Terrible service from start to finish and this was for my daughter's 14th Birthday. Waited for drinks over 25 minutes, no cutlery, meal not ordered. Wrong candles on cake plus other problems which are too long to list. A complete disaster due too incompetent non caring staff
Food was good however, staff was weren't very attentive. Therefore, took a while to get served.
To bring the drinks before you have your food. Plus my drink that I ordered was wrong I did ask to change it but the drink I ordered never came
Taking the kids out for half term - needed a place which served both ribs and pizza - TGI Friday hit the spot.
After waiting an hour for our food to arrive, one of the orders was cold, which was very disappointing
Had a great time only thing I could say was maybe more variation on the £15.99 meals but apart from that brilliant
1st time in a TGI Fridays, and we would happily return.
Lovely atmosphere amd amazing cocktails
Really fun great atmosphere xx
Friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Food and drink similarly priced to other types of similar venues . Glazed chicken strips absolutely gorgeous. Carparks a bit crazy though lol. Lots of cars trying to park for a few different establishments. Was a bit chaotic lol but we managed to find a space
Very slow service, table booked for 8:15 and by 9 still wasn’t seated. They forgot about us and gave a round of free drinks in return. Need more bar staff as long waits in queue. Food was good for the price. Good atmosphere as well.
Starters come once we had nearly finished Our mains. Had to wait a while to get drinks in between as waitress was busy
Hair in girlfriends pasta, was changed for a fresh plate but still surprised to be charged for it. My jack Daniels strip meal was like warm. Usually good here is so good ! Unfortunately this time it was lacking
Atmosphere and food was lovely
Felt really welcomed by all the staff, keep up the good work!
The lady who looked after us on Thursday night was brilliant, her name was Emily, she was polite, friendly and despite how busy it was on valentines she was very helpful, combining her customer service, the food quality and presentation and cocktails we had a great dining experience. Thanks again, will be back in the near future.
Excellent service but overpriced
Another Fabulous night, great atmosphere, friendly staff, attentive, really great advice and gorgeous food as always.
Service was slow considering it was quiet
The old menu was better you took off alot off stuff belive me its not good hardly anything left on the menu
Haven't been for 5 year's Not very American decor dated Slow service Wrong drinks Cold (room temperature) Won't rush back in a hurry
Requested a booth on my booking only to find out no booths are available and was advise the booths open from 6pm on the lower ground, but they in fact opened around 5:15pm. As well as plenty of booths being vacant on upper ground. All services other than the above was perfect. Reason for 1star for Service are merely due to the seating allocations and being told false information upon walking.
We have been to Tgis Birmingham several times but was extremely disappointed with most recent visit from start to finish. We had to send back one of our starters as was cold. The waitress we had was extremely rude and not happy in her work which showed through her customer service skills. She would put stuff on table and take stuff without a word and no please and thank you etc... Everything just seemed too much trouble for her even down to paying when she told us we had no money on the vouchers for tgis when only purchased not long ago. She was insistent until ii think the manager walked past and looked and he did something straight away to sort the problem. All in all I was so disappointed as was sposed to be an enjoyable evening with friends. I would appreciate if even a manager would call.
