Great atmosphere pleasant staff
Very good service. Our waitress was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the meals except I thought my veg fajitas was a bit bland and soggy. It was my sons birthday so he got a slice of cake and happy birthday was sung. Cake was lovely although he was mortified at being centre of attention.
Female serving us was great, did everything in her power to make sure we had a great experience.
Excellent food and service. A little expensive for a family.
Our waitress was very attentive and great with my 3 year old daughter! Normally most places the waitresses don’t really care and show no compassion but ours certainly did! I can’t remeber her name but she had pink/red hair and I’m sure she had a facial piercing too. Lovely girl! Food was fantastic as ever! Actually traveled from Dundee to have the sesame seed chicken, it’s to die for!
Arrived early, wasn't a problem. Food outstanding as always
Lovely waitress, very helpful. Very knowledgeable about the food. Food was great
My 4 year old daughter's birthday and she was chuffed to bits when she got cake at the end and the staff sang to her.
Only reason service scored less was because we had to chase up part of our order, otherwise everything good.
Fabulous meal,great service very welcoming
Never have a bad meal.
It’s very crammed in any TGI’s I’ve been in, so it’s noisy with people speaking over each other and the music is too loud. The food is delicious, but it took 3 attempts for the waiting staff to get our order correct so we had to wait even longer before we could eat. The staff are generally very friendly though but I do dislike the fact that staff are told to make small talk which is uncomfortable for everyone involved.
I've been going to TGI's for years, and feel that the standard of ingredients has gradually declined in that time. The burger is no longer the best in town I'm afraid - it was fine but not worth the price and long wait. This restaurant is also badly in need of a facelift, our table was next to some damaged glass partitions, beside the draughty doorway. The service is the best thing about TGI's.
Holly was very friendly and got everything spot on with the order
Food and service were excellent!
We dine here quite regularly and have never had a bad meal or service. It can be busy at times, which can slow down service a little, but that can only be expected.
Great fast service, good food. Feels slightly overpriced but overall good experience
Where we were sat, there was a cold draft which spoiled the evening a bit
This is an excellent restaurant with very friendly staff. The food was amazing! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Aberdeen!
Brilliant staff and brilliant food, would highly recommend.
All staff and food are great Service is fantastic Staff very friendly I recommend everyone Thank you
Our food took 45 minutes and the waitress made the atmosphere very awkward and found it hard to communicate. When we were eventually served our food it was cold.
We were very disappointed with the service on Saturday 23rd March. My husband and I were there with my 86 year old mum and our 3 grandchildren. Waited a long time for our drinks, then 1 child’s meal came then waited 20 minutes for the other 2 children’s meals. Won’t be going back which is a shame as the food was good. Table was booked for 4.45 and didn’t get out until 6.40.
Gavin was great and my daughter loved being sung to for her birthday xx
