Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
No wine glasses for red wine, had to drink out of champagne glasses. No coleslaw & food was poor.
I hadn’t been to a Tgi for years so was really looking forward to it as I’d always enjoyed the atmosphere and their food. However, I was disappointed at the lack of choice on the menu. The food was nice but I’ve had better for less money. Certainly wasn’t worth what we paid.
Food was ok but prawns tasted funny with the dish I had
Sasha was a great hostess, friendly and polite. Music, atmosphere and evening was great. Will return soon.
Very slow service given the restaurant was half full on a Tuesday evening. Food very mediocre and took an age to be delivered to our table. Very little atmosphere and seemed very understaffed
The lady and American man that looked after us were great, nobody else seemed to care. We were there as we had vouchers because nobody had cared when we went to celebrate our son's 9th birthday, we won't bother again.
Still establishing itself as a venue in new town and it kinda shows
We came in late on a Saturday night, our waitress was lovely and couldn't do enough for us
The waitress we had was lovely, very helpful
Our waitress was absolutely amazing but other than that this was a very disappointing visit. The drink I ordered tasted just of salt which was exchanged but really not much better second time around, I ordered no cheese in my chicken BLT. It was clear when it arrived they had added cheese, realised their mistake and scraped it off with remnants left behind. My other half’s burger was so small in comparison to images shown, and for the price I would have expected a lot more. Kids food was okay. The move to paper straws although better for the environment is not working for you guys. We got through 11 straws during 3 drinks...let’s hope they’re made of recycled paper and not coming straight from the forest! It has to be said that If it hadn’t been for such a lovely waitress we would have complained a lot more about the visit. Won’t be returning in a hurry.
Visited Saturday evening. It was busy but we were served in good time. The only oops was when the guy that served our starter knocked over one of our drinks. He didn’t clean it up very well, we had to do that ourselves and he didn’t replace the spilled drink, not sure if it was knocked of the final bill.
Good service, good food, enjoyable time.
My chips were cold the onion rings were cold and rock hard. The steak was perfect and delisous. I had a refillable diet coke and found it hard to get a servers attention to refill
I've never had such bad service in all my life, booked the table in advance, had to call a server over, after waiting for an hour, to take our order, not even a drink order had been taken, the food order when it finally arrived was wrong, the "apology" milkshakes for the children we were charged for and for more than what we had. They told us the cake was ready to bring out but yet still took another 20+ mins to do so.
A bit of a wait to be seated (we had booked) as no one was at the podium. A waiter did apologise and say he wasn’t able to sit us but someone would be with us shortly. Bar man was friendly and drinks were quick. Food was good and waitress (Lucy) was very good, very friendly, check backs, advice on choices, attentive, offered fresh cutlery and seemed very genuine in making sure we had a nice meal.
Food was atrocious, my wife’s steak was inedible due to it being 50% fat and gristle, my friends steak was the same. My half rack of ribs was burnt to a crisp and inedible. So three main courses out of 4 were sent back to the kitchen. Replacement steaks and ribs were provided with an apology, but by then , my appetite had gone. Table wasn’t cleared after our starter course. No replacement napkins were provided, in general the experience was forgettable, and it was supposed to be my birthday celebration!
Very slow service. Food was not hot when it eventually arrived. Expensive for what you get.
Great food, amazing staff. A little costly but expected for the service I received and was happy to pay it.
Our server, Ryan, was so busy but very friendly and noticed when we needed anything. The food was lovely and, despite being very busy, the food arrived quickly. (It isn't a fast food restaurant, so I am not talking 'instantly' but it was well within the time frame you'd reasonably expect for a busy restaurant.) It is a fun place to eat and that was our second visit since it opened.
Came for a 25th birthday meal and the service was fantastic. Was made to feel comfortable and as though the staff there were celebrating with us. A lovely lady named Lucy was serving us and she was so sweet always making sure our drinks were topped up whenever running low and paying special attention to my very talkative 3 year old. Well done Lucy you made our meal!
Well when i booked i left a comment about wanting a tomahawk left number and email for if there was a problem and travel all the way there ....oh its the tomahawk guy few mins later at table im sorry we now dont have it so a mass waste of our time
We had a great time celebrating my sons birthday and our waitress Ellie was very helpful and made it a superb afternoon
Service was poor and the air con was freezing (it was relief stepping outside into 30 degree heat!). When we have been previously, the refillable drinks were replaced almost as soon as the glass was empty, however this time it was near impossible getting one of the wait staff’s attention and took over 30 mins to bring out one drink despite asking 3 times (outrageous!). In addition to this, even though we booked, it took 30 mins to be seated when we could see multiple tables empty/needed cleaning and half the wait staff dordling around/chatting to each other. Unimpressed and unlikely to come back to that TGI’s anytime soon. Only positive was the good food - we were stuffed at the end and couldn’t fit in a dessert.
Our waitress Ellie was amazing so lovely and helpful she did a great job thank you Ellie for making our night enjoayable
