Our waitress on the night was fantastic, unfortunately cannot remember her name.
Service and food was appalling, waited over an hour for our food and when it did finally come it was cold and only half the table got their food by the time the rest of the party got their food they had nearly finished. We had told our waiter that we had a train to catch and he assures Us that would be fine. Time we got our food we had to rush in down our throats to get to our train on time. Absolutely shocking
Fantastic food drink and service!
Service was really slow. 45 mins for our starters to arrive, when it did they were cold. Mains were warm and we had a cinema showing booked so didn't have time to put back so we ate the meat and left everything else. Was at Aberdeen Beach the day before and it was just as bad. Many other places to go, disappointed at the service. We love tye Jack Daniels chicken so keep hoping it will improve but it's not so good that we will keep paying those prices for sub-standard food and service!
Service was good, food was nice but one of the dishes we ordered (Vegetable Pasta Alfredo) was unsatisfactory. The butternut squash and red peppers were rock hard like they hadn't been cooked properly. We told the waitress and all we got was an apology from the manager. Thought the least they could've done was to take the dish off our bill
juices were refilled without hesitation
I was invited to arrive early to enjoy the experience but my table was not ready so I needed to wait for 15 min
Chef or waiting staff could mention that paprika or some other kind of spice is drizzled over there corn on the cob Also mine and my partners mains were late on arriving then my main course they had ran out of one kind with sauce so had to come over and ask if I would take the other sauce also no slaw on my plate even though it states I should get my partner got with his Also I have a dispute about my bill which I have to speak with manager about
Service was top notch
Fantastic service from start to finish, up for my daughter and her friends birthday. Great first evening was had by all 14 of us.xx
It took an hour and 20 minutes from sitting down until we were served our main meal. The manager gave us 25% off the bill. Unfortunately it was my sons birthday meal and we had also booked to see a movie following the meal so we had to rush him through his main meal. I was not impressed and doubt that I will return
Very good service & food was great
Great apart from getting food poisoning.
My wife is a vegetarian and there was not a lot of meals that she could choose from .... but when we found something it was so good we will be back but would like to see more vegetarian meals for my wife to choose from me no meet meet mmmmmmm love my steak
Slow service. And we didn't get our food at the same time.
Food was ok but order was wrong. Despite saying I couldn’t eat aubergines I was given a dish with aubergines in it. It was resolved quickly but then we didn’t get drinks we asked for. Service wasn’t great but maybe it was a new waitress that wasn’t sure what she was doing?
Our server robin was really nice
Good food, just very dark and loud
Wasn’t happy due to steaks cold and I noticed and saw our meal was still on the shelf by the chef and was standing there pass 10-15 mins and was waiting for chip to serve before given us.. then again the pudding was hard and frozen and I ask the service to ask question if the bottom base was supposed to be warm or cold as she stated should be warm and she apolised and I had no time to complaints due to had to go for cinema in time and had to pay the bill and then my friend ask me why our steaks was so small and believe the steak are not correct oz to weight??
To start with you really should have two queues at the desk, we didn’t get to the front to advise of our reservation until 636 when our table was booked for 630. Our food took at least 25 minutes but the ticket showed 20, waitress was very sheepish so can only presume it wasn’t our through straight away. My food arrived 3 minutes before my daughters so was certainly not hot- when I’m out for a meal I like us to eat together, surely that’s the point. We had to rush the whole meal due to the delays. Food was nice but the second cocktail was definitely not made the same as the first, was really quite unpleasant but we didn’t have time to get it rectified.
Turned up at the venue and no reservation had been placed on the menu from the website despite getting email confirmation that was completed. Service took far too long even though the place was quite quiet at the time.
Perfect for family event although the cocktails and drinks are overpriced. Far too much ice!!!!
When I booked online the confirmation e-mail said ‘we respectfully ask for the table back at 7.45’. You are never told this when seated when you turn up without a reservation so why when I pre-book? Secondly we arrived at 6.15 on the dot and for whatever reason our table wasn’t ready and we didn’t get seated until nearer 6.30, we gave our drinks and food orders the first time we were asked and our food didn’t arrive until 7.05 - leaving 40 minutes until you ‘respectfully wanted your table back’ we had a 4 year old with us and we were out for dinner so we were now under pressure to eat fast, 4 year olds don’t eat fast! We were still eating when we were asked if we were finished! And the dessert menus were brought while our dinner plates were still on the table, pudding arrived while my son was still eating his main course and the second my last mouthful went in, the waitress was over offering us our bill, we landed up leaving with our sons pudding in a box as you clearly wanted us out. If you want me out within 1.5 hours, I need my food sooner than half way through my allocated time! It was a rush, we knew what was happening and we will not be doing it again any time soon and we are pretty regular diners at your restaurants as our son likes it. It was an expensive rush of a 2 course meal as we had 40 minutes to eat both courses with a 4 year old, if I wanted so eat fast and get it in a bag I would have gone to MacDonalds and it would have been price reflective of fast dining. You need to have a re-think of this approach to eating as we have plenty other choices of restaurants and none of us enjoyed that experience
