Great food and service but there was 8 of us and the table clearly not big enough. Didn’t seem to want to know when we said it was a bit small for 8
Great waitress and front of house service. Good food only minor comment would be lack of a draught beer
Best food ever can’t wait to come again! Great staff too
The waitress did not want to serve us, when asked and even joked to make it comfortable as it could be that she was over worked she said her face hurt Very rude Booked for my twin girls birthday before lion king said we arrive at 12.30 and needed to leave at 2pm, put this in the booking We remember as teens how much fun it was tgi especially on your birthday ( loads of restaurants around we choose and booked in advance We didnt have time for dessert No side plates Asked for things she barely listened So when she came back starters freezing and as she didnt wait had asked for sauces Its was so bad it ruied our girls birthday We ordered more started to get warm ones one came, clearly she didnt put the mozzarella ones through So we didnt even have time to eat main My plate looked like it came (which our mains came part wat while we ate starters So we left, i had a word with the manager who agreed and i said we shouldnt even pay for the starters He took them off But thinking about it Why should we have paid Starters cold No plates No sauces Ordered 2nd- one came one we waited Mains - no time to finish Desserts- lets not go there You can see on my face book It was the twins birthday - we went to our local pizza express on friday with 18 No complaints We selected you and let down is not the word, cant even re live it ???
On-line menu service was confusing and difficult to navigate. A couple of groups choices ended up under my name and several adjustments were required. We made a couple of adjustments to the numbers and ended up with the booking not showing on the system when we arrived. A rather embarrassed Par told us not to worry they would sort things out for us. We were put on two round tables with a small square table in the middle - not ideal as myself and a family member had to eat an an angle! Our pre-order selection had been “lost” with the booking so we had to make our selections again. The young waitress was excellent- she was patient and very efficient. The actual meals had items missing - but this was probably due to festive season and restaurant being busy. Overall although we encountered several problems we didn’t let this affect our enjoyment and the young waitress made up for the initial TGI error by providing an efficient and friendly service.
We were served my Yazmin M, she was very friendly and helpful. Altogether the atmosphere was very festive and pleasant, we had a really good time, the Christmas dinner menu we had was lovely. I would definitely recommend the Covent Garden branch.
We had our Xmas party here and had a great evening! Cant say thank you enough to the team who organised and kept the food and drink coming! Thanks everyone!
Great Customer Service
We enjoyed our visit
Food luke warm and overcooked
My family and I visited TGI Fridays for a 40th birthday. I requested a round table on the special/request comments on booking. Having heard nothing in response to my request, I asked on arrival whether this was possible. The woman looked at me incredulously and responded with a kind of ‘you get what you get - can you not see how busy we are response’. My feedback is ‘don’t ask if you are not genuinely interested in requests. 1 round of 6 drinks (3 cocktails, 2 beers and a coke was £50!) but the festive menu was good at £23.99 for 3 courses. Service slow, cutlery forgotten, front of house a bit agressive and unfriendly. All in all not a good choice for a 40th - maybe ok at quiet times.
Beautiful food fantastic service made us feel so welcome
When a table is booked at that time , they should have the table ready
Extremely busy but staff were amazing
Lovely place with lovely food. I recommend you book in advance.
It was great !
Christmas cocktails this year were not good. The 2 for 1 should be on all cocktails off the menu. Food was excellent
Service time was a little bit slow but I completely appreciate the busyness of the restaurant. The drinks were a little watered down (had two large cocktails and couldn’t really taste) Waited around 15 minutes for card machine to pay bill.
It may be down to one of our groups being 3/4 hour late but I had several comments that the fries had been reheated. I share that view Desserts a little slow in coming out
We were served by Malachi and this was one of, if not the best customer service i have ever experienced. He was such a friendly, helpful and attentive individual. We were 9 people and we felt so well served. He is a very nice person to be around, i would definitely return.
We booked the table for my husband birthday party. We have lot of friends from different countries. We invited them to celebrate with us. The host door doesn't allow us inside till all of us not arrived (only two person was missing) We told him we will wait at the bar have some drinks till the rest not gonna arrive he does not let us to do that after the long argument I received the phone call from my friend "where are we" cos they having second drinks at the bar waiting for us!! Hmmm... The food was amazing our server was really friendly Hosts need some training at the door!!
We had a great time
Chris and the team at Covent Garden were fantastic. They were accommodating for various dietary needs and the service was efficient and super friendly. Chris especially is an asset to TGI
Very good service, fab waiter Lee, great evening had by all....
There were 10 of us tried to put on a table for which 8 could only sit, gave us a bigger table, same thing happened following evening, not amused, our group was split 6 on one table rest on another, disappointing
