If there was a zero for service I would select it. Food was ok. Don’t think I would visit again in a hurry!
We had to wait an extremely long time for our meals. Then once we did receive them, they all came out separately and at different times.
Friendly staff but had to wait far too long on our starter then had an even longer wait on our main
Thank you for giving us such a perfect table and not rushing us through the meal.
Amazing food as always!!!
Part of order was incorrect. By the time it was corrected the food which was not very hot when it arrived was quite cold. They only charged us for a chicken burger rather than the gravy seal which we had ordered but to be honest the meal was already spoiled by the fact it was only warm when it was delivered to our table. It’s the first time I have been disappointed by a meal at tgis it is normally very good.
Food came wrong, was cold and service really slow, strawberries were rotten with dessert, normally can not fault service but this time time really poor, and it was not busy either so no excuse.
Staff so nice and attentive to our every need! Loved our visit ❤
Slow service and spent a good while waiting for the bill.
Brilliant service ! Would defo go back !
We did have to wait 50mims before food was served to us. The whole time we were in view of all the food sitting on the hot plate waiting to be given to tables. It just seemed to take way too long to get food to people who had ordered
Wrong fries brought out with one of the meals. Server asked what sauces we needed then disappeared. Asked another sever 15 mins later that was passing by.
Made a reservation for 2.30pm on a Saturday afternoon and the table was ready for this time although the restaurant was extremely busy. Our server was more than helpful and very friendly and polite. - We also didn't get harassed to leave as soon as we were finished, all in all a very pleasant experience compared to some restaurants.
We had a great time celebrating mine and my daughter's birthday. My daughter loves her balloon hat and was very excited about being sang to. Food and service excellent
Desserts arrived at different times so three of the party were almost finished before the fourth received theirs
The food was lovely and all served lovely and hot. But the service we were far from happy with. The wait that we had before getting thr starters and then the wait after starters for mains was a good 20 to 30 minutes. It was not overly busy at thw time which we was in. The waitrer did come up about 10minutes in to aplogises but then we never seen anyone else. This is not the first time that we have had long waits for meals here. We came yesterday thinking the last time was long waits cause jt was reaally busy but nope just how it seems to be. And yes it does put you off going again. And the wait had been so long we never wven had oudding yesterday.
Fantastic birthday lunch for my son
Lovely place, good atmosphere love the crispy duck whould recommend
Main courses were quite cold, service was very slow. Several times all waiting staff gathered to sing/applaud what I can only assume were birthday tables, meanwhile there were clearly quite a few dishes sitting waiting to be taken to tables. An annoying gimmick which also slowed everything down. Was told that coffee machine was also broken so couldn't get any coffee. Been to this establishment several times over last couple of years, steadily going downhill. Not sure if we will be back.
Service a bit slow great food
I was disappointed that rather than have 3 tables in a row for my birthday we had 3 booths which meant we couldn't talk to one another unless we moved between tables. We waited 50 minutes for food with one table being finished their main course just as my table received there's. This also meant that desserts were being ordered whilst we still ate. The food was lovely and the server was pleasent. Simply wasn't a great atmosphere for a whole family eating out together.
Everything was average nothing outstanding
Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Staff didn't no about promotions. Meals took ages and had to get their attention for drinks and desserts. For a bill that was over £60 quid and for my birthday was definitely a night ruined!!
I think the restaurant is too dark, food was bit overrdone and would like more sauce, thought the service was a bit over the top
