Came for Valentine’s dinner with my boyfriend and we had a great time. Food was great and the service from staff was wonderful 10/10 recommend
Haven't been for a while so was quite surprised to see how much the menu had reduced. Wasn't keen on the new version of my favourite dish at tgis however afterwards the waiter said I could probably still get it next time just to ask so let's hope that's the case
Perfectly decent restaurant with nice food, acceptable service standards and reasonable prices. Will I go back? Probably. Will I be excited about it? Probably not.
Awesome date night
Was my 2nd time and my mums 1st time at TGIS Buchanan st. We both loved it.the staff were very accommodating and friendly especially our waiter Robbie. We will defo be back
Our server was more interested in the party of four men behind us who were served diligently and well. Some poor young waitress had to pick up her slack several times! Shame
TGI Fridays is my ultimate favourite restaurant! Never had anything bad to say, however I visited for Valentine’s Day on Buchanan Street, Glasgow. My main was freezing and taste as if it was sitting around for ages! Although, they did return me with a fresh plate of food which was warm. Also, I ordered an ice cream sundae with supposedly squirty cream as advertised. However, I received the complete opposite, there was not even ice cream it was a glass full of cream!! Very disappointed.
Staff were friendly and very helpful
Friendly and fast service and the food was scrumptious:)
Server was lovely.
Brilliant food and always a good atmosphere
Steak was a little fatty
Main Asset was the Staff
Only thing was we were told to wait even though we booked, apart from that great experience!
Service was great. Food and drinks were amazing. Martin was class. Only point is service could have been quicker to clear tables but aside from that amazing
my daughters chicken tenders were burnt, had about 10 chips and a few beans. My nachos were dry and tasteless and just not good at all. The people who were serving were lovely so friendly. Not worth the money.
The person serving us was very helpful when we asked questions about drinks and food. Staff were all very friendly, service was fast, can't wait to go back again for another meal
Fab service! Even let us have our table early when we arrived!
Very disappointed with the service. Due to my nut allergy which I informed of on my booking this meant only the manager could take my order for food which was ok but it also meant then we weren’t offered refills or another drink or a dessert and our plates weren’t taken away. The manager said there were no nuts on the premises but felt I was being treated like I had the plague and I take it this is why I couldn’t order anything else because nobody would serve me but a manager. As for food it was ok but a lot of money for all we got. I ordered a larger steak and my mums was bigger than mine even though it was cheaper. Very disappointing
Waiter was lovely
The plates were cold and the hamburgers were lukewarm though tasty. We were in a hurry and therefore couldn’t wait for the food to be reheated if we had requested this .Why don’t you provide hot plates ? Service very friendly and polite.
Our server was wonderful!
Lovely food, great service
Lovely staff.
I think it is expensive. Also did not have ginger ale for whisky and ginger ale and then my friend (who is elderly) wanted a blended whisky but they only sold malts which I understand but maybe should consider stocking say one blended whisky for such ocassions
