The overall experience was great, as always. But there was a colleague sleeping in the booth next to ours, which made us all feel very uncomfortable.
Was a little disappointed that the table next us was served first and that we had to wait 5 minutes after them when we arrived before them. Also staff was confused about what food belonged to what table
Sam our waitress very helpful and friendly.
The food was very expensive for so little. The food was cold and the music was extremely Loud we couldn’t have a conversation in our table.
The food wasn’t cook properly and restaurant was dirty (with sticky floors and seats). Two of my guest had upset stomach later that evening. This is not what I expected from TGI Friday’s and unfortunately it slightly spoilt my daughters birthday.
Place was filthy. Drink turned up with decomposing mint in it, cutlery covered in dried food, Floor needed a good sweep/mop, tables and chairs sticky and filled with dirt. We called staff over to rectify issues and it was done.. but when the food turned up.. a medium well steak was more rare and the sweet potato fries were sitting in their bag with a hard piece of god knows what.. possibly an extremely well done chip.. possibly a piece of wood who knows. Manager was a sweetheart bless her, she agreed that everything that could have gone wrong, did with is and deleted our bill so we left. TGIs are going down the pan.. too quick to put bums on seats and not enough time spent of cleanliness.
Great place! All staff were brilliant!
Very good service, our waiter was lovely.
The food was bad, ordered BBQ ribs they had pretty much no BBQ sauce and were very dry. Chips were very dry and sweetcorn was also extremely dry. It was like the plate had sat under heat lamp for 5 hours before I got it. Extremely disappointing food.
I waited 1 hour for my food, food then came wrong 3 times. I had to request for a refund and leave absolutely disappointed with the hygiene in there. Never will I enter again. Not to mention they did not even give me my full refund the cheek of it. Just refunded me main meal money.
Great atmosphere! Staff extremely friendly!
Staff stood around hugging, gossiping and was more interested in socialising than actually serving customers I then asked a passing waitress if we could order she said okay then matched off in search for another waitress ( I’m guessing this wasn’t her station) ... I had chosen 1 cocktail and 2 mocktails... no ingredients to make any of the mock tails on the menu!!! The food was lovely apart from the bean burger than I couldn’t finish as it was just like breadcrumbs dipped and over cooked in grease ... I’m vegetarian and have eaten this before from another tgi but this was disgusting!! No waitress to ask or say anything to ... I paid up and left .. I feel our waitress was over worked and seemed to be the only person doing any work
Quite disappointing all round really, the place seemed very grubby (we all stuck to our seats they were so sticky). Waitress was pleasant and attentive. But we won't be going back.
This was my first experience at TGI Fridays and can clearly say it’ll be my last. The chairs were sticky, tables were unclean and they didn’t have much on the menu. Every time I asked for something the waitress said she couldn’t as they didn’t have it in stock.
Seats were very sticky & cramped for 5 people. Steak was quite fatty & there was not any side other than a piece of lettuce & a few chopped tomatoes. No forks were given. Could not have the desserts we wanted as they did not have the ingredients. Overall a bit pricey for what we received. On the plus side the mojito was nice
The staff were amazing and attentive The greeter maitre’d was very accommodating The waitress was equally helpful
Service and cleanliness has really deteriorated. Food was lukewarm when it arrived. Really disappointing eating experience overall We had to clean down our own table and seating as very dirty and sticky. Service very slow - had to ask for cutlery several times with both courses. Had to ask for sauce several times and when it did come it was in takeaway plastic containers. Took over 10 minutes to get the bill and then we had to wait for another 10 minutes for the waiter to get a card machine. We are regulars but service and cleanliness has really gone downhill. We won't be visiting again.
Food was too long to come out and air conditioning wasn’t working
Air conditioning was broken near our table but they wouldn't move us to a different seat and it felt like 100 degrees. Service was very slow and steak was cremated when we asked for medium-well done. Not a very good experience for my sons 16th birthday. It was the only tgi's we could get a reservation, now I know why.
Food was great but service was poor! Children has to wait an hour and half for food and a lot of mistakes with the orders of food and drinks! A lot of going back and forward to the bar
A disappointing visit for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Service was incredibly slow, waited about 30 minutes before order taken and over 45 minutes for food to arrive and when it did it wasn’t very nice. Three people ordered the Mac and cheese and had to send it back - it was literally pasta tossed in an almost dry sauce with 3 prawns on top - and the boneless hot wings had an awful after taste. The ribs were good but that’s about all. The main meal debacle was so off putting that we opted not to get dessert and we didn’t get to sing the happy birthday song - one of the main reasons for TGI being chosen - because it was so late, so that was a real shame. We spoke to the manager who deducted 25% off the bill, however this experience has put me off revisiting TGIs.
Service was great as always. Wish there were better kids options.
Slow service and had to always ask for a refill instead of being offered. Not really looked after or asked if we were ok.
Really disappointed in the whole experience. No Peroni/Budweiser, food was like warm and waiters rushed off their feet. Received a discount off the bill but that made no difference to how I felt when I left.
