Great night just in for a casual dinner felt at ease we were served by a girl named Sarah who did everything in her power to help and assist us what a server ! This was customer service at its best thank you for great service !
Great food great service and absolutely great atmosphere 10/10 from us
Christmas dining offer great value, and proved to be very popular the night we visited. Staff were busy but still attentive, so pleasantly surprised when we got a discount as our desserts took a bit longer than usual to arrive (thank you Michael!).
Fantastic service as always!
Darted came out same time as main courses when as request in advance of meal, we had to wait over 40 mins for deserts and not all of them turned up, 3 times waiting staff came up to apologies for delay it tool that long!
The whole team were excellent and paid great attention to my daughter for her birthday
This experience was delightful and I would definitely go back again
Fantastic evening with excellent service and quantity food
Great service and quality food....what more do you need
A really terrible experience. It was my daughter's birthday and I picked TGIs because of the balloon making we were told that would happen at our table as part of her birthday celebration. Nothing was explained on arrival and I then discovered that the balloons were to be made in a different place from the kids and brought to them which is a pretty pointless exercise. Was told this was to do with us being a part of 8 kids - the booking was 7 kids in the first place so not sure what kind of party numbers allow for balloons to be made at the table. When I queried - the last few were made in a rush without any explanation at our table in a pretty shambolic manner. The whole thing was shambolic, starters came after mains, puddings all wrong and they forgot to bring my daughter's pudding at all. Plates smashed, music so loud you couldn't hear the staff to give orders properly. Puddings were taken off the bill as an apology but all in all a really really disappointing experience.
Gary served us and looked after us very well indeed, in celebrating a double birthday for myself and daughter, great food and a slice of birthday cake too, and we all had a free mocktail with the birthday treat through the TGI Fridays app.
Our order was wrong twice and the cokes were so watered down they were almost clear. I visit roughly once a week and the restaurant usually has very high standards and great service. Very disappointing.
Good drink, tad expensive
Fantastic food & quick, friendly service.
I was a little disappointment that I requested a brownie & happy birthday to be sung & it never happened. Everything else was fab
Great Festive Menu! Good deal
Good food, only downside was service was slightly slow but didn’t take away from the lovely cocktails & hot, fresh food.
Our sever Rachel i think her name was. She had long blonde hair tied up and loss of badges on. She was very attentive even though the retaraunt was really busy
First class service and food was too quality. We’ll be back.
Had a brilliant birthday lunch for my son. Staff were lovely and made him feel so special! Xx
Lots of better options
Fast friendly service. Not much atmosphere as was quiet as we were in quite early. Food was great
Visited your restaurant on a Saturday night, so I appreciate it was busy. However, I believe there is a certain level of cleanliness that needs to be upheld no matter how busy it may be. The floor underneath and around our table was disgusting. Chips that had been stood on, some sort of spilt drink that was extremely sticky and various other remnants of food. The table again was unclean; sticky and some leftover sauce on it. The food in your restaurants is always fairly good but considering its quick diner style food, that I don't believe is all fresh, I think it is majorly overpriced. There is always loud music in your restaurants which just ruins the atmosphere; I would like to hear the people I am with talk so we can have a conversation. The one positive thing I have to say is that our waitress was lovely and friendly and super helpful. I didn't manage to catch her name (she had pink hair and bright eye make up on). She was very hardworking and I watched her cater to every table and everyone seemed to like her.
