From the very start we waited 10 mins at least for drinks as waiter went for break at did not tell other waiter we had to ask for them ..when received my rum and coke was like water as ice cubes had melted .. they were at bar I expect!! Then when we did receive food I had steak which was cold and very hard for medium rare.. felt a little bit let down as atmosphere is great and staff are so so friendly and helpful maybe I should go less busy time !!
We were at our table over 10 minutes before we had a drinks order taken then it took over 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive
When meals arrived they were cold as they had been sat under the warming lamps for at least 10 minutes (we could see them). Sweetcorn was inedible (even the replacement one). However, manager took 25% off the bill which rectified the situation.
Ordered side salad didn't arrive until prompted. Ordered garlic bread that didn't arrive after prompting! The corn on the cob was rock hard it was in fact the worst corn on the cob we've ever been served! The waitress didn't even care. Would we done with you again? Sadly not!
Hi, food was lovely, it just took so long to get drinks and our table wasn't set up properly. For instance, no cutlery or serviettes. We found ourselves asking constantly for things. I've got say though the guy that served us was really friendly.
Waiting time for drinks and food was just too long. We were just a table of two, I dread to think how long it would take for a larger party. Food was good, we didn’t actually get what we ordered but had waited 45 mins for it to come so just ate it. Music is way too loud, I’m a 46 year old ex cage dancer, I’m no fuddy duddy but we couldn’t hold a conversation. However, our waitress was lovely, a credit to TGI’s.
Unfortunately the lady who served us was very abrupt and heavy handed and impatient. She more or less chucked the cutlery on the table for us to hand out, seemed very impatient when we were ordering and when she placed my food down the chips came off the plate with how heavy handed she was. She also got my order wrong, the stake was cooked all the way through when I asked for medium rare. My boyfriend ate his food whilst I waited for my new stake to be cooked. By the time it arrived my boyfriends plate had been removed and I had to eat alone. Also my new plate of food had the wrong sauce which wasn’t a massive deal but the waitress didn’t seem to happy to get this changed for me. After all this and eating alone the waitress still asked us to pay for all of the meal. We spoke to the manager who was LOVELY and had a lot of time for us. The only reason we would go back to TGIs is because of how well the manager handled us.
Requested on my booking for a booth well before my booking, didn’t get a booth seat as requested. Service was crap after being seated took 10 minutes at least to be served. General atmosphere wasn’t nice, if your not in a booth seat the area is to on top of other people around you also eating. Won’t be going again.
Can’t fault this place! Everything was super
Food and drink - i gave you a two because the bear island beer i had was nice the food however was stone cold upon arrival its presentation was fine however its no replacement for it being hot Atmosphere - atmosphere was fine but this was mainly down to the people i was with rather than the restaurant itself Service - at first we were given a dreadful table right by the kitchen with horrible chair i suffer from a condition that means i require to sit in a chair with a high back at first when we told the waiter we wanted to move it wasnt possible however once telling them about my condition suddenly it was possibly (i should not have had to explain this) it also took a very long time for our food to arrive over 45 minutes Value for money - paying £21 for a tiny cold piece or steak that somehow took 45 minutes is absolutely beyond me, your food is average and overpriced for what it is
good experience and a lovely meal

Very slow service & not particularly budy! There were 4 sraff chatting to each other in the restaurant tather than getting me my drink. Had to wait & remond them teive dedpite having no other requests
Sascha was our waiter. Attentive, funny, engaging. What more could we ask for.
happy staff make happy customers
Excellent service and food was excellent.
It was my daughter 16th Birthday and she took a group of friends to TGI Fridays in Telford! She thoroughly enjoyed the vibes, the atmosphere and the friendly staff - lots of smiles all round! thank you for making my daughter feel special on her special day!
Although the staff were 7 minutes late opening the doors the service was otherwise good and the food arrived pretty quickly (ideal with a baby!) We will definitely visit again.
First drinks were done wrong but we had them changed and they were done correctly, food was nice but for the price, there are better places to go for the money
The bar service was appalling and there were plenty of waiting on staff but they were clueless and following each other around and not paying attention to the customers. There was no one in charge to complain to as the bill was totally incorrect also with drinks and food added on that we didn’t receive, extremely disappointing for my sons birthday meal
My kids ordered a pizza and pasta with meatballs. Both were very poor. The pizza was not freshly made and the meatballs were covered in cheddar cheese. Won’t be returning.
Shocking service. We had to ask repeatedly for someone to take our order which eventually took 20 mins. Then waited 35 mins before drinks arrived. The restaurant was only half full so no excuses. Think everyone’s fed up with poor service there and going elsewhere.
Seemed to wait a long time for food had to find children’s menu as wasn’t given any, husbands food was cold and our burgers were dry, food wasn’t brought out together had to find staff to find out where children’s food was, such a shame that it wasn’t a pleasant meal
Awful service unfortunately. Took ages to have our order taken. When it was they forgot my drink and I had to remind two different waitresses that I hadn’t had my drink. They did refund the cost of this but the staff all seemed so disorganised! When I paid cash at the end they took my money but did not return with my change..so I had to ask a waitress again to get that for me. I haven’t busted for a while and usually it’s a lovely experience. However, it was my birthday celebration and Despite a waitress saying she would get me a hat, I received nothing. We left feeling very disappointed, at least the food was ok.
The food was amazing. Staff were friendly and polite. The only downfall is the slow service of drinks and food being brought to the tables.
