We had a fantastic evening at TGI's Bracknell for my 6 year olds birthday! The staff were really attentive and went out of their way to make him feel special.
Service was slow, but our waiter was fantastic apart from dropping mayo in my cocktail he was amazing. Would highly recommend this restaurant for food and drinks!
Overall lovely service, however did have to wait 45 minutes for our starters.
It was so good!!!!! Amazing service and the drinks are great
We were disappointed with the service to be honest. We waited a long time for our orders to be taken and even longer to get our drinks. We had to ask twice for water for the table and only ever got 2 glasses of water between 4 of us. The food was ok, nothing spectacular and the server was friendly when we did see her. There seemed to be an awful lot of staff milling around for the service to be so poor. We won’t be back in a hurry!
Poor service. We had booked our table for 3 people but was seated late. Lady that took us to our table was rude. Food and atmosphere were good
When we arrrived on time for our table we were told to get a drink at the bar as our table was not ready...we had to wait 30 mins for our table to be ready. The waiter was very kind, chatty but a bit clumsy - twice he dropped cutlery on the floor. The main course came out but unfortunately we still had our empty starters on the table..
I was very disappointed that as someone with wheat intolerance I couldn't have a chicken dish. I eat in lots of restaurants and I have always been able to find a chicken dish. The vegetable jambalaya was dry and bland. Our waitress was lovely but the service is very insufficient e.g. carrying 1 or 2 plates out at a time. My family liked their food but they said it wasn't as good as they had hoped. I won't be going back.
The service was extremely slow even though we saw staff just talking with each other. Food was slow to come out we had to ask several times for condiments, desserts menus, the bill to pay The children’s chips were barely warm but we waited a while for our food and they were hungry. Plus during the main we were never asked if the meal was ok . Nothing was automatically asked e.g if we wanted condiments, additional drinks, pudding menus once main was finished and plates collected. The table opposite us asked for sauces the waitress the proceeded to go and talk so after 5mins offered ours to them. The staff kept getting the table numbers wrong and were asked several times if food items and drinks were ours. On more than one occasion I heard the waitress muttering things and complaining about guests at one point saying to another you can take that table as I’ve had enough of them. I refused to complain at the time as it was my daughters birthday and refused to dampen her day and experience. It was nice they sang to my daughter and gave a cake (however we were unaware that she would get a cake and this was not prompted to us whilst we already ordered and paid for deserts).
We did not have a good time at all . After waiting for over an hour to be served our foods and then only half our food coming out we gave up and left . They did not have enough staff on. Very disappointed
Disappointing visit to an over busy, under staffed restaurant. Despite a pre-booked table, it took 40 mins to place an order and another hour before food was served (both incorrect and cold).
Service really slow, long waits. No starter arrived. Manager tried to put it all right, but not good.
Big improvement from the last time we visited. Service much quicker. Music can be a bit loud, we all like loud music but when dining out, you also want to be able to chat without shouting. Very accommodating though and turned it down slightly. Would definitely recommend after this visit.
Staff were great! Our waiter was really good kept bringing me over Mg refill which is nice as don’t have to keep asking. Very helpful.
Very good food good service but felt rushed at the end as they wanted the table did not realise there was a time limet
When arriving was so upset walked in and was told to go to the bar ,it was my Sons birthday not made special,.food came out and it was bad , been here before and it was good but not know, I’ve also booked my daughters 18th there thinking of changing that know , all the Staff we’re talking at the desk .my son did not have the experience that was written down, was told to arrive 15 min early to get a great experience , then to be told just go and get a drink at the bar , the new bar man was good to us after I voiced my concerns, the salad I had was not good tasting it it was limp and tasted rubbish, my Sons burger I told them not to put mayo on it and they put sour cream on it , when I complain they took it away for it to come back and was told that’s what they do , my son did not eat it , by then I didn’t want to make a seen because it was supposed to be happy time for my son , There was are waitresses that I want to make it clear she was trying her hardest to make us feel ok , let down by the rest of the team , will be reviewing my daughters party . First time I've been to any TGI Fridays. I asked for a gluten free menu, the manager himself prepared my food and it was delicious. The rest of my family thoroughly enjoyed what they chose. There was a bit of a wait for our main courses but we weren't in a hurry so that was not a problem. VERY GOOD value for money. Will definitely go to the one at the Lexicon Bracknell again.
Our waitress, Gabby, was very lovely and really took the time to interact with all her guests - She even taught a family across from us how to make dog balloons and I thought it was a very nice touch! Very much enjoyed our meal at TGI.
Waiter was very nice but clearly very new. He was a bit slow coming to get our drinks order and forgot to put through one of the mains we ordered. Food was incredibly slow to come out, nothing came out together (even components of the same meal like burger and chips) and most of the food was inedible as it was cold. Sorted out by the manager however even when returned a lot of it was still not hot. Overall had a terrible experience here, will not be back again unless significant improvements are made!!
I came into your restaurant after it first opened and the service was A*. This time the staff looked fed up and seemed to have lost enthusiasm. There seemed to be a lot of staff but nothing was getting done in an acceptable time frame. I noticed food waiting to be given out to the tables and several staff walked passed it slowly to clean tables. We had to ask for the bill and a balloon twice. Our waitress was very nice and polite but the whole atmosphere was dull. Hopefully, it was just a bad day so I will come back.
New store just opened , cocktails we inconsistent taste. Rib eye not the best ...
The staff were so friendly and accommodating, could not fault the experience. I ordered a GF burger and the staff were so clued yo about allergies and really went out of their way to accommodate me instead of making me feel like a picky eater. Unfortunately the food wasn’t 100% (kids hotdog was totally rank! And the garlic bread was dry and horrible so we didn’t eat those) but the rest was great and we will definitely be going lots in the future!
Great service especially as I needed gluten free menu. Everything was brilliant
Starter and pudding quite small. Mains great value
It was my 30th birthday and the person that was looking after us was amazing she made it really special and so fun
