A bit disappointed, the table we booked didn’t even have any cutlery on when we were showed to it, so had to ask for it, when the cutlery was bought to the table, it was just all placed on a few napkins, not even put out individual. Food order was wrong and not very hot. No refill offered on our drinks.
The lady that served us was lovely and was very helpful, I was very happy with the service we received and the food was good. TGI’s is always the best place to go to celebrate a Birthday and makes your day special. Thank you
waiter was brilliant with the kids, didn't catch his name but he finished his shift at 5 !
I received excellent customer service and the staff were extremely conciencous and helpful.
Quick and good service! Food was amazing! Staff Went out of their way to help celebrate my birthday!
The service was very slow. We waited around 40 minutes for our starter and then another 25 minutes for our main course. Whilst we were waiting several tables were seen to be sending their food back. Overall very disappointed with the service and food.
My food order was wrong and when I asked the chef he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked my waitress and she said there was nothing they could do??! I didn't enjoy it. And it wasn't exactly cheap.
Could of done with having two waiters to take orders on table as we were a big group, other than that meal was ok.
It was a very relaxed, great atmosphere dinning experience
my daughter loved her birthday meal, thank you :)
Efficient online booking system meant a short notice after-work treat was very simple and quick to organise...
A very pleasant meal all round. Food and drink was enjoyed by everyone and our server was very friendly and attentive
We were meeting family and celebrating our boys 14th birthday. We were greeted warmly and looked after by Ben. We were a large group and a little noisy, however, our orders were taken swiftly and the food swerved all at the same time. It has been a while since we visited TGI's and I was aware of some negative reviews but can honestly report that our evening was fabulous - great food and plenty of it....great service - on time, timely and friendly and a waiter with a great sense of humour. We will be back again soon. Thank you for making a memorable birthday experience. :)
Waiting time for taking order 25 min then 55 min for food to be served i think its to long as restaurant wasnt very busy on that time ,food very nice
Service was slow, and not very attentive
Perfect eat here often
We had a fantastic night, our waiter was a lovely man who entertained our kids! Worth the drive and money, thank you :)
Very friendly waitress, good family atmosphere
Great meal and service. Excellent staff
So the food was really nice and the waiter gave us such good service. When I booked under my boyfriends name I explained that he had a hearing problem so can we sit somewhere quiet, when we were seated we were sat above and to the right of the bar. We fingered this would be okay so we sat down , ordered our food and drinks. Before we got our food a roudy bunch of women were seated next to us, they were intoxicated and very loud, this was annoying as they were aware of my boyfriends hearing problem but they sat these women next to us any way. Due to the loudness my boyfriend and I had to communite either by shouting or texting.
We had a fantastic evening genuinely have nothing but good to say
Our waitress was great.
Great service, children kept entertained and and my daughter really enjoyed it for her birthday as did my elder daughter. The food was lovely and arrived in good time
TGI Fridays in our opinion has gone very much down hill, our first visit to a Tgi for quite a few years as we felt it had lost its quality of food and service, our visit this Sunday made us realise why we don’t eat there anymore
It was quiet when we arrived (late afternoon) but service was slow. Servers were very polite and friendly. Food took over 30 mins to arrive (two mains and two kids meals). The kids dessert menu was far more impressive than the adults'. My husband and I shared the brownie dessert which was cold, dry and hard - we will not be ordering dessert again.
