Lovely waiter, straight in after booking and food as perfect as ever. Perfect for a special night out!
it took awhile for the waiters to come at first
Poor service. Rude employers with no manners and food was not nice. Can improve massively
Had to wait for refills quite often but was okay a bit above what I would expect for the calibre of the food
We arrived 10mins early for out reservation but we were seated straight away. We ordered fairly quickly. Starters took a bit too long to come we waited almost 40mins but after that the service was quicker. Restaurant wasnt full so dont know why it took so long
Food was excellent but very poor portions For the price
Had a great night. However, was slightly frustrating that having booked a table for a set time still had to wait in the bar for 20 minutes but I suppose thats expected on a friday night. Still made our film which was good.
Alex was very lovely and nothing proved difficult for him! Brilliant service all round
Waited for drinks for ages then only 2 came so waited another 15 mins for the other drinks to come some of the meal was missing as well didn't bother to say anything as when they came to do a check back we had nearly finished our meal. Also no knives on the tables just forks. Also was put in a booth and the booth behind us was a young group who would not stop swearing and I had 2 children with me!
Excellent American style hospitality
Our table was booked for 1830, we arrived promptly but were not seated until 1850. One of our party wanted a coffee but was told that the coffee machine was broken and one of the party wanted a Coca-cola but the pump for this was also out of order. Couldn’t complain otherwise though.
Sarah K served us, she was just amazing, couldn’t have asked for a more professional person, her customer service was impeccable, Thankyou TGI we had a wonderful time, food was just perfect, timing between starter and main and dessert were spot on, we will be sure to come again very soon. Unfortunately part of my food order was missing. I ordered the Thai salad with noodles and garlic chicken. Halfway through my meal I realised there were no noodles. I mentioned it to the waitress and my noodles arrived separately, unfortunately the time it took meant that I have almost finished the meal and was pretty pointless having a plate of noodles on their own. The staff members were very polite and offered a discount which went some way to rectifying the situation.
Was good meal as always bit disappointing they ran out of gas.
Went in on Sunday with wife and daughter Ordered ribs, Warrior burger and hot dog....ribs were overcooked, lacking flavour and burned Burger was dry also lacking flavour Hot dog looked extremely poor... Not impressed with the visit at all...surely they can fo better
Food lovely, drinks expensive.
Waited 45 mins for food...only ordered nachos!! Max the waiter was fab, however. So friendly and apologetic about our unnecessary wait.
Food and service really good, music too loud and it’s rather and cold and the large lighting over the table isn’t very warm and welcoming. The whole resteraunt has a bit of a factory feel to it!
Really slow service - waited about 20 min to get our first drinks after we were sat at our table.
I took my son and his friends the evening of Saturday 26/1/19. We had to wait an hour for our food, fortunately we had chosen drinks with free refills but there was something wrong with it, tasted very thin and flat. The meal was nice but the size of chicken on my plate was half the size of two others, my husband didn't get the meal he ordered but didn't send it back as he wasn't bothered, by that time we were so hungry we just got on with it, deserts were good. The waitress was very nice but incredibly busy so we didn't see her much even if we had wanted to complain. The meals were nice but expensive for what you get. I wouldn't rush back but the kids like it.
Megan our waitress was brilliant. Chaos as a busy kids party. She was always smiling. The kids food was came out the kitchen quickly. Happy kids who had a great time. Feedback from parents was it was a good atmosphere. Maybe some more activities in the kids envelopes to keep them busy as they finished them quickly..
Really glad they remembered my mums birthday and the balloons were a great touch for the kids. Thank you
