Some food was was cold. Drinks are a joke...ordered 2 large cokes, 90% of the drink was ice, I would estimate at best 100 mls of the actual drink, a rip off for £3.40, did complain but was fobbed off with pathetic excuse about sugar tax.....it was admitted that if we had asked for the cokes without ice we would have had a full glass of around 450 mls. We will not return and definitely not recommend
Fabulous service! Fantastic food and cocktails
Waited quiet a while at the bar and my food had to be sent back due it being cold. Food came back after being re done but still cold. Food was nice but would have liked a hot dinner. Not great value for money but on the expensive side for what you get. Staff really helpful and couldn’t have apologised enough
All the staff were very professional and polite. It was the first time my children had been, they loved it more than Frankie and Benny's...well done!!!
Lovely waitress, great food, had out own area to celebrate mine and my friends birthday together.
Great food with quality family time.
Slow service no one seemed interested in up Was sons birthday got a piece of cake and a song but half of the staff seemed disinterested
Was expensive but really enjoyed my meal and the waiter was lovely.
We came in for my birthday and there was a table set up with balloons and hats:) Our server was lovely and interested in us all and what we were upto - getting married on saturday so was having a breather 😁 Food was awesome as usual. Looked after us well, nothing was too much trouble !
Our waiter was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Was really good but Beth my favourite server wasnt there which was upsetting but as someone who goes here 6 times a month i cant complain
Our waiter James was absolutely lovely! A credit to the tgi’s team. Food was amazing as always. Thank you!
Great service. Attentive staff. Really good food.
Excellent food, fantastic service would highly recommend.
Had to wait a while even though we had booked a table for 3 people and arriving on time, service quite slow and this made us late for our show after the meal. Also had to remind staff about our table, as it was busy.
This is the second time we have used this restaurant and again the food, and service have been poor. Cutlery and the general restaurant was dirty, having to pay for extra dips when at other TGI's you don't. No free refills on Coke again different to other TGI's. This is the last time I will use this particular restaurant again zero out of ten for this one.
James our waiter was brilliant and very attentive
Food is delicious. Warm & friendly staff.
Managed to cater for a big party, very friendly and helpful with food for all our fussiest eaters! Even let us bring our own cake and provided candles and a fun (if ridiculous) birthday song ;)
This was my first time in a TGIs and although I was warned against it by a lot of people, I went anyway because the girl I was with wanted to try it. The food was terrible, we had a burger each and it was like over cooked rubber on stale bun. No flavour whatsoever. Same with the nachos. The ones on the cinema are better. However, the staff who served us were amazing. A credit to the company. They were very welcoming, introduced each other to us and yes they were probably the two most experienced, but they really did make the night enjoyable.
Booked for a birthday party of 18. Went in the week before to see tables etc. On arrival at 17:30 as booked no tables were ready ( we had earlier delivered balloons etc to be on the tables). Tables were then prepared but weren’t the ones we were shown/ expected and had a wooden Pilar in the middle which stopped conversation etc. After that service was good .
