Friendly, welcoming staff
My waiter for the night was really good and made my daughters birthday meal a special night. I think his name was Adam
Excellent service from our waiter Jack! He really was lovely and did a great job! Our food was prompt and cooked how we asked. Could not fault it!
Our server Lucy was brilliant so I have marked the service as good. However, when we arrived there was no one on the front desk for a good 3 mins. When they did arrive they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. There seemed to be a lot of staff milking around but they couldn’t seat us. Once we were seated and Lucy came along the service was excellent.
Kelsey was a great waitress, very friendly and helpful. Food came out super quick and was lush. Jade on the front of house was very nice and had put a highchair and kids pack ready waiting for us from our booking. My toddler had a major meltdown towards the end of the meal so the manager helped us pay quickly as we decided it was better to leave and had just finished eating. A lovely meal (minus toddler tantrum) and very helpful and friendly staff, with great food.
We were having our Xmas work meal just a small group of us of 5. Once sat down we were greeted by our male waiter, all fine we ordered drinks and starters. Strangely our bottle of Prosecco came still all wrapped up with the cork in it, not like it was a huge mission but all females we had to pop the bottle. The waiter seemed very distracted and all over the place that evening, first all of our mains kept coming separately as in I ordered Duck Fajitas my duck came without the wraps. Only when 5 minutes later I mentioned it his answer was " ooh silly me, bringing them now". From what I understand the freezers were broken that evening and the group sitting next to us had their ice cream all over the seats instead of plates. There was no receipt paper in the card machine instead of asking a colleague find some, he replied with " thank god none of you need your receipts"! when my friend made a contactless payment of just a small amount, as you would she wanted to see what was the amount going out of her card that was requested. She didn't get shown, away from us he tapped her card and that was that. He said " don't worry I haven't like added another two zeros"!
I brought my children in for dinner this week and I have To say it would have been better had my food been hot .
The food was horrible. Retured 4 dinners twice. Will not be returning or recommending
Chips were seasoned with sugar??? Disappointed with the jingle bell cocktail, tasted like apple and blackcurrent squash in a glass filled to the brim with crushed ice.
We had the most amazing waiter , he was funny , polite and some of us where in a rush and he did everything to serve us fast and couldn’t do enough for us . It’s my first time at yr Bracknell branch and I would 100 % recommend it
Food arrived cold. After complaining we were offered new fresh cooked dishes. New dishes were our old ones but only reheated and some extra chips added. My burger wasn't completed and still cold so at this point decided to speak to the manager. She was very apologetic and amended our bill. There was no heating on which meant we sat with our coats on. It was my first time at TGI Fridays and the last one. Not pleasant experience .
We were looked after extremely well by Adam. We were all very pleased.Thank you.
Made a reservation and kept waiting. Taken to a clear but dirty table. Ordered and was taken to mains straight away so we asked for starters before. After we had been served main we had to ask for new cutlery and waited. My sons burger bread was stale and the food not that warm all for the pricely sum of £75
Really lovely server but service was slow and multiple items forgotten and had to be reminded. We had to wait for our table even though we had a reservation and when we were shown upstairs, it was empty! Food from the kitchen was slow too :( and when it did arrive, it looked like it was just thrown on the plate. We brought guests with us who had never eaten at TGIs before and I was gutted that was their first experience.
The staff member we had looking after our party of 20 worked very hard but she could’ve done with some help. There only seemed to be one bar tender on shift so we had long waits for drinks. Food was good but we did have to wait for it.
We were half an hour late sitting down! It was nearly 2 hours before we ate our main meals! 2 burgers had to be sent back because they were cold and a leg of duck was frozen inside! Overall experience was horrendous
Very pleasant atmosphere and the service was brilliant
We arrived having booked a table table the week before but still had to wait 10-15 minutes to sit down because the table wasn’t ready. Then we ordered our meals and were waiting approx. 30 mins before the waiter came over to say he had forgotten to put our order through so we would have to wait even longer for our starters - about 45 mins in total. When the starters came out, we had no cutlery on the table so had to wait another 5 mins whilst the food was getting cold. I also had to ask 3 times for a glass of water. They did apologise for the starter ordering issue and gave us a round of drinks for free but the general timings and waiting around was very poor.
Haven't been to TGI's for years as wasn't too keen on the food or price and was far better available elsewhere. However went back for a birthday event and thought it was great. Food, atmosphere and staff were great. Price was reasonable as well. Thanks. Will be going back.
The service and food was very slow
It’s a bit pricey but great for a special occasion.
Out waitress was amazing and made my little girls birthday extra special 😊
I live in between reading and Basingstoke I’ve been to every TGI witching a 100 mile radius love TGI’s but even thou had a bad experience in Staines as I was mixed up with someone else who’s been removed from the premises, ?? It was very embarrassing in front of my friends and family but this is the first time I’ve been to Bracknell and it’s been the best so far never been to better!! Staff are fantastic and so friendly and so clean very nice all together.
Very good service food was well cooked and we did not have to chase refills which was first time dut it made it a good experience.
