Food took over an hour to come to the table and when it did it was lukewarm but we were too hungry to send it back. The plates were actually hotter than the food. Very disappointed
Go here regularly with my family, always excellent service. Would recommend to book online to avoid disappointment as they get really busy at times.
Waited over two hours for food then told there were no chips was fuming my wife is type 1 diabetic
We were served by Jeremy who was hilarious and a great guy! Hope he had a great time at Uni! The manager was also very sweet!
This was the 4th time I have visited T.G.I. Friday’s and yesterday was by far the worst, we ordered drinks starters and mains to which our drinks came 30 mins late then a following 20 minutes after our mains came out (wrong) and before we had even had put starters. So therefor we left the starters and where happy to have just our mains to which my partners order was wrong he asked for no prawns and bacon instead by the time it had been sent back and re sent I had already finished my mains as he waited 30 mins for to which he sent it away to say he’s not eating alone, we get that it was busy but even to get our bill took ages to come over and cutlery to which I ate half my mains with out.
Very terrible experience. Staff seated us on a table that hadn’t been cleaned, food came and we had to look for staff to give us serviettes and knives and forks they still didn’t bring any we had to then find someone else to ask who then gave us only knives and forks and we had to ask for serviettes again. Burger was awfully dry we had to ask for another to be made. Toilets had no tissue and no hand wash bins were overflowing with rubbish on the floor and every toilet dirty. I have pictures to prove it
Food was obviously precooked and barely luke warm when it hit our table and after 3minutes food was totally cold.. We both ate 1/5 of the meal and left. We arrived at 9pm, so don't think we will visit TGI Fridays again due to this subpar experience. L
Music was very loud
Best branch TGI branch in London is definitely Enfield, their great service is consistent.
Pleasant and attentive waitress, nice food and service . Overall a very nice dining experience.
Had George as our waiter lovely and friendly service. George was very helpful and fast sign the service.
Worst service ever
Me and my family love TGI's but on this occasion we were very disappointed. The food was dry and the steak was tough and not as we ordered. The toilets were disgraceful. No loo role. Vomit all over and poo everywhere as my my said. This was raised to a member of staff then we left. I have to say apart from the young lady serving our table it was a horrible experience.
Very good service and good food. Thank you
I was very impressed with TGI Fridays in Enfield. It is clearly very popular. I was disappointed with the draft lager on offer. Only Budweiser. The other two lagers were unavailable. However, the food was outstanding. You clearly have very good chefs!
Great food and atmosphere but really slow service considering the restaurant was almost empty when I went. Prices are a bit high for burgers etc
Ate here with my wife and 3 young children. The food and service were good and they catered well for allergies. However, our booth seats and floor were sticky and one of the benches was broken. The most disappointing part was the state of the toilets. The men's floors were flooded, only one of the women's was in use with a big queue. They were so bad that everyone was using the disabled toilet which in turn was getting messed up and I had to wait a while to use the baby change. All in all, the dirty nature of the restaurant and the horrible toilets took the shine off what would have been a nice occasion and I would definitely be hesitant to go back as a result
From the momment me and my friend walked in we were treated like vip's! We were an hour early for our booking but luckily didn't have to wait. Our waiter was smiley and looked after us all evening, often coming back and checking everything was ok and asking if we needed anything. Food was scrumptious except for the garlic bread which dry and hard as rock. Dessert was the bomb! Choc fudge fixation!!!! Amazing dining experience. Me and bestie can't keep away! TGI enfield is our spot once per month! Love it here! Also lovely atmosphere staff seem happy and really look after the customers!
Food was excellent as was the service
Was lovely celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Tgi’s. The table was booked without problems and we were seated straight away. One of the food items we ordered did not arrive (as staff forgot to cook it!) however, they apologised and gave it to us later telling us that they wouldn’t charge for it. Really lovely service by very charming staff.
It's my 1st time going TGI Fridays, the service was excellent from staff member Zac, the food was on point very impressive nicely presented, the drink purple rain was out this world absolutely loved it, I'll definitely be going again and again in the future xx
Great cocktails and food!
