Unfortunately we waited over half an hour just to order drinks! I also got food poisoning!!!!! 24 hours of sickness and diarrhoea..... great just how I wanted to spend bank holiday weekend.
Ribeye Steak was not available, the waitress did not seem to know what beers were served in which volume.
Our Waiter was exceptional... great service and he even organised a congrats card for my son for getting great exam results, signed by several staff. We were made to feel special and the food was, as always, delicious. Honestly my favourite family restaurant
Great food and service, a little over priced on the cocktails
Food was very good as always and our 16 year old twin boys specially chose this as there birthday venue and were not disappointed.
Found the restaurant very noisy
Bar staff had no idea how to make/serve a cosmopolitan. Served in tumbler? Watched as strawberry daiquiri required noted paper instructions on how to make. Chicken burger had smallest fillet that was smaller than childs portion. Luke warm chips coleslaw needed to be topped up as all that was served was little more than a teaspoon,.
Great food and friendly accommodating staff, thank you.
Great service and good. Accommodating with kids with food issues and adapting menu.
Great service great team and great value for money
Service was good, although quite a wait before we got our first drinks order. One starter and one side dish were cold and were returned. The most off-putting thing was the ladies toilets, out of the 3, one was blocked and one with no toilet paper, the other was in use so I can not comment. I told a member of staff (looked like paper towels were being used instead of toilet paper) and she said she would get it sorted....an hour later it was still the same, not very pleasant. I noticed a lack of 'rota' on the wall for checking the toilets as you see in most restaurants. This could definitely be an area of improvement. But overall of good visit for sons 12 th birthday. A fuss was made of h by the staff and it was appreciated.
My daughter had a brilliant birthday. The staff where very friendly and the whine evening was wonderful, thank you to the staff at TGI Fridays in Crawley.
Over priced and overrated..
Lovely evening, great food and service
We always enjoy our visit to TGI's. The food is good and so is the service. Tried taking the grandparents once but they found the atmosphere too loud.
Our waiter was great and very attentive, however when we first arrived at the restaurant a dour girl showed us to our seat, and literally forgot about us. It was 15 minutes before we were asked what drinks we would like. That’s not good, however when the food and drinks arrived they saved the day, and as I said before our waiter was very nice.
We visited for a 5th Birthday. Our waiter, as nice as he was, did not understand some of our order which was a little frustrating. A side salad came out looking tired with some brown bits of lettuce. 3 diners ordered double glazed ribs. Having visited the High Wycombe restaurant only a week before we were looking forward to eating these. The ribs at Crawley were far inferior to what we had eaten before and no way had the same amount of JD glaze. This was raised with the manager. All in all a bit of a disappointing visit. As regular TGI visitors Crawley overall did not do the brand justice as this is the first time we have been this disappointed. We were a party of 6.
The food was amazing, very tasty and way too many options try so will definitely be back again soon. Our server was great as well very attentive and polite, everything was lovely definitely recommend
Really enjoyed our meal and great atmosphere
Food kept under heat lamps for too long as the salad on the plate was all wilted and very un appetising which was a shame as the rest of the food was very good.
Great evening! My niece loved her bday cake, card and balloon hat! Thank you!
Food was a bit cold apart from that very good!
Service slow, looked understaffed, had to ask for everything cutlery, sauces, more drinks etc and felt overpriced at £180 for 8 people but 4 of those were children.
The service was appalling - I asked for a cocktail and received it 15 - 20 minutes later just when I was about to tell the waiter not to bother. Our unlimited refills were never refilled and we had to hunt down a waiter in order to get another drink. We waited the best part of 45 mins just for our starters and then a further half an hour for mains.
