Thankyou for making my Daughters evening amazing. It was for her birthday and her and all her Friends had a great time.
We had a great time from start to finish......service was prompt, food was great and we felt we had great value for money
Service was slow and food waiting time was over 40 minutes and with young children in the group that made the evening quite difficult. Allergy menu had to be requested multiple times and drinks order was half completed with us having to chase down drinks order.
Our waiter(cannot remember his name) was a credit to TGI Friday's!
Waitress was lovely, great service. Food was not so good. Burger was cold and dry and had a poor excuse of a piece of bacon in it.
We had the best customer service. Very friendly without being overpowering. Food was mediocre; cold chips (which were replaced) standard burger. Not wowed.
Considering it was not busy the waitress was taking ages to do anything. We seen the food waiting for a ehileveforr it was brought over by which time the fries were cold, tried to tell her but again she took so long to come back we just left it so wasted quite a lot of money. I usually enjoy this TGIs but I suppose they are not good with bigger groups. Also I booked for 11 but had a table for 10.
We were seated straight away but took over 15 mins for our drink order to be taken then our food order. Our starter came and we were still eating when our mains turned up which wasn’t very good
We always love coming to Tgi's and Birmingham NEC is our favourite. If we havent booked its never a problem to fit us in, the staff are always lovely and the food is amazing as always.
Great place to eat, with atmosphere and decor, it was first time at tgi's due to a fussy wife but we both ate and enjoyed every bit of the mains and desert.
Friendly and helpful staff. Food tasted delicious
Service was amazing; fast, helpful and lovely staff x
We had the 2 courses for £15.99. Excellent food great portion size. Really good value for the money
We went out for my moms birthday and our waitress poppie made it extra special and couldn’t of asked for anything more than what we had she was brilliant
Requested the car seat. Was not told we couldn’t have it. Was not given it. When asked, we were told it was reserved. A table of 4 (same size as our reservation) was sat on it 30 mins later (it being left empty the entire time) not sure why my reservation was not allowed it, yet another one was? I would appreciate a response.
Food was good, the waiter was spot on.
Brilliant service and beautiful food as always
My family and I visited TGI Fridays on the 3rd April on my daughters request to celebrate her 16th Birthday. Prior to arrival my wife had a phone call to say that our central large booth request was not available and we were to be seated in the taxi at the far end of the restaurant. We arrived at 7.30 pm, we didn’t get our first drinks until 8.05 pm, at this stage I really should have realised how the evening was going to turn out but on speaking to a manager, I thought I would give it the benefit of doubt. How wrong my choice was, after eventually ordering our food, the wait for our starters was painful, the wait for the mains was even worse and on getting the mains served to our table ,served by a mail waiter who’s aroma was absolutely disgusting and off putting , they got my wife’s order wrong !!! We all carried on eating without my wife and on us finishing our mains my wife’s main finally arrived!!!! The waitress was apologetic and asked if she would like a complimentary cocktail to go with her dinner, again this arrived half an hour later after she had in fact finished her meal!!! I did not want to make a big fuss to ruin my daughters birthday celebration dinner but honestly it was shambolic, I asked for the bill and as a gesture they knocked off 10%, again what a joke, they should have given it for free. I go to TGI Fridays on the Hagley road as well, this has really changed mt total outlook on your restaurant and my family and I will be very reluctant to visit you again in the future. Regards Steven Hulston
Food is great, lovely employees and always helpful. Fabulous atmosphere, will definitely be returning in the future.

Food was amazing as always. Renardo was our waiter and he was fantastic. Thank you!
