we all enjoyed and loved the experience. we will surely come back! thank you for the good service.
Slightly over priced
Isabelle was amazing with the 5 kids we took for birthday. She kept them occupied with lots of balloons she made and made sure everyone had what they wanted and was very friendly
Great Service from Shane, we were out for a family film night and timing was perfect. weren't rushed
I booked a table for a friends birthday. The restaurant was very quiet but they put us on a table next to the door. We felt no atmosphere because the area we were in was dark and empty. The food was really good though and we still managed to have a good night. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, toilet paper all over the seats and floors and a couple of the toilets had a large amount of human excrement on the seats!! The restaurant was very quiet and I can’t see why they hadn’t been checked and dealt with. That alone put me off wanting to return anytime soon.
Fantastic service and food
Expensive if eating from main menu Children’s pizza too cheesy (child refused to eat it) Cold chips (had been left for too long before serving) Sat next to door on a very cold day, lots of seating elsewhere. Every time door was opened we got blasted with a cold draft. Service was fantastic. Won’t be returning in a hurry
Whilst the Chilli Chicken Strips was amazing my Salmon Mash and Seasonal Vegetable was extremely disappointing. The Salmon was so small and when it said Seasonal Vegetable I did not expect peppers. And it was £3 more that the chicken. The deserts however were very good too but the quality and size of the Salmon spoilt the meal overall.
Fantastic service, my first time at a TGI's and the food was awesome, will definitely be going back for more.
Staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful and the food is good too
Staff were great. We had a birthday so had the special treatment. Was fantastic
Hair found in desert and long waiting times, desert was served and we had to ask for our plates to be taken away, even after waiting 45minutes between finishing
Great service Easy booking on line.
After being shown to our seats, we had to wait 35 minutes before our order arrived. The food arrived before the drinks. Then had to wait over 15 minutes for the bill. Food and drink was as good as always.
The service we received was lacking in that we were served our food and after realising there was no cutlery and asked for some we had to wait whilst our food began to get cold, didn't make the most of free refill drinks as the waitresses were rarely to be seen, cups of tea were half full too. We allowed for how busy it was but even when it calmed down the service was no better. A disappointment with the service but food was good once we were able to eat it.
Good service and hot food even tho very busy!!
Was left sitting at the front desk for 30 minutes and we had to remind the hostess we were still waiting for our pre booked table, she then laughed and said she’d forgot t tell us. Several times our drinks and sauces were forgotten , the must c was so loud, air con made our food cold and the staff were runny no ariubd like headless chickens which mad it a difficult environment to sit, relax an enjoy our food . £140 on a very unpleasant, rushed , uncomfortable evening , sorry but we won’t be rushing back 👎🏼
3 items from our order didn’t arrive and we kept having to remind waiter, I asked for another drink to have with my dessert and it arrived about 20 mins later. Plus the music is so loud in there you can’t hear eachother speaking
Great restaurant staff very friendly and managed great service despite it being extremely busy. Lovely food as always from Fridays.
Waitress was excellent and food great.
We came for a family meal yesterday evening. The staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. The food came quickly and the burgers were amazing. Looking forward to visiting again.
Dirty cutlery, very dirty glass. Replacements water stained. Otherwise good.
Our waitress Isabelle was very friendly making us feel very welcome. Only down side was emails from TGI suggesting we arrive 15 mins early, which we did only to find you weren’t officially open. You did allow us to take our seats though, so not all bad.
Food was good, and the staff were great! Felt a little let down by some of the cocktails and milkshakes, but maybe we just picked ones that arn't as great as the others!
The music in the venue was very loud, so loud that voices had to be raised to hold a conversation over the dinner table. Service was slow but all staff were polite.
