Mikie was great as always, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The service was really poor on Sunday it was my daughters birthday. Waitress came over after half an hr to tell us there was no sweet Potato fries then after another half an he we got chips laid on table, I had to ask after another 10minutes where is our chicken strips and our drinks, also had to return pizza I ordered for my daughter as it was over cooked and very hard. Then I had to ask for condiments. Was a very disappointing and long lunch which didn’t give us much time to go to circus. Very bad service and disappointing for my daughters birthday.
Fab service for my daughters birthday!
Macaroni with lobster side was not available. So they gave us normal which was good as we love macaroni. However was disappointed as the sauce was tasteless and watery. Not how macaroni should be. The waitress did kindly deduct it from our bill.
Booked for my wife's 40th Birthday, Great Service, Great Atmosphere, Great food, Loved your Jack Daniels Glaze Sauce and your cocktails were the best we have ever had, shall visit TGI's again but will have to be one from the glasgow area as we were just up visiting friends, lol, Great Location on the beach as well, first time in TGI's and shall not be our last 107.00 spent and was worth it, impressed...
The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and made eating out a lovely experience.
I was disappointed that the Cajun cream pasta wasn’t available from the menu. However we still had a great night and the service was second to none.
We waited absolutely ages food wise and allowed enough time to make another reservation later that evening with the children, so we had to leave at a certain time. We waited 45 minutes and didn't even gave a starter ordered to then watch the table next to us recieve our order, they denied it was their order but the server decided to proceed anyway. We then brought this to our servers attention who couldn't believe the error and due to that we then waited a further 15 minutes and had 10 minutes left to eat our food before leaving. It was a shambles, both kids were really upset after going around doing the summer challenge and couldn't get the ice cream because it was such a carry on. I'm a regular at TGIs and I must say, after this, I'm not in a hurry to return. When a table tells you that's not their order, dont proceed to push the food on to them, accept it's the wrong table and actually take it to the correct table. We were offered a small discount and a half hearted apology.
We were just on our starters, I had just finished mine and my friend was still eating hers when the main course came out to the table. We felt quite rushed being there.
Very delicious food and great service
Food was good was fast and good value for money didn’t eat all my food so got it in a box to take home
Everything was good. Just standard TGIs
Slow service last night and waiter very rushed and stressed. Covering far too many tables. Not enough staff. Food was ok but felt it might have been sitting out a while. A bit disappointed as usually so good.
Even when it’s busy the waiting staff are accommodating
Friendly, helpful and attentive server, lovely food.
Service was shockingly slow
Booked a table, arrived early, and still got our table, food ordered had a little wait, but they were very very busy, but had time to enjoy a few cocktail, which were lovely, food really tasty when arrived, waiter was very attentive, would defo recommend
Good food and first class service.
Very nice, service was excellent
Good atmosphere & child friendly
Our server (David) was very good, quite a wait for food to come though which is not ideal when you have 5 kids in tow.
Always enjoy my visits to TGI's.
Wasn’t given cutlery, asked another member of staff for these and this never arrived so had to take off another set table ourselves. Food came out lukewarm & stale in the case of the prawns on the macaroni & burger patty. Had to stop another member of staff to request refill of soft drink as we had been left alone for a long period of time. Left very disappointed with the experience.
Had a bad service experience in my last visit but our waiter gavin last night was brilliant. 10/10
Good service nice food
