Found the menu selection a bit limited and extensive for what it is. It's a fun busy place with a buzzing atmosphere but wouldn't return
Arrived 5 minutes prior to the booking. Finally got a table 25 minutes later. Another 30 minutes later someone came to take a drinks order. When we finally made our food order we never saw our server again. We had to get someone who was serving other tables to place another drinks order or request the bill. Probably the worst experience I've had at TGIs. Disappointed.
Table booked for 6pm however did not get seated until 6.40pm. There was a lack of vegetarian options available. Pasta was served extremely dry. Waited a long time in between courses. Waited a long time before being able to pay our bill. Very disappointing and not the service I would have expected from TGIs.
The food was amazing as usual and very much worth the money. I usually come here for special occasions and the staff were very nice and helpful
Everytime we come to tgi we have a great time, service is great and food is amazing.its now the kids favourite place to go out to eat.
I was extremely sick after my salad which at the time I should’ve complained about as it looked as if it had been lying for a few days . It did not look fresh. I thought the prices were too high for the quality of food. However it was for our teenagers who did enjoy it. They will probably be back but I won’t be.
Service we received from David was superb
Food and drink was amazing cant fault it the service on the other hand was terrible felt like we had been forgotten about had our starters came out promptly then waited ages for our mains to come and our starter plates werent even cleard When the mains did arrive then had to ask the waitress for more cuttlery which isnt a big deal but when you have waited for your meal u expext them to at least notice u have nothing to eat it with. Again food great but still left waiting for ages for some one to clear plates when they finally arrived to clear them she asked if we wanted desert we said yes to which the waitress rolled her eyes as if we were keeping her from the other 2-3 tables she had to serve its a monday night not a busy saturday. Bill came i paid cause food was great a little slow but im sure that was cause of the waiting staff. Would I recommend tgi fridays yes i would would recommend the glasgow branch would i hell. P.s when bringing cuttlery to the table you should probably check its its clean. Well done guys well done 👍
Our waiter.martin was excellent recommending.drinks.and sorting.a wee problem we had with my.daughter's meal
Too busy and lighting was too dark, felt sorry for the waiter but he was trying his best to serve the 10+ tables in our area - all with at least parties of 4
Amazing Service from Amy, had a fantastic time. Food fantastic, service brilliant and we were a party of nine.
Got food order wrong and charged us for drinks we didnt have, food was bland wasnt impressed
My burgar was slighty pink but apart from that i enjoyed my starter
Everything was fantastic, you could see that the place was packed and the staff were unbelievably busy but they still managed to cater to every need and makes things run smoothly, some of the best service I have received in a restaurant
We had booked a table for 4 it was my niece's 16th Birthday..We had a great night and the girl Olivia who served us was lovely and very friendly..whould defenetly come back 🙂
Me and my family had a fab experience here. Such a comfortable atmosphere for kids too. Will be back.
Service was great, really expensive for what you get and its a bit tight between tables
really tasty, enjoyed cocktails, very good service from our server, maybe a little expensive for lunch
Great service but my burger was so dry & bland, my worst meal at TGI’s unfortunately 😑
The cocktail was awful I don’t know how you can call that a salad a block of romaine lettuce? And the steak was over done
Giles was an excellent waiter and made my daughter's 13th birthday party so much fun for her.
Visited For my daughters 19th birthday, we go often anyways, staff were great our server Martin was very busy but made sure my girl got her bday cake from you guys including the one we brought with us x
Maggie the server was brilliant!!!!
Drinks were disappointing. Ordered a cocktail which we couldn’t drink with the straws as slushy ice hadn’t been whizzed enough in machine so the lumps of ice were too big to go up the straw and it was delivered to our table all spilling all down the sides which made it sticky to pick up. Ordered a Fanta which was all ice and not much Fanta
