Food came out without the sauces it should come with, asked waitress she never returned. Another waitress asked and got the sauces no problem. Our server left us ages before asking if we wanted dessert or drinks. We had to raise waitress to ask for the bill. Food was good, service from server was below standard.
We did not eat here, as on arrival we were told that as they were short of staff they were unable to accommodate us, even though we had a booking. We thought that this was shocking, and the kids were really looking forward to eating here.
Had to remind waitress it was my daughters birthday even though it was stated in booking ! They provided a balloon hat and a free slice of birthday cake and sang happy birthday which was great . Service slow asked for water that never arrived ! Need more staff I think ! Our waitress was lovely but obviously has too much to do
The service inreceived was excellent but the quality of the food was poor - cheap and tasted manufactured rather than fresh. I definitely will not be going to TGI for food again. But I will come in for cocktails and service.
Even though we had a table booked ina dvance we had to wait 15 minutes to sit down. Food laye as usual, this time we only had to wait 30 min. Next time we go, we need to make sure we arent very hungry ...
Service took really long And food wasn't really all that found it dry and sweet potato fries were limp and like warm like they had been sitting there to long
Francesca was great.
Fairly quiet. Didn't have to ask for my lemonade refills which was nice.
Lunchtime visit with two children after visiting cinema. Staff very busy, but service was good. Food very good and about 20 minutes wait for mains. Would visit again.
I thought the evening for my friends birthday was amazing! The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic, I thought value for money could have been a little better but not break the bank expensive, thank you guys for a night to add to the good memories!
Unfortunately lots of the food we ordered was unavailable and there was a long wait in between our stater and main meal.
We arrived on time for a table we had booked at 5:45. We were due to watch a film at 6:40. We ordered the first time our server came round. Starter came out at 6:15. Main at 6:45. We missed the start of our film. Wont be using you again for a pre film meal.
The waiting staff were very friendly and timely Excellent service
Very friendly service happy with the meal happy with price I will be back but any discount will be appreciated.
Service was very slow. Took ages to get first drinks, took even longer to get second round (had to ask about 3 times where they were, then had to down them in 2 minutes as running out of time before our cinema viewing). Not enough cutlery laid out despite booking ahead. Starter plates not cleared before dinner arriving. Cutlery for second course just thrown in a heap in the middle of table knives first, followed by forks 5 minutes later. Had pre-ordered the food but TGI missed off one of the orders, so one person got their food very late as the rest of food was brought out when they realised. One of our group informed staff she couldn't eat peppers so her plate got taken back to kitchen for roasted peppers to be replaced with salad full of raw peppers! Not the best experience I've had at TGI's that's for sure.
The server who first attended our table to take our order was helpful, friendly and efficient. After that he disappeared until the bill appeared and in between we were served by someone else. There was a delay of at least 30 mins after we ordered before our starters arrived. When the mains arrived I asked for a second drink, and that arrived only after we'd finished our main courses and received the bill. The meal was inexpensive and adequate, but we don't expect more from TGI Friday's. Would visit again in another year probably, but only because of the restaurant's convenience for the cinema.
Service was extremely slow. We ordered our first round of drinks and food and our food came before our drinks we had to then ask for our drinks and we were told the bar is busy tonight! We did get our drinks just as we were finishing our starters!! One girl in our group was a vegan, she ordered the bruschetta without cheese and advised she was vegan! Her food was brought out with cheese on so had to get sent back so all of our starters were cold by the time hers arrived!! Our mains were really good and everything was fine despite our starter plates not being cleared until the food runners were at our table with our mains. We finished our mains and then waited quite some time to order our desserts and more drinks in fact one girl had to call over a waiter to take our order he then cleared half of table and left some plates with food from our mains on the table!! Our desserts arrived and were eaten before our drinks had arrived so we had to ask someone again where our drinks were which then arrived a couple mins later on! We then again had to ask for the bill and there was still food plates on the table with dessert and mains food on them!!! I come to tgi Friday’s quite reguarly and have always had a really good time! This time wasn’t quite up to expectations! It was also one of the girls in our groups birthday which I wrote on the booking and I know normally when it’s someones birthday they will come over and sing happy birthday but it didn’t happen!! Luckily I hadn’t told her that I had done that because I wanted it to be a surprise!
Menu poor, service not great but waiter stretched to too many tables, certain cocktails and beer not available, mains one up from a Mac Donald’s!! Left dessert and went to creams!!! Wont be back any time soon
Love TGI's one of my favourite restaurants and I must say the Crawley one is one of the better ones for the food
Great food and service
Great food and great service in a very well design restaurant. Definitely recommend to people looking for cocktails, family meal, dinner with friends and good American style food!
The place was amazing i love tgis, it was quite cold in the place and the food took over an hour to come but once it came it was amazing
Would have been better if our pre booked table was actually ready.
Food wasn't so good tonight. I've been many times over the years but several of the meals were pretty tasteless tbh. Put me off considering TGI again. Service not brilliant, several meals and drinks forgotten. Overall a bit disappointed really
This was a really disappointing experience. I booked online and ticked the box to state we were celebrating a birthday and requested a gluten free menu for one diner. Neither were noted by the restaurant manager when we arrived and we were originally placed in a small booth at the back corner. As there was really insufficient space, we asked to be moved - which was handled well. As a note, the gluten free menu is poor on choice although the food was fine. Unbelievably, the restaurant had run out of tequila, making all margarita drinks unavailable. The service was very slow and our waitress forgot about the gluten free requirement when brining dessert menus - we had to wait 15 minutes for her to return to request it. And finally, if you want an Irish coffee, don't order one here - they don't know how to make one. What I got was a milky coffee with a shot of whisky in it and the the sugar in sachets on the side. I really can't imagine going back.
