Best TGI’s in a long time!
Great service and food
Waited a long time for food & with three children it wasent good didn't get asked on one of the meal what was wanted with the blt & no j2o drinks available so not satisfactory
They placed 8 grown adults in a booth which should really be for 6 people, we asked to move they said no( there were a lot of free tables) once the food came there was no room for all the plates the chicken wings were dry and looked like they had been sitting for ages! Brought out 2 wrong orders when we asked to speak to someone in charge they said no 1 was there untill later.
Had a witness called Francesca’s was lovely couldn’t of done more for us.
Had a great time and very helpful
We waited 20 mins and no service even though it wasn’t busy, had to get the host to get us our drinks which were flat so had to be sent back. Finally got food after being there 70 minutes and the burger had no cheese or salad so had to be sent back and came out with burnt cheese on the meat and a side salad of one lettuce leaf with one ring of onion. The waiter was unbelievably rude and ignored us the whole time we kept trying to get attention and his whole section was filthy the entire time we were there, all he did was stand around chatting with other members of staff. We complained to the manager, Henry, who was absolutely lovely and had new food that was much better sorted for us in 10 minutes and he took money off the bill and continued to check on us through the rest of the night. The waiter never apologised and never even came to our table once except to bring the awful first meal.
Booked this as my daughters birthday, we drove an hour to get to you. Staff friendly and was all going well. Ordered drinks but 1 was missing the birthday girl and sat waiting 20 minutes for it to come. It eventually arrived so we ordered dinner, then two meals came out but noone else as was party of 7 so 5 of us sat waiting and the other two had nearly finished. No sauces offered for the two that had theres and noone came back and we wanted to order more drinks. Had to grab the waiter again called reece who did apologise and went to get the other 5 meals. He then got sauces and ordered more drinks. Just a shame that for my daughters birthday 7 people couldnt eat and drink together at the same time after driving 1 hour for this. Would like somone to come back to me regarding this. Reece was nice and took the kids meal off but that wasnt the point really. Lara roberts
Food was good, manager took some food off the bill simply because it was 3 minutes behind the rest of the food. Couldn’t argue with this and didn’t really spoil our evening.
Enjoyed the new garlic bread but was disappointed that the Cajun creamy pasta with shrimp now only comes as a regular portion I used to order the smaller portion and was able to eat it all. I left a good half of the standard size portion.
Great family night out for my birthday, with balloon hat and free birthday cake!!
our waiter was FANTASTIC however the food and drinks took so long to come. we booked for 3pm so i has enough time to get ready for my evening birthday celebrations but we didn't end up leaving until past 6pm because our order was forgotten about? I had brushettta to start which consisted of some garlic paste on toast with tomatoes which wasn't very nice.....i didn't understand why fresh garlic wasn't used? The ribs were DELICIOUS and the chips were freshly cooked! but my mum's cheeseburger was so overcooked and the cheese hasn't melted so unfortunately was very dry. I love tgis and was disappointed :( but our waiter deserves good feedback as he was great! my ribs were lovely but it just took so so long and the restaurant wasn't busy so there was no reason. was a shame
Great atmosphere, great service and food!
I want to say how fantastic our server Shannon was. She was calm and patient even with 20 kids plus adults ordering on top. She didn’t stress and was extremely professional. I felt she understood how stressed I was and we worked well to get kids fed etc. Thank so much again and we will be returning x
I was shocked there were no crayons or paper available and literally nothing for kids to do. I worked at TGI Fridays a while back and we always had colouring and balloons for the kids! The restraint was pretty messy too.
Lovely meal for my wife, my 1yr old son and myself. All the staff were excellent and the food was fantastic.
Waitress was great. Unfortunately food is terrible, tastes like it has been cooked from frozen either deep fried or microwaved. Has no taste
We had a lovely meal for my sons birthday, service was quick, attentive and very friendly. Loved it, my son enjoyed it also, only other thing would of been for kids to have some colouring but they were waiting for an order. We will be returning
WAIted 10mins at the door to be greeted by a member of staff. Waitress was really lovely. However slow service second time I’ve been this year & had bad service.
Did have to wait for table we booked, but all went well from there.
Dreadful experience. Table booked for 1 o clock. Finally got the main course at 2.30. Our waitress was ok, but other staff miserable and fed up. I would have liked a cocktail but felt rushed and the waitress just wanted the order and to get on cleanung other tables. Didn’t bother having pudding as was to late. I won’t be going back. The meal was for my sons birthday and before a big operation he is having - not that tgi’s cared!!
Asked for a bottle of processeco got a glass ... asked for cheesy garlic bread just got garlic bread ...waited 45-1hr for food staff couldn’t talk hardly any English so that’s why our order was messed up ... waste of money .... and a waste of an hour and a half of my life
We waited over an hour for food...shicking service. My daughters steak was not an 8 oz dirloin and was overcoojed. Too tired to complain but wont b going again. TGI in Brighton is a world away from this dirty dump. Very fusappointed
It took us over an hour to get our food, when it did arrive it was just a burger on a plate with a few dry chips, not very appetising at all. Music was far too loud Will not be going back
Had a lovely meal for my son’s birthday. Our waitress was friendly, chatty and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was suberb and the complimentary birthday cake and song was great. Definitely recommend them
