I booked for 8 people for a birthday dinner, the service was very slow we had to keep waving to get served, and the food wasnt great, the burgers were dry and the ribs were mostly fat, after paying quite abit of money when we got home we were sick and wasn't well for a few days after, will not be coming back, a bit let down
our waitress was so lovely!!!
Ridiculous. Book in advance and then be unable to be seated - with a wait time of over an hour and half! What’s the point in booking a time if you can’t be allocated that time on arrival!
Not very impressed with our recent visit - tables booked in advance - when booking I was told we could have the table until 7om we had 2 x 8 seat tables - we got there at 5 and at about 5.20/5.30 had to find staff to take a drinks order - drinks were bought but again had to find someone to take food order - some starters bought up cold and when sent back we had to chase staff to see where it was - when steaks come out for mains it was guessed as to who’s was what as apparently there’s usually something that shows what was medium or medium rare - we went to the bar ourselves a few times as it was quicker - when pudding was bought out sharing one was given to one of the young adults and smaller portion given to two adults to share - apparently it was the young adults fault for accepting it - we had to get cutlery from other tables and gave up one of our seats so a mum could sit down to feed her baby - don’t think I’d be in a rush to book a birthday party there again
took 21 minutes to order a drink with the usual basic of coke and Pepsi not available, food came 35 mins with the food clearly coming from the microwave !!!! The plate would of gave me third degree burns if I attempted to eat within the first five minutes. Covent Garden seems like the only place that is proper! Don't waste your evening or money at Enfield branch !!
We booked, but had to wait 1,45 minutes for food after ordering when our starters and mains all came at once. The restaurant was half empty, it was dirty, there were people Queuing all the way out the door taken ages to be seated. It’s TGIs not a la carte. But the fast, fun and good price wasn’t even here. Our food was just warm and so dry.
It took over 35 minutes just to order a drink. I booked early as I took my children yet it took well over 1.30 hours for our food to arrive. My sons meal was missing chips and the waitress argued the wrap in his wrap major league meal was the carbs that it comes with. I had to pull the menu up on my phone to prove she was wrong! Really disappointing as we normally really enjoy coming.
Always loved it but was a bit disappointed this time!
Bit of confusion at first over finding the reservation but otherwise was a great visit.
The staff were doing the best they could in a flawed situation. Accepting walk ins on top of bookings on a Saturday night made for absolute chaos.
Service was slow, hot dogs and milkshake was unavailable. Server was good, but venue seemed understaffed and found the experience unenjoyable, we only stayed as we had a child who had never been to TGi and was excited but in the end was not a great experience. I love TGI, but will go to Watford where I normally go and have a wonderful time.
Please thank Ryan for his fantastic service. I booked a table for 5 yesterday for 3.30pm and he immediately made us all feel welcome. The food was delayed and he kept us fully informed as to the reason why and when we could expect yo be served. He kept on ensuring we were alright for drinks!
I don’t usually come TGI however, the service i experienced from the employees there was amazing. Lisa and Anthony are amazing and made me and my friends feel very very welcome. Will definitely be coming back again.
Always a pleasure to eat here. Staff are generally very attentive, food is always good, however sometimes the music is a little on the loud side which can be annoying when trying to have a conversation.. The seats were very sticky and somewhat grubby last night, could have done with a good scrub down.
Our waiter was very good very attentive and great fun. It was my daughters birthday and she was made to feel special
Glad we booked in advance as people in front had to wait 45mins... however slowish service needed more staff
I went to TGT's yesterday with 3 friends and I was disappointed. The service was poor, we had to wait an hour for our mains and further 20 mints for the 1st of the desert but we did not receive the 4th desert for another 20 mins. It was not very busy for a Tuesday well plenty of staff to cope. We also felt that the food was not to par with the chocolate fixation being just about lukewarm. It is one of my favourites restaurants to visit but the services has recently decorated and last night was exceptionally poor.
Shocking won’t be returning
very nice meal out, wish the staff were a bit more attentive and quick x
We came to celebrate my daughters birthday. Service was very slow and it was a long time for taking of dessert order after Meals were finished. I appreciate it was very busy, but I feel we were shoved at the back of the restaurant and forgotten about. Our table was booked for 5.30pm and we didn't end up leaving until gone 8.30pm. The waitress was very good when we saw her but the whole experience was kind of hampered by all the waiting.
Sevies was not good wait for our drinks quite long time. They couldn't even find the wine glasses I won't go back there
The restaurant looks tired and dirty The toilets are disgusting They had run out of Bailey’s so no honey kiss A signature cocktail Unfortunately the place had completely gone down They were under staffed so had to wait quite a while to be served
Waited for our food for an hour and it cake out stone cold asked to he changed and got told no.
I had a terrible experience after yesterday’s visit I don’t think I will be returning - We arrived and was told pit table needed cleaning and will come And get us 20 mins later we were still waiting so we went and sat down Apart from I was with my pregnant friend who couldn’t fit in the booth so we asked to move and the lady told us she didn’t think coikd movr is anywhere else and did we state in the booking someone was pregnant I’ve never heard tbjs in all my Life We finally got moved I got told they were under staffed not my problem it took another 30 mins to have our order taken I had to ask 3 different people for this to happen Food was revolting and cold I asked for a corn on cob extra never came bu still got charged The toilets were filthy as well
Birthday cake for my daughter made the experience even better thank you
