Staff were friendly and engaging. We weren’t left waiting for drinks orders to be taken or top ups to be offered. The corn on the cob was very dry though and seemed to have been resting for a while. Other than that no complaints! Definitely will be returning
Slow on service as busy
Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent service.
Certain seats can be a little claustrophobic, esp at busy times. If you are next to a busy isle they're is alot of bottoms in faces and people walking past. Atmosphere is obv an acquired taste. The chili flakes on the chicken wings absolute ruin an otherwise heavenly side. No other negative points. Service is usually great. Food is usually great. Usually come away absolutely stuffed. Time Square, nachos, burgers awesome. Best in business of grill style food.
Great customer service, used the app points for the first time 👍
Would like to mention that our waiter Jay was great. I attended with my 8 year old god daughter and he was so pleasant and took time to knee down at the table and take her order and when came to deciding on what dessert she was going to have he really done well.
Great place for family dinner.
Great evening celebrating my sons birthday. Staff went out of their way to make him feel special.
Quiet a noisy experience due to being sat next to a party grp
We have been served by Rik numerous time’s and he is very attentive and great with the kids ,
Great atmosphere, food & service. Just what we wanted for a fun anniversary meal.
Laura was our server and she was excellent!
Yas/ jas not sure on her name made our night special she was very helpful
Food took ages to come and when it finally arrived it was cold. Side items that should have been included with the meal were missing. Asked staff for these but they never arrived. This was my first visit and not sure I’d return. The restaurant was very busy and the staff were very friendly - perhaps getting your staffing levels right would have addressed some of the issues we had.
Even tho I booked a table we still had to wait 20 mins before we could get in. When we ordered our food it took 38 minutes to come. Everything else was really good tho. So so nice. :)
Had a very enjoyable evening.
Good experience here, we always enjoy this branch and the staff are always helpful even when very busy x
Food was great, our waitress was great. All round a great experience.
Great service and food, visit here frequently
We were celebrating my daughters birthday our waitress was fantastic however the kitchen staff were extremely slow . It was an hour after we were seated we got our starters and I can’t remember how long it took to get the mains out but we were at the restaurant for 3 hours and this is now the second time as we went last year same number of people and had the same issue over waiting for food which really does put a dampener on the evening .
Kameron was a fantastic waitress. We travelled to Alton towers and drove a long way to find a tgis the first one we went to was fully booked so we drove another 50 minutes to Cheadle and the service was great and worth the drive
Food wasn’t as good as previous visits. Fries were plain and not seasoned as before. Corn had a strange taste. Ribs were amazing. Ordered brownie and the portion size was tiny and not worth £4.99. Not sure if it was the branch or if that’s the same everywhere now. Don’t think it’s worth the money anymore.
When we arrived we were greated with a smile shown to the bar then our table. We were seated and the waitress put the menus down and walked off no explanation of special menu or standard etc after about 10 mins she re approached and asked if we were ready to order to which we asked whether we could order a drink first! Following this we then placed our order. Our starters arrived promptly and were hot and delicious however whilst we were still eating our mains were brought to the table and swiftly returned to the kitchen as he saw we were still eating. Once our table was cleared the "warm" food was then served and although it was tasty you could tell it had beeb stood! we had to ask for drink refils and also cutlery to eat our mains. We then ordered desert and whilst eating said waitress asked if she could bring the bill to which we replied can we wait were still eating. The restaurant wasnt busy there were plenty of empty tables and nobody waiting. We then had a folded receipt placed on our table to which we looked and the total was £35 approx which for a table of 4 with 3 courses each plus drinks was clearly incorrect when the wautress brought the card reader over we asked for a corret bill reflecting what was displayed on the screen! No apology give just oh ive left the incorrect receipt. We paid our £100 bill and left.... Food was good, company was better but Not the best experience with regards to service received.
I've not visited a TGI'S in about 15 years. I thought the food was quite basic for the money. It was of good quality and cooked well but wouldn't visit again. Our waitress Jessica however was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely lovely person who made our visit worthwhile!
