Not up to the usual standard
disappointing meal as the beer my husband wanted was out of stock and the cocktails I requested were not available as Bailey's was out of stock too...my son's chocolate milkshake was nothing like chocolate and not worth the money..desert was not value for money ..only decent thing were the ribs my husband had...a waste of £147 ... won't be returning any time soon..
Service was excellent. Very friendly and immediately felt comfortable
Amazing food, best steak i’ve had for a long time, service was quick, and staff really friendly.
Birthday meal well attended to
I think the meals could be a bit cheaper. Also, my second drink took forever to arrive
Beer was served warm and I hd to order a glass of ice to accompany my bottled beer. You had no tequila !! Travesty that we could not have margaritas!!! £11 go a ltage g n t is extortion
As always we had a wonderful time at TGIFs. The food and atmosphere were perfect for a fantastic family birthday celebration children. As we had made a reservation, there was no waiting and we were seated very quickly. Brilliant afternoon.
The fajitas were disgusting Mould on the squash Over cooked veggies and under cooked squash Unseasoned Ruined our whole meal Pizzas for kids looked like straight from a frozen packet
I ordered the vegan burger but was served the vegetarian burger and it was only after eating a couple of bites and all the accompanying sauce (which is all non vegan) that I realised . So that was 2.5 years of being vegan reset! I would suggest some further staff training as if I had chosen the diary free option due to a food allergy the consequences would have been much worse. When I got it replaced to the vegan burger the actual burger was very nice.
Food was nice, service was ok
Never fail! The best ribs in town.
Awful service, drinks took that long they came with the starters, food was cold, cream on the desserts was sour, manager had not got a clue how to handle the issues and totally ruined my daughters birthday. Was there over 3 hours it was that slow. We are trying to put a complaint in but no customer service, you have to go through the restaurant - stinks of mark your own homework.
We had a nice time and our server, Paris, was really lovely. It was very busy though so a little slow at times.
Great food, but very slow and poor service. Waitress and waiters appeared uninterested and miserable in taking orders and serving food. If it wasnt for the great standard of food, we would not have stayed for dessert and walk out
The place has really gone downhill, food quality was not worth the money. Everything was not prepared with care and the service was not the best.
The service was absolutely terrible, we were sat at our table for over 30 mins before we were even acknowledged, once we ordered, our simple soft drinks took a while to reach the table too, the food arrived and luckily was very good, although my order came in a bun rather than a ciabatta. Once we were eating the staff wouldn't leave us alone, checking on us every 30 seconds - where was this service earlier? I appreciate it was a Saturday evening (6pm) but the restaurant was not very busy, if the food had not been so good, I would of kicked off more!
Had a lovely few hrs with friends
Lovely food, really liked the diner/American theme. Really friendly staff and very well organised
Food was nicely cooked and was served hot however the lack of staff seemed to be an issue. Service times took too long, waited over an hour for starters and after we had received our food all staff seemed to disappear and we were left waiting for quite some time to get someone’s attention (we were not asked if we wanted any condiments or not even a follow up to check food was okay). Not to mention when we arrived the table was not ready so it took longer to take our order. Had a similar experience at a different branch, won’t be returning as it’s just not worth the money.
Food was lovely the drinks let it down. Cocktails are not great in my opinion I ordered a pop pornstar martini that tasted like pure juice. I then asked if I can switch it for a pinacolada which the manager done with no problem. The the problem came when it had been left on the side for 30mins and by the time I got it it had curdled and was disgusting. The manager was great and took both drinks off the bill. As for the service I felt like the waitress was annoyed about the drink problem which made me feel uncomfortable and didn't really pay our table much attention as we had 2 refillable drinks which was only done once and we was sat with empty plates for a while. I would understand if it was busy but it was actually quite empty. Such a shame.
Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, it was a Birthday celebration and everything went as planned, the food is excellent especially the Gravy Seal ! Would highly recommend it.
I felt like the girl serving me was rushing me when taking the order, then we had to wait for a starter as she put 1 of them as a side, we had to wait 5 or more minutes for my daughters meal when the 4 of us had been given outmr meal so ours was starting to go cold as we start to eat together. Once given our meal we was not asked it it was ok by our waitress and we couldn't get her attention again for more drinks which meant I had to go the bar and I also put on the booking it was my sons birthday meal and not once was it mentioned Atfer leaving and speaking to a friend of mine apparently we should have been asked if we where celebrating anything which wasnt asked but I am unsure if this is normal practise at TGIS ..so food was fine service not the greatest so I dnt feel the need to rush back.
Very enjoyable the waitress was really nice I think her name was Emily the food was amazing they gave me too much 😂
