Fantastic service! Emma was brill and really down to earth.... a rare thing nowadays! Thank-you for a memorable visit ❤ 5* no doubt at all!
Had drinks at the bar first - these were awful. The cocktail hadn’t even been shook/mixed, just poured into a glass. The mocktailsnthat we got for the kids were not fit for drinking and were left. We then got our table and ordered food. The bone bucket sharer was good. The burger we ordered had a hair in the middle of it. We were brought another burger, but thiscompletely our is off. We would’ve left but the children were enjoying their food. We used to enjoy coming to TGI Friday’s and haven’t been for about 10 years, so we were really looking forward to visiting again. After our experience, I’m afraid we won’t be back. TGI’s has really gone down hill.
Service was poor. Although all staff were very friendly and provided service with a smile. Would have to ask two or three different members of staff for a new drink or refill.
Great service. Food was to the usual standard. Felt welcome. Enjoyed! Would recommend.
We had a nice meal for my son's birthday. Really enjoyable time and only issues we had was service was a little slow. This didn't ruin our visit though and would return again.
Ran out of kids cordial and this was at 5.30pm and the staff didn’t know so had to re order drinks, and it was left on the bill at the end so had to get a staff member to remove, which took a good ten minutes to do as it was busy... maybe some better communication is needed
We received wonderful service and the food came quickly, which we didn’t expect since it was quite busy when we visited. Only thing is, if you’re going for a birthday, tell the staff when you get there instead of calling ahead. We called ahead for a birthday and nobody came. (Though it wasn’t a big issue for us.)
Everyone enjoyed themselves. There were 3 birthdays in our group of 10 which were given a slice of cake and sung to. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Hi been a customer of tgi’s for many years but this is the worst meal and service I have ever encountered. Being on holiday in London for my sons birthday we chose to eat at this restaurant due to the brand but would not recommend. There was plates left on tables for the entirety of our meal and not being cleared. This was despite only half of the restaurant being in use. The food also took very long to arrive and when it did was cold. I have never complained before but feel this was so bad that I had to. Kind regards kevin kerr
Natalie our server was great
Came for my daughters birthday. Can’t fault the waitress and the birthday singing,. However the food wasn’t great, children didn’t receive a side with their meals, the slush drink was just juice with ice, our mojito’s were basically just ice. My partner had to return his steak. It wast good value for money unfortunately.
Served by Freddie, really nice guy, clearly making the effort to go the extra mile when serving
Waitress was attentive and thorough. 6 oeople served together. Friendly chatty all round a great experience
We ordered an alcoholic drink which cost £8 and from the look of the menu it came in a regular sized glass. When it arrived it looked like the small size cup you get from McDonald’s, it was tiny. I did think that was a bit steep. It was very hot inside and when sitting on a leather booth our thighs and backsides were soaked with sweat. Could not fault the service, our waitress was outstanding! The food was fab as always
Really impressed with the way the staff looked after my son with severe food allergies. Very reassuring to see that they have a strict policy of having the manager involved to oversee the order and to personally bring the dinner to the table of the person with allergies. My son who is allergic to milk, eggs and nuts had a few things to choose from that he could eat, and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We chose TGI Fridays this time based on our very positive experience with them last time, and we will definitely visit again! Thank you from a very reassured allergy Mum.
My only comment has to be that the burger was dry and rather disappointing.
A long wait for our drinks and we asked for 6 glasses of tap water too but only got 4 so had to ask again. Our waiter changed half way thru so long wait also for food. My son asked for medium rare steak but it was overcooked but as we had waited a long time, he was hungry so didnt send back. My husband ordered double glazed beef burger, but was disappointed at the size, as he has had better in wetherspoons for less. We have had better to be honest from what we have had in other TGI's.
Service was good but the we had to wait over 30mins for food without no reason why, would have been nice to be told why; even if it’s the restaurant being busy. Food was great though!
Guarantee for a great night with good music and excellent cocktails!
Chips were cold and cocktail jack and dani was meant to have ice cream on my waiter wasn't around so asked another member of staff who said she'd find him and waited fifteen minutes no one turned up so ended up drinking it without and leaving
I made a reservation for 2 at the Covent Garden branch at 6pm on a Thursday for 2 to celebrate my husband's birthday. But when we got there at 5:55pm there were no tables and we we told that there wouldn't be for 45min! Fortunately, the person at the door arranged for us to eat at the bar but it wasn't the dining experience I had expected.
It was a great night thanks to Eric!!
Terrible food terrible service
