Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our meal!
Lovely and polite staff. Good party atmosphere
Fast service, especially for a saturday night. lovely staff and excellent food.
We were celebrating our daughters birthday and at 15 she is obviously too young to go “out out” so the atmosphere in TGI is a nice compromise. The service was quick and friendly. We were running late due to football traffic but our table was held with no problems or complaint. We had a fantastic night out and will definitely be back well done all. Great Team
Great place!! Great food and service, Raven our waitress for the evening was brilliant and helped make my sons 18th a special evening!! Nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be visiting again, thanks TGI Fridays!!!
This was for my twin daughters birthday. You made their night very memorable especially when they had to get up on their chairs and have happy birthday sung to them by your staff! A good night had by all
Excellent service and atmosphere but price increases noticeable and hitting upper limit of acceptable
Put on my reservation that it was my sister's birthday and this wasn't mentioned at all, yet saw other people getting singed to and a birthday dessert. V. disappointing. Service was so slow, took absolutely ages for our drinks to arrive and again for the bill. Won't be returning in a hurry.
Really disappointed with our visit which was for our daughters 17th birthday 😔 service was appalling.. twenty minutes sat down before we were asked if we wanted a drink.. no attention given to us at all just left to wait .. an hour and a half into our visit we had had one drink and our main meal hardly any good if you order the refills!! Had to leave before our desserts were served because of car park restrictions.. you would think two and half hours is enough time to have a meal especially when they weren’t that busy .. waitress seemed to have two many tables to wait on.. won,t be coming back soon unfortunately 😔
We booked for an anniversary meal, and in special requests we asked for a private table (within reason) and anything else to make it more special for me and my partner. Upon arrival we said we had a reservation so they specifically could look at the notes however the lady glanced at the screen for two seconds and seated us down a busy ailse. We then asked to be moved to somewhere more private and she said she would try as they were busy. She then seated us at the back near a draft. So we moved ourselves. It took aprox 17 minutes to be asked for a drink, we were close to leaving at this point. After the waitress (who was very nice) took our order we waited. Our mains came out with a rude waiter who didn't even ask if we wanted sauces so we had to flag our waitress down. No mention of our anniversary, not a single congratulations so that just shows no one gave a flying **** about our special requests yet there were multiple times the staff sung happy birthday to customers. Oh and it wasn't busy. Wasn't even half full so the lady at the beginning was talking out her ***. I wouldn't leave this review, but I did contact TGIs directly after our experience hoping for it to be resolved, but did I hear a peep? Did I ****. Will not be returning. Fatso's across the the road is better in all aspects anyway, we only came TGIs because our first day was there.
Service was little big slow as wasn’t that busy. It was my nephews birthday & they made s fuss which was hilarious as he was 26 but got to be done
Lovely time celebrating my daughter's 11th birthday - great atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic service, as well as special touches for the birthday girl. She came away beaming - thank you!
Fabulous staff, nice burgers, good children’s meals - but not much size difference between the little league and the bigger child meals. Sides were iffy. Warrior fries were really salty. Atmosphere and staff were brilliant though, your staff are a credit to you.
We had a trainee helping our waiter, whilst appreciate people need to be trained she was not really ready to be on restaurant floor. She cleared our table piling plates and cutlery in front of me. Whilst she was smily she did need some basic training and some form of uniform!
The music when we visited was too loud. It was the only real complaint we could make about the evening.
Service was a little slow and not that’s busy
Made an online booking, where it said we could not be seated until 7.15pm. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty, and stayed that way all night, so was quite unsure as to why we could not be seated earlier. (Maybe should have called and spoke to someone?) Food was delicious but quite expensive. Wine list was very minimal. Serving staff were very friendly.
John was a fantastic server! Couldn’t do more for us as a group. My children found him friendly and approachable! Will definitely be back! Food was tasty and hot when it arrived.
Very enjoyable meal as it was a double birthday celebration for our son and daughter.
Really enjoyed our first visit to TGI. Service was excellent - particularly liked the slice of birthday cake and song. Lovely touch.
Drinks specially cocktails were amazing. Unfortunately our server (didn’t get his name) wasn’t friendly or really felt like he wanted to be at work. Asked multiple times for sauces which we didn’t get until the meal was basically finish. As much as i know everyone loves celebrating there birthday, the over the top singing of happy birthday whilst eating our food was highly irritating. The value for money was also quite shocking, as much as the food was mediocre, it wasn’t anything to shout about.
The host was awesome really helpful and went that extra mile.
Average... very busy and not very attentive service, food poorly presented and just average..
Nice place, however I found the service quite slow & I thought it was expensive.
