It was my sons 21st there were 9 of us. Unfortunately there wasn't much quality control with the sweetcorn everyone's was well past its time and completely dried out. The Ribs were not oozing with JD Sauce like they used to be and it had definitely been watered down which was also disappointing. other than that nice evening out, we asked for split bill but this was forgotten about! Friendly & energetic as always
Nice food portions too small and overpriced .good choice of drinks and cocktails . excellent customer service
Our waitress leela or leena was lovley so friendly and didn't leave us waiting to long for order our food or the bill And great food as always!
Greeting staff and waitresses were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back
Lovely food, good and fast service, great prices
Enjoyed the food and service was great - Food is slightly expensive but it is a good portion size.
Fantastic atmosphere and staff are so helpful and quick
The waiter was terrible there was no friendliness he tried to rush us through. although there was loads of tables spare they sat us right next to another couple. The food was amazingly cooked.
Little bit slow on general service, we probably would have had another round of drinks if asked - but nothing to complain about, the restaurant seemed busy. Food was hot and tasty, although we had to ask for kids colouring packs and one of the kids baked bean pots was 90% juice with about 3 beans floating in it... again we didn’t complain as the kid in question doesn’t like beans anyway - but it would have been disappointing to someone who loves beans 😁 - overall an enjoyable night
Friendly staff, tasty food. Good atmosphere.
food was peng
Food was great as always restaurant was a great place to be around but our waitress was very snappy and as we ordered the refillable drinks usually when we go to tgi fridays or anywhere else for that matter waiters and waitresses normally take your glass/ check up on your drinks or just keep asking you if you need a refill but this waitress always looked as I caught her numerous times and my partners glass was empty and not once did this waitress come over and ask if we wanted a refill nor did she come over and refill it for us this is the first time I’ve had a bad service experience with these restaurants we will defiantly be back but this was very sad because me and my partner love this food chain.
A kid (I assume) had put glitter in the bottom of the salt shaker so I got that all over my chips to start with, then my chicken burger was really rubbery and too tough to chew around the edges, the chips that I recovered were okay, my girlfriend didn't enjoy the chicken strips she had - they weren't badly made or served, the flavour was just really not enjoyable for us. Her chips were okay but ultimately we paid £40 for meals that we barely touched.
It was very busy when we were in there and it reflected in the service we received. We were shown to our table which was clean but the bench we were sitting on was filthy. The food came with no cutlery and we had to keep on asking for things as the waiters were so busy they kept trying to go before we’d asked them for everything. Wasn’t the most relaxing or best meal we’ve had and has put me off going again.
Waited far too long for food! Ordered at 3pm & food didn’t come until 3.45!! And when you have 2 children with you I thought this was unacceptable & the children’s cucumber & carrot sticks never even got served to us! Couldn’t be bothered to then wait again for them as staff were too busy & couldn’t get the attention of one! This was my first visit to TGI’s and it will be my last
Waitress was lovely, but service was so slow. Over 50 mins from ordering to eating
Knife and forks on the table weren't very clean. But they we're happy to sort the issue out.
The food was delicious and Jordan was an absolute delight
Was a lovely evening, our server Kirsty was very accommodating and friendly, she really made the meal special for my niece who’s birthday it was
Always an enjoyable meal
Our waiter Harrison was excellent couldn't do enough for us. All the staff made our twin girls feel extra special on there bday too so a massive thank you to the guys at TGI derby
Great atmosphere, drink I thought were little over priced and came flat (coke and lemonade) but overall had a great night with family
Service was slow, they forgot about drinks
