Had to fetch my own cuterlery and sauce. Second round of drinks ordered not long after food came and didn’t receive until after food was eaten. Purple rain cocktail was laughable in appearance compared to drinks menu. Bill took longer to come than the food. Table next to us complained too. Overall just not a pleasant experience.
Not a great experience at this restaurant. Normally TGI’s is overall really good but we had steaks over cooked, staff ignored us and they didn’t even have the right table for our party, so they put two chairs on the end of the table so two of our party kept getting knocked into. This experience has really put a dampener on our view of TGI’s.
I been here a few times now n I choosed this place for a wedding anniversary n my birthday treat The food n staff was good
Food was over cooked and service painfully slow.
Had the warrior burger which was a little over cooked for my liking as I prefer my burgers medium/rare. Sesame Chicken delivered as ever and I was impressed with the Nachos. The waiter, Jackson, was very friendly however the service could have been quicker. Nothing against Jackson as he was working flat out and he was always on the go! He just had too many table to cater for.
The fries were cold, meal portions seem to have got smaller, took an hour for the food to come out. About £11 for some chicken sticks and fries without any offer of veg or salad on the menu but unfortunately it's all my daughter will eat. A total of £60 for 3 adult meals, 1 child meal and 4 soft drinks, we felt was very overpriced. my son's meal was incomplete when it was served so had to ask for the rest. Had to ask twice for a drink refill. Amy who greeted us and showed us to the table was very cheerful as always.
We were sat waiting at our table for 30mins before being asked if we wanted a drink. Then waited another 20mins before we got our drinks. Food was ok. Had ribs which were tasty but coleslaw was pathetic not sure how you can actually claim it as a side a single fork full and only a small hand full of chips for £14.99. Not sure of value for money.
Better feedback would have been given if we didn’t have to chase missing food on more than two dishes.
Service was not very attentive, and incredibly slow. We went in at 1:45 and left at 4pm, having only had one course! My friend was unfortunately brought the wrong meal and had to wait even longer then for the correct one. Luckily the food was fine when it came, but nothing special for the price.
Very slow waiter/waitress,I am gluten intolerant and had to wait a long time for the manager to come take my order, customers got food eat before us even whe ordered before (there was only 2 of us and 6 of them) waiter absolutely stank on bodily odor that we had to look away when he came by ur as very strong smell, music is way to loud couldn’t even have a conversation with my partner, not exactly the birthday meal I had planned for him, very disappointed
We didn’t get to our main course until an hour after sitting down due to a kitchen mix up, tables were sticky, the bulb above our table was intermittent plunging us into darkness periodically. I had chicken burger, doubled up, one of the fillets was so rubbery it was inedible, the bun was soaked in grease and the fries were under cooked, so safe to say I won’t be back
We had a great time, the waitress was great, food came promptly and was tasty, and the stag got a free drink and a bit of cake. A great experience. Only slight negative for me is that I’ve always thought the TGI menu is a little overpriced for what is, essentially, fast food.
All good, nothing at all to complain about. Will be coming back
Friendly team, great food. Be back soon!
Booked as it was a birthday which was selected on the online reservation and also reiterated when we arrived at the restaurant. Although the restaurant was told twice no one sang happy birthday and this was the reason we decided on this restaurant so very disappointed
Always looked after well and food is fantastic
We had a fabulous time staff are great and really helpful .The atmosphere is lovely . we don’t live in Bristol so this is are nearest one so we try to get here on special occasions would definitely recommend here Thank you x
Food was not up to standard and service was very slow.
Music very loud, quite hard to have a conversation.
Jackson(think that’s correct?) our server was fab! We were a party of 10 for an 8th bday meal. All the food & drinks were great & the service was very polite and efficient.
Our server, Reuben, was extremely efficient and polite. Could not have had a better waitor to have served us. The food and drink was excellent as always and a short wait for a table considering it was a Saturday night.
We were sat by the door which was cold. We had requested a booth for our anniversary which was ignored. Different staff members were giving different wait times from 1 hour to 1hour 50 minutes?! Turned EVERY customer that came in without a booking away and there were so many free tables. It was uncomfortable especially as we heard every single one giving we were sat by the door as the customers congregated around our table which was frustrating. However our waitress was lovely. Checked in on us and was always smiling. There was a young lad cleaning the tables and he genuinely was the hardest working person there. He was so quick and had not complained once. He should be recognised for his hard work!
Waitress was very helpful and made our grand daughters birthday party a great day
Had to wait to long for food
The prices have food more exapensive which is fine but the food quality and quantities are reduced. It’s not a bad Mel but used to be a lot nicer.
