Waited 40 minutes for a drink! And an hour and a quarter for food! We appreciate it was a busy evening however no apology from staff. When drinks arrived they were flat! Point was made to staff and no attempt to change it! Will not be returning anytime soon!

It took us forever to receive our drinks from the bar when we first arrived waiting for our table. The staff was more worried about talking to each other then service myself and friends. We then went to our table were our waiter was shocking!! Took forever to clear our plates. We had already payed for our bill before the plates were collected! Trying to enjoy a drink with friends after paying our bill but the dirty plates were still on our table for a good 20/30 min after we had payed for our bill. We were expecting £10.15 change from our bill and our waitress said “are you worried about the 15p” even though we had already left a tip that she didn’t deserve. It was very rude and I should never be asked that. After our meal we went back up to the bar for one more drink. By now the bar was empty as it was gone 9pm four bar stuff at the bar yet it took us over 20 min to order and drink and then when we finally did our drinks got give to the wrong person (Someone who wasn’t even with us received our drinks) it was shocking service. The only nice person on the bar had an accident that evening while in work and couldn’t use one hand as he had hurt it. None was helping him even though he was struggling like mad, felt really sorry for him. Overall this was the worst Experiance I have ever had from TGI fridays! Not sure if I will return as felt like staff couldn’t be bothered to make our experience great.

Terrible experience after waiting 1 hour and 10 mins for our starter followed by a further half an hour for our main course with only 5 out of the 6 in our party to receive their meal which wasn’t great either.This was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday meal for my family and turned into an utter disaster and disappointing evening.Will shall not be returning to this shambolic restaurant in Cribbs Causeway.

15 minutes to get a drink from the bar. 20 minutes waiting to order food, we had to ask to order in the end, had to wait another 10 minutes to order, another server took pity on us and took our order. Our waiter seemed to forget that he had customers, we never saw him until we’d been sat there for 30 minutes!. 45 minutes to get our starter and it was over cooked, by now we were too hungry to care but did feed back our comments to which we were offered another, we’d already finished it by now so declined. Eventually got our main course which was surprisingly nice after terrible previous visits to Cribbs Causeway tgi’s. Didn’t bother with dessert as we were already running late for other plans. Severely disappointed again. We vow to never return each time but this time was our last. The food can be lovely, with the prices you charge you expect a certain level of service and it wasn’t the busiest on this occasion either, plenty of tables available

Thank you to the staff for taking my food allergy seriously. I felt in safe hands! I would like to raise that the glazed burgers weren't as flavourful as expected - extra glaze Kirk you find on ribs would go down very well! Love that Jack Daniels sauce...!

Booked table for daughters birthday and requested balloons . Booking ignored and kept waited to be seated. Drinks order wrong, service very slow, main meal missing items and tiny. asked to keep cutlery between meals! And after checking receipt over charged by adding extra main to bill! Very disappointed, won't be returning.

The waiter we had was lovely and I can’t fault the service he provided. My main issue with this visit was the time the food took to arrive at the table. There were only 2 of us on this booking and it took just under an hour for our food to arrive. We were not warned of this wait when we arrived. When the food arrived, the gravy on “the gravy seal” burger was in a tiny pot, which was half full and cold, meaning it was unedible. The wait for our drinks was also quite lengthy and I had to ask for cutlery as there was not any provided for myself at the table.

The food was good when we received what we ordered e.g. hot! The first offering was at best tepid, it must have been cooked hot so why not serve it hot! The replacement food was good. Also an error in the final bill that should have been checked before presenting to the customer. We will go again as overall the choices are great and the food is good

Unfortunately our experience was not brilliant. Having purchased a coca cola at the bar under the impression it was unlimited refills, we were then charged for a refill on our main bill. We also had issues with our food which when flagged to the server, took time to resolve meaning I had finished my starter by the time my husbands arrived. We also had issues with the main, where my medium / rare steak was blue. This was replaced but again meant my husband had finished by the time that arrived. The 2nd steak was cooked slightly better but was more rare than it was medium / rare. The food issues were discounted from the final bill but it did detract somewhat from a rare/ much needed date night without the children around.

The brownies I got for dessert was just heated up chochate cake. Not a brownie. Also really small portion. I let the waitress know but no one did anything. We were also told that our burgers could only be cooked to welldone AFTER ordering.

Came to TGI Fridays Cribbs Causeway at 13:50hrs for 2pm bookings for 8 people. We were seated at end of left corner. Had our starter at 14:50hrs - 40 minutes after we had ordered, had our main meal at around 15:30hrs. Drinks were initially served too fast but that was it. One year old child lost her appetite because we have to feed her with the milkshake (we have no baby food with us) whilst waiting for her main meal. The cheese nachos at cinema is better than your nachos. All food given to us wasn’t piping hot but only luke warm or slightly hot temperature. The salmon was barely hot at all. The family of 3 behind us who came way after us had finished their food, paid and gone before our main meal was served. I did mentionioned it to the young man who was cleaning the table after them (that was the only time they have served our food!) This is my very first food review and I was disappointed I couldn’t enjoy my meal. It was a double birthday celebration for my son and my daughter’s boyfriend, meant to be a happy memories but we were all upset. My son had his birthday celebration at TGI Fridays Cabot Circus last year and it was excellent that made him request to be the same restaurant for this year.

Service was unusually very poor. The chap serving us was very quiet and didn’t even give us cutlery! I had to ask for the cutlery & serviettes twice before I got some. Very disappointed but it won’t put me off returning.

waited nearly 1 hr to get our food, then when it arrived it was only warm, waitress did offer to take it back but as we had waited a long time for it we didn't want to wait longer so ate it. will be a long time before I go back

sorry to say but i wouldn't come back after my vist. we waited about 45 mins to 1 hour for a food and waited 30 mins for are drinks and to make it worse 1 of your waiters would walk pass and ask iv we've had are food yet will if i did have are food you would see are empty plates on the table then you expect me to pay the full bill £175.00 which is quite a lot when its 2 adults and 1 child.

Our cocktails weren’t the best and didn’t taste right. I had vegetable skewers and they were awful. The veg was very undercooked so I didn’t eat any of it. Our waitress however was brilliant.

We had problems with the steak ordered as rare but arrived medium, we pointed this out to our waitress who suggested we ordered it blue next time! We checked your menu and red is suppose to be bloody there was no blood. I did speak to the manager quietly about this to speak with the waitress and to be fair he did everything he could to try and rectify the bad service and agreed when he saw the steak it was not rare. Because the manager dealt with this well we won’t be put off coming back but I think waiting staff could do with some more training if this is typical of how they speak to customers

When we arrive i was told by the team member my reservation had been cancelled despite seeing my name on the screen and not being informed off this, they didnt apologise for being wrong. We were shown to our table and the service was friendly and efficient, the food was hot and really tasty too.What bothered us most were the empty tables and half cleared tables while the staff stood around chatting and patrons were waiting in the bar area for seating to be available. While we ate our mains the table behind hadnt been seen to and actually got up and left as service seemed unlikely. This visit simply highlighted the need for training in your restaurants
