Nice place to eat and drink. Only problem we had that we kept getting a strong smell from the toilet where we were sitting.
Service was very slow, they forgot to put on my partners chicken strips for his starters so had to wait ages for them to bring them out. We booked a table for 7.30 when we got there, there was no table reserved so we had to waif
Good meal, nice food. Was very loud in the restaurant.
Sadly had a very poor experience here. On arrival for our reservation, was told to wait in line (I had pre-booked) and wasn’t seated for another 15 minutes. Once sat, nobody came to take our order for drinks or food for at least 20 minutes, and when they did, a very frazzled and unhappy waiter took our order (looked like he was rushed off his feet). Starters arrived, I ordered wings to share with my husband, and they were all bunched up to the one side of the plate with a dipping sauce.. and then just a huge space on the other side of the plate.. looked like something was missing? But could be wrong. Just looked a little odd. We were sat near the kitchen so could see all the food coming out... one particular chicken burger (thankfully not ours) was sat there for nearly 25 minutes before served with the rest of the meal, not sure if this was the kitchen staff not cooking up the meals in correct order or if the waiting staff just took the wrong combination somewhere but you could see their screen with all the dinner orders on was flashing like mad as they were obviously all overdue to their tables... we did wait another 30 minutes between courses for our mains to be served. When the mains arrived, albeit a fresh chicken burger for my husband, the bun was stale, the chicken was gristly and the chips were seasoned with the entire pot of powdered garlic?! My meal was okay, but at this point I wasn’t really that hungry due to the long wait... Regrettably we did complain to the waiter, who didn’t seem surprised in the slightest.... quite a pricey meal overall for the 4 of us, one round of drinks, starter and main was £125. Considering the tepid nature of the food and poor service meaning it took us 2 hours to complete our meal, just felt like overall a unpleasant experience and won’t be returning.
Drink was amazing!! Menu looks awesome!! Wanna try everything!! Coming back for the 30oz Tomahawk!! (and some drinks)
Amazing service and food
We couldn’t have any loaded fries and machine was not working..
We had a waiter called milo and the restaurant was busy but his customer service was fantastic and a we had a very enjoyable evening.
Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Soft drink refills were regularly replaced and staff were excellent in assisting with discounts via the app.
As regular customers of this specific restaurant, Wednesday was probably the worst experience i have had at TGI. Our table was booked for 7.30pm and we were seated promptly, however we were not offered drinks and by the time an order was taken and they arrived, it was now 8.30pm. Our starters finally arrived at 8.40pm, how ever a number of meals were over cooked or possibly left under the heat lamps for far too long. Even then were one starter short, which was hurriedly chased. The main course finally cam out at around 9, again we were one meal short, which arrived shortly after. During this whole time we were only offered drinks a second time. The meal was to celebrate my wife and nephews birthday, so cake had been already sent to the kitchen to be brought out for dessert. Again, this seemed to take a very long time, despite the restaurant now being almost empty. Overall a really bad experience which soured both birthday celebrations and certainly not worth the £260 bill. I have no idea how you got it so wrong and its only the fact that previous experiences have been good, that hopefully this is just a one off. It’s shame that it had to be on my wife’s 40th birthday though.
Food disappointing. 3 people couldnt have there choice. Then my dad was given an alternative steak which was dry and hard. He couldnt eat it. Music extremely loud, could hear a conversation, asked 3 times for it to be lowered down. The waiting staff brilliant though.
I've visited TGI Fridays Cabot Circus many times and every single time the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish #LifeTimeCustomer
Waiter was very slow, plates not cleared promptly and took a long time to get the attention of anyone.
Nice atmosphere and food
Staff were amazing from start to finish. I booked a table for 12 people, for my nephews 18th birthday. They were very friendly and thorough throughout being there. The food was quick, hot and very tasty. Recommend going there again
Not a great night unfortunately. Went there for my Husband's birthday. He ordered a beer and waited 25 minutes. We could see it sat on the bar and managed to get someone's attention to bring it over. My husband had requested the Texan and asked for steak to be rare. Delivered medium to well done. Reported to waitress who took whole plate of food then brought it back saying the chef couldn't do all the food again but would do a steak. By the time the steak was brought, he had finished the rest of the food.
Service was great staff extremely helpful
Booked on line, no waiting and attended too quickly once waiter took order. Took a while to place order though but we weren’t in a rush.
Lovely food. Fabulous service. Value for money.
Had a lovely evening to celebrate my sons 10th birthday
Our waiter was very attentive and the restaurant very accommodating to our needs especially for such a large group of people.
Service was dreadful ( with exception of the manager who was fantastic on food intolerance information but I think must have finished his shift during time we were there) We were practically the only people in there but our food took ages to arrive, staff were rude and we had to ask for a number of things several times or get them ourselves. The chef was eating while cooking - in an open kitchen which we could clearly see and another in the kitchen was sucking a lollypop. The staff just stood around chatting- and swearing and acted as though us being there was a huge inconvenience because they couldn’t wait to clock off- making us feel uncomfortable and rushed. This was a weekend away for a special birthday and the experience really put a downer on things.
Food took waaaay too long to be served and wasn't particularly good either...
Excellent service and food was of good quality.
