When I booked a table some weeks ago I specifically requested a Tomahawk steak only to be told that there was none. Bit pointless requesting and booking a table when you cant uphold a simple task. Disappointing.
Wrong meal brought out, garlic bread & onion rings forgotten, waiter walked off half way through ordering drinks, salt instead of popping candy put on edge of cocktail glass!! Poor service.
Fantastic food and prompt, helpful, friendly service. Even a surprise birthday cake and song for my daughter. Perfect, thank you!
Very friendly helpful waiter
Fantastic food & Libby gave us friendly & attentive service
We had wonderful time. The best meal ever! Very recommend.
All round good service and food. Had a Woo Woo but had to send it back to get more vodka put in it. If it says it's got vodka in the drink I want to taste it!
Reserved a table for mother’s day knowing that it would be busy. When we arrived they didn’t have any wings, sesame chicken, sirloin steak, ribs & was running low on JD sauce. I was hugely dissapionted because it was too short notice to go anywhere else and all of the main things we wanted to order we couldn’t.
I’ve been to TGI fridays a Few times and I’ve always had to wait for table ,so this time I thought I would book a table for 3pm when we arrived our table wasn’t available for 3pm and didn’t get our table till 3:30 .. no point booking a table .... no apology from the staff . I understand it gets extremely busy in there but if you book at table surly you get it for that time .
Children's menus could do with a steak choice on older selection, my kids aged 9, 11 and 13 all had to order from the adults menu. Food was nice but slow to come out, my autistic child found this stressful, however waitress was willing to get us some chips to ride him over. Kids all loved the milkskakes, I loved the massive cocktail, well worth upgrading, those chicken strips with the seeds and glaze are to die for, please add them onto a combo!! For a meal outweigh paid over £130, spent a lot less weekend before, and we had 2 more people with us, so I can't say its good value for money, would have been nice to give the mums a gift like most other places were, was gutted to see free prosecco and chocolates in a restaurant a few doors down!!
Food was good Service poor staff chatting amongst themselves Food waiting under hot light too long before it’s served slow service a lot of room for improvement
Had a great time good was great and waitress was lovely
Very disappointed with the customer service . I did not get my side of onion rings that I ordered . Our waitress was nowhere to be found when I wanted to let her know I'm still waiting for my onion rings. Terrible.
Great service from Lucas, very friendly and efficient. The food came quickly too. Just a couple of points, I’ve visited TGIs many times, the music this time seemed very loud, louder than usual. It was quite difficult to hear conversation at some points. Baby changing room, lock was broken so I walked in on a customer and then when I was in the room a customer walked in on me. Slightly embarrassing. Other than that a nice visit :)
Very disappointed as our mains came to the table before our starters how on earth can that happen, manager very apologetic but the damage was done.
Overall great experience. The cocktails were great, the food was lovely and the service was excellent. All of your staff were wonderful.
The gentleman who served us was absolutely amazing he made my sons birthday very memorable. He was polish and fabulous.
Great service friendly waiters
We asked for a quiet booth and it was quite empty yet we were sat very open
Your waitress Olivia was lovely. It was my sons 10th birthday and she was so attentive and kind to us. I don't normally leave feedback but I feel she deserves praise. She is an asset to your company.
Arrived 15 mins earlier than booking and Door Host must have recognised me from a prior visit and asked if I wanted to be sat with Kev again, which obviously I chose yes as his service is always outstanding. Praise is due for the kitchen too on a fantastic cooked steak and my father really enjoyed his ribs. Mentioning to Kev that he has been coming to Fridays for over 30 years and always has the ribs.
Had a table for 6 booked but wanted to add extra guests. Although restaurant was full for large tables the staff member Danny went out of his way to fit us in. Had a great night for my sons birthday. Thank you 😊
Our waiter Mathew was very attentive and gave us excellent service. Also thank you for sorting out our confusion with the bill.
