for ages on our drinks! Food was delish though and our waiter was fab (Just seemed like he was running around after everyone else too!)
We were a little disappointed by a few issues The table had no Birthday props as we requested and when we asked we were told there was no stock this was a special bday celebration for 3 family members who were celebrating bdays. Some of the food was a little over cooked And there was no ice cream ?? However our waiter Sam was excellent he was very friendly and made a big effort to make us feel welcome and he clearly works very hard as he was visibly being the same with all the customers in his area.
We arrived slightly later as we got stuck in traffic, I called ahead to let your team know, we arrived at 6pm and never got our starters until 7.20 which was a total disappointment, especially since we had young kids with us who were very agitated and hungry by this point, by the time the food arrived they were that tired they barely touched their meals, we then waited a further 30 mins on our mains by this point We were all fed up as we had seen familys come in after us and have a 3 course meal and leave before we even had our mains. After complaining to your staff someone came to our table and apologised for the wait and said they would take a discount off our bill at the end, we had promised the kids an ice cream so ordered those they came pretty quickly which was good, I had also ordered a cocktail which the waitress forgot to put through so I sat for 40 mins waiting on it and only got it after I asked why it was taking so long, after getting there at 6pm we never got out until 8.30pm the food was great but the service and wait was a total let down and has put us off coming back which is sad as we have always enjoyed coming here for a treat, when we recieved the bill it was quite disappointing to see a measly £13.52 had been taken off a £160.93 Bill.
Jack was a very good host.
A lovely visit with Granddaughter begore going to see Mamma Mia at the Odeon next door.
We all had a great time, service was great and food was superb. Thank you To all at TGI’s
Arrived and shown to our seats, three of the 8 seats were sticky with spilled drinks from the night before, the tables were also sticky This meal was for an adults birthday lunch, the food took forever to arrive and the place was not busy at all, when the steak arrived it was not cooked as asked, returned to the kitchen and waited on another being prepared Waiting staff were excellent but overall experience wont bring me running back
Food is great when when served quickly Food sat on the hot plate for at least 10 minutes which made the usually lovely ribs dry out a bit while server was no where to be seen (maybe on break?) service was pretty slow 10 minutes just to get two cokes
Food was appalling we got nachos to start which only had cheese on the top 5 nachos the rest were covered in lettuce My chicken was so tough & dry I needed a chainsaw to cut through it My husbands ciabbatta sandwich was over cooked and the ciabatta was burned
Left before we actually got our main course . Service was disgraceful took half an hour to get our starters . We got seated at 7.15pm and still never had our mains by 8.30pm so got up and left . Sat with empty drink glasses and never once got asked if we wanted another. To be honest I don’t think we had a server . Won’t be back
We booked a table for 3, pre cinema. Gave us 1.5 hours. Took 45 minutes for food to arrive which was poor quality some hot, some over cooked and some cold. I asked for the bill and to cancel last drink order after 20 minutes waiting. The manager did apologise and reduce the bill but it puts you off going back.
We waiting well over an hour for our food with young children this is not ideal. No colouring in or anything to keep kids busy. When food arrived the order was wrong and sweet potato fries wee cold. Wanted to have a pudding but we sat for a good 20 mins after finishing our dinner and no one came near us. Left as kids were tired and fed up.
Great service , lovely food . As a party of 6 we would request a large booth next visit as we couldn't socialise well at our table but that was no one's fault . A lovely evening.
Georgia was very friendly and service excellent!
We went for a birthday party and have to said everything was amazing. We'll go back
Absolutely amazing. First time there, waiter was very polite and attentive. Food was really delicious. Will definitely come back!
First visit to this one and it was a huge hit with the kids. Especially the chicken wings
Waited 40 minutes on our starters then when finished starters were given main meals immediately after which was unpleasant and couldn't enjoy our meal as we didn't have a break inbetween courses.
My son enjoyed the staff singing to him for his birthday
The table was very sticky. The presentation of the food was appalling . We will not be back.
It was very busy and there was a few things missed and long waiting times. For example on all the burger plates there was no apple slaw included. My sis In law got her chicken noodle salad without chicken and then had to wait 20 mins for it to be brought back out. Diet coke was mixed up with real coke. Just a bit all over the place. Food was lovely though.
Shocking waited 50 min for a meal and it was rubbish stuff was missing and the food was horrible. We ended up cancelling half our order as it was missing it was the worst meal I have had in TGI Fridays the waitress handed me a receipt and told me to calculate the difference from the missing food and she will take payment once I work it out
