We booked this meal to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday. The staff were amazing. They seated us as soon as we arrived, they were extremely accommodating. We didn't have to wait for any drink refills and from ordering food to it coming out was very fast too. My little girl loved the staff singing happy birthday, not only to her, but to everyone else celebrating too. Our hostess, which I cannot remember her name for the life of me, was lovely. She was blonde and had Vivienne Westwood earrings in. She was so kind and kept making sure we had everything we needed. It is the first time we have used this TGI Fridays as we live in Teesside and travelled for the weekend and we will definitely be back in the future. I couldn't recommend yourselves enough and thank you and all the staff for making our daughter's birthday weekend extra special.
Outstanding food and service as usual. Cannot fault the place at all!
Staff very friendly and helpful particularly as my wife requires gluten free food. The occasion was my son's birthday so the cake and singing was a nice touch.
Steak a little chewy
Our sever was amazing....so good with our daughter and attentive to us too
Our waitress was fantastic and really made our whole experience a happy family memory. Her name was Chloe L . Massive thanks to Chloe. We loved it and looking forward to booking again.
Staff and atmosphere make you feel good I enjoy visiting TGIF Well done all at Cheshire Oaks
Hi, I would just like to thank the staff (Rebecca) and manager at TGI Friday in Cheshire Oaks today for amazing service with my daughter who is ana with Hazelnuts, Kiwi and Mustard. The lady asked straight away if anyone at our table had any allergies, when we informed her what my daughter was ana to, she confirmed she took take our order but her manager would come and take my daughters straight away. Within minutes he arrived to ask what she would like, he reassured her that they are a nut free restaurant and spoke about what ingredients was in her meal. When the food arrived it was exactly what she ordered and they asked a number if times if everything was ok. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant 5 🌟 — feeling grateful.
Lovely birthday celebrations friendly staff and amazing food, good value for money definitely recommend
it was our first visit to TGI Fridays in Cheshire Oaks. Food was yummy, quality of it superb, stuff very friendly and helpfully. Good value for money.
We had a really bad experience here. After attending tgi fridays in Speke we thought we would give this one ago for my sons birthday. We arrived in the restaurant to find it was freezing cold with the music blasting. The music was so loud that I couldn’t even here our server. We were literally shouting across the table. I asked if the music could be lowered after screaming and using sign language. The server said he would lower it. This never happened. There was 7 of us all together and we were squeezed into a booth. The restaurant was so cold that we all kept our coats on. I asked if the heat could be switched up but this didn’t happen either. The starters were average I ordered the avacado houmous which I found was just guacamole with some chopped avacado on top. Not good. I ordered garlic chicken as a main the chicken was cold and the chips where very greasy. The corn was stale and hard and was so bad that both my sister and I had to spit it out. We did send this back but by the time a new one came the food was finished and were ready to leave. We did complain but nothing happened and 160 pound was flushed down the drain. Shivering whilst eating food is not my idea of a nice meal. My son who was celebrating his 8th birthday did get a slice of birthday cake free. But we couldn’t even stay to eat it as we were all so cold. Never ever again.
Food was absolutely lovely. Not been in years and certainly wasn't disappointed
Quick and friendly service even though the resteraunt was busy. Food came out hot and delicious and our server Lois was friendly and efficient
Reservation was simple and very quick. No need for phone calls or waiting. Once we got there we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who seated us without delay. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient throughout and food was top quality. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I will be returning and recommending.
Very busy but staff welcoming, efficient and very pleasant. Food delicious and served quickly. Very enjoyable experience.
Our waiter, Chris, was very attentive.
Server Hayley was AMAZING. So friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Really a credit to the business . I am only writing this review because of her. So hopefully she gets told about it. I believe in credit were its due. Food was nice not been to TGI's for about 12 months as last time I went had a bad meal and tend to stay away from places after. Especially because there are so many other options now. Although my family wanted to go TGI's so that's how I ended up back there but food was warm & it was nice so no complaints! :)
Great food and kind friendly service
Staff are friendly and helpful This is our favourite place to eat.
The only disappointing aspect was I originally booked for one of the group to have a gluten free option. When the food order was taken the only thing that could be guaranteed to be gluten free was the fries so that was all she had to eat from the main menu, and the only thing on the dessert menu gluten free was ice cream
The service was amazing as was the food. The drinks were rather expensive.
better if duck had been sliced granddaughter did not eat much of it to much trouble fpr her a waste of money.i have been to tgi a lot and had cajun chicken but i only ate one piece this time it was to spicey for me this time we all loved our sweets they were delicous
