The waitress we have was fantastic she couldn’t have done anymore for us,
Fantastic service and food, love it
the change in the dessert menu is disappointing as there are only two options for anyone who does not want to have a sundae. The service was ok , however when I asked about making a substitution for a food item that I do not eat the server became a little stuck and was not able to suggest an alternative food item. the menu as a whole has become disappointing because the range of options is less than before.
Server was very polite, professional and friendly makes me want to eat here more often
Ran out of Jack Daniels sauce which is terrible, how can a restaurant not order enough stock when it’s used in most dishes. Had to have bbq sauce as a alternative completely a waste of money. Luckily the service was amazing and so was the drinks.
The food was lovely however the atmosphere was terrible. It was an eventful visit, during the start of our visit, two member of staff were arguing with each other right next to our table which was off putting and on their behalf very unprofessional. Secondly the waitress we was served by was a bit rude and made use feel uncomfortable. And lastly a physical fight broke out in the restaurant. Can’t fault the food however the atmosphere was so bad i would be reluctant to visit again unfortunately.
I have been a bit disappointed that on my last three visit to tgi with my family there wasn’t any jack Daniel sauce . This is the one meal we all enjoy eating at this restaurant. However the manager was kind enough and offered us a discount on our alternative meal choice. I hope in the further tgi make sure they have adequate supply of jd sauce as this is the signature dish for most people.
Food came out cold Commotion in the restaurant Ran out of JD sauce The lady that served us all night was great but the others werent as friendly. Just felt as though because of the commotion the rest of the customers got forgotten about. This does make me not want to come back to this particular restaurant
Only one grill working and when we asked for coffee got told coffee maker not working. Should have been told sooner plus staff just kept asking more drinks more drinks. Food was good but won’t be returning soon
Food is far too expensive
Excellent service, felt really looked after. Food was lovely but just a bit expensive. Atmosphere was good, just a bit too loud but overall very good.
Server was nice but waited ages for food. We could see food sitting all along the pass for the whole of of visit. The food was barely warm when it arrived and everything was quite dry. I don't think the standard and the wait made the food value for money.
It was a lovely evening. Good food and atmosphere
Food and drinks service was very slow. The food was luke warm and mediocre when it did arrive.
We waited 35 minutes for a starter - nachos not very hard to make Our mains that arrived one was wrong and my spiced bean burger was very hard The waistress and manager were great they apologised and knocked off the mains on the bill Won’t be going here for a while
I ordered my cocktails and after 45 mins no cocktail ended up paying the bill and leaving without it I ordered my meal and drink and was derved starters...no drink. I had to request multiple times to gave the drinks. The wiatress was seemingly irrirated I had asked for drink so many times- I had finishedmy starters by thw time drink was served. In no hurry to visit again
Really bad experience Waited ages for drinks Water came at the end of meal Chips soggy Long wait for everything
Service was slow and wasn’t very busy however the food and cocktails were lovely. Will be returning
I think the lads name was Alex he was very freindly and chatty to us through the night
To start with, very slow service. Very very slow. Waited 40 mins for drinks to arrive, we then had to get a member of staff over and ask where they were. If it was a table full of cocktails, maybe it would have been understood, but it was 1 basic cocktail and 5 soft drinks! The food was adequate, my ribs were just about warm rather than hot, the girls said their veggie burgers tasted like cardboard and weren’t hot. The starters were the best part of the meal, but I think that was because we had waited so long for things to arrive we were just too hungry to care. Then due to ththe slow service, we were eating our dessert, when a man came over and was very rude ‘you guys need to hurry up, we have another booking on this table’ well if you had hurried up and served us on arrival then we wouldn’t have had this issue. In the end we just got up paid the bill and left; leaving half of our desserts because of the way we were spoken to. I won’t be returning again in a rush
Service was poor from our waitress
Me and my partner attended on Saturday evening staff were very friendly and service was amazing! Had a bad experience before but this completely made up for it. Will defiantly coming back. Keep up the good work 😎
Our time at TGIs was really good, atmosphere was great, I did have to send my sundae back though as I think the cream on it had gone off as it was quite sour, our waitress sorted it out straight away and couldn’t apologise enough. The only things I was gutted about was there is no re fill able drinks anymore due to the sugar tax, this is disappointing as this was one of the things we liked about TGIs, I also think it’s extreamly expensive for what you get. But overall we had a lovely time
Very bad experience, won’t be returning to the Hagley Road TGIs. Poor customer service, took over 30mins for drinks to come after being seated. When they finally came my pina colada was disgusting and tasted nothing like it should have. Food took over an hour to come out and then the order was wrong. Very disappointed with our experience, especially as the restaurant wasn’t even that busy.
