Food was lovely, drinks were always refilled when needed
Our server was absolutely fantastic, really going the extra mile for us.
Went with my 10 year old daughter to celebrate Father's Day. The waiter was wonderful and chatted to my daughter which made her day. Wish I had got his name. Food was excellent as always although I do think there could be some lighter desserts after eating a sizeable main course. No inacceptabke delays and a great atmosphere.
Excellent service as always thank you for a lovely evening
It took so long for the drinks (20 minutes ) and missing food was (40minutes) after all of us add the food to come ..and to pay it took 15 minutes NOT very good service ...the floor was not very clean with food all over it
The service we recieved was very good, I had the cajun pasta which although very nice there wasn't much cajun chicken it was just too much pasta and not enough chicken, the garlic bread was also good, my father had a sirloin steak which he thought was a bit fatty and chewyand he would have liked it served on a plate rather than on a board but I think thats a generation thing.
I felt the portions have gotten smaller Had to order extra fries I felt that I had a better meal at your St David’s branch
Main was amazing. Starters was awful ordered the spicy boneless chicken and paid over £6 basically for 6 chicken nuggets covered in sweet chilli sauce layered on soggy lettuce. Apart from that the rest was lovely. Expensive for what you get but nice food.
Food was Luke warm and the burger was even cold.
Visit TGI every 2 weeks but last night the food service was very slow food was lukewarm my steak ribeye was too tough to eat not a very good night
Staff superb especially singing happy birthday.
Absolutely great food and fantastic service even though it was a busy Friday night!
Always had great service with lovely food
Excellent service , Ellis are was lovely 😊
Brilliant service 😊
The food was excellent as usual and the service was exceptional especially due to there being 22 of us eating, I think the person looking after us was Jack
Mark D served us and was very happy and polite. He noticed when we needed our drinks refilled and came over without us needing to get his attention. Best waiter we’ve ever had
Service was way beyond my expeditions the lady serving was brilliant as serving 15 lads isn't idea
I always enjoy visiting TGI’s and we do have a nice meal however I do find the cost quite expensive. There was 2 adults and 1 child in my party and our bill was £55 which is a lot of money to eat out, so as much as I do enjoy it it’s not somewhere you can eat on a regular basis.
Restaurant needs a refresh, it was a bit grubby. Food was OK, but elements of a few dishes were cold. Service wasn't great; our server was good but stretched over too many tables to enable her to do a great job. I don't think we'll be back.
Annie was our waitress she was very friendly and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Also served by Sophie and Chelsea who also made our visit very pleasant as their service was also excellent because of this we would definitely return to Newport rd.
Great service and great food
