My kids ordered a pizza and pasta with meatballs. Both were very poor. The pizza was not freshly made and the meatballs were covered in cheddar cheese. Won’t be returning.
Shocking service. We had to ask repeatedly for someone to take our order which eventually took 20 mins. Then waited 35 mins before drinks arrived. The restaurant was only half full so no excuses. Think everyone’s fed up with poor service there and going elsewhere.
Seemed to wait a long time for food had to find children’s menu as wasn’t given any, husbands food was cold and our burgers were dry, food wasn’t brought out together had to find staff to find out where children’s food was, such a shame that it wasn’t a pleasant meal
Awful service unfortunately. Took ages to have our order taken. When it was they forgot my drink and I had to remind two different waitresses that I hadn’t had my drink. They did refund the cost of this but the staff all seemed so disorganised! When I paid cash at the end they took my money but did not return with my change..so I had to ask a waitress again to get that for me. I haven’t busted for a while and usually it’s a lovely experience. However, it was my birthday celebration and Despite a waitress saying she would get me a hat, I received nothing. We left feeling very disappointed, at least the food was ok.
The food was amazing. Staff were friendly and polite. The only downfall is the slow service of drinks and food being brought to the tables.
We were very disappointed with our evening. Our order was incorrect, and when we informed the staff of the error (no sweet potato fries), the waitress told us they would be out shortly. This never happened. We asked to have the sweet potatoes taken off the bill. This happened, but no apology was given. We were not asked how our meal was, so no feedback was given at the time. The restaurant was not busy, so we are unsure why there was such a lack of quality service.
Ordered a cocktail at 7.15 and it eventually arrived on asking for the bill at 8.40 ☹️ I had reminded the waitress several times, needless to say it was foc
Staff were rude. Service was slow Waitress kept trying to get us to leave.
Amy F our waitress is s credit to your team.
We have had some great meals at this location, This was NOT one of them, food was poor, some came cold and some over cooked. some came late.,in fairness it was a busy time, we will not be back
Awfully rude staff Terrible service The chef was bringing our food over
We were here for my Mum's birthday lunch, half the restaurant was empty but they seemed understaffed. It took a long time to get our order taken and then a further long wait to receive our food. We each ordered one drink which we had finished by the time our mains had arrived. We wanted three glasses of water as we were all very thirsty due to the salty fries but it took flagging down two waitresses (which took over 10 minutes as noone went by our table in that time) as the first waitress forgot even though we watched her go to the bar four times in the time we were waiting for three glasses of water, not cocktails...glasses of water. My son couldn't eat anymore of his burger in this time as he was so thirsty so by the time the second waitress came and double checked we wanted three glasses of water and then took a further 5-10 minutes getting them his food was stone cold. We weren't offered a dessert menu, so to have shared starters and mains took us over an hour and a half because of the slow service. Not brilliant at all especially considering the restaurant was half empty and should have been staffed appropriately for a Saturday lunchtime. Also the toilets were absolutely disgusting.
Service was very slow and lacklustre, wasn’t even a busy period. Food on the whole was ok, ordered two lots of chicken wings which were cooked beyond recognition.
2 of the 4 meals ordered where correct, 1 was delivered with fries (salad ordered) and 1 warrior burger meal delivered (seal gravy burger ordered). It was corrected eventually however, if the server had written our order down then I think this could have been avoided. I ordered a second beer half way through my meal, waited 20 minutes and had to remind the server about it. He apologised and said he would take it off my bill when it arrived (but didn't). The restaurant was not busy so no excuses really.
I would not rate anything about our meal it was disgusting and cost £127
3+ hours wait time on a Wednesday evening when not busy. Waitress walked passed our drinks 5 times that were waiting to come to us from the bar.
Bit slow but overall nice food.
We waited over an hour for our meal despite people around us that came in after us had their food much before us. We ordered refill drinks and staff were reluctant at refilling and even forgot our drinks twice. Food was dumped at table and waiter ran off even though we wanted sauce. It seemed there was not enough staff on for a Saturday evening.
Excellent experience. Thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family.
To be honest a terrible visit. I like TGI and normally enjoy their goodness but this experience was one disaster after another. First of all any bar drinks were taking between 20-30 mins from time of order to be served. We were apologised to about this but still... when our mains arrived one diners meal took 15 minutes longer to arrive and my wife and son who order the triple stack both had meals which had cold chicken and cold burgers. We raised this with manager who was apologetic but meal still cost 90 quid. Terrible value for money given the experience.
Great place to eat friendly and professional services
Served by Georgina who was polite, attentive and very helpful, a credit to TGI’ s, only slight blemish was after receiving a portion of mayonnaise another member of the party requested a portion to a passing waitress, she decided to bring a plate full of portions, 7 in total and just slammed them on the table and walked off, I could have made a scene but just found it pathetic, I would imagine she does not gain many tips and would suggest that there are many looking for a job
Food arrived stone cold. I complained and had mine remade but was left to watch my daughter eat hers... my meal then returned but my daughter had finished hers as it had been about 15mins. To top it off I requested a milkshake for desert but was told they had ran out of milk!!!
Table wasn’t set despite booking. Drinks were wrong. Food we wanted wasn’t available. Food we did order was then wrong also and wasn’t rectified properly.
