Famed for its fantastic drinks selection, guests at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong cocktail list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
The service was appalling, so slow we wondered if there was anybody serving the table. The order was wrong and the main presented before the starter. When the starter was brought back it had just been re-hashed. It was extremely noisy to say the least. We were glad to get out of there.
Truly aweful experience at TGI in Bracknell. Turned up to be seated which was the only good part. No menus for over 25 mins, no drinks orders taken (had to go to the bar).. Starters order taken after over an hour.. The starters arrived after 1h20 mins after chasing and were cold...... Chased ours mains orders and after a while just walked out after complaining.. At the time we complained we had 5 people behind us doing the same think... Not going back anytime soon..
The food has always been amazing every time I've gone to TGI Fridays.
The greeting staff were very friendly, however our waiter did not check in on us or say anything actually which is nt what I am used to having only ever been at the Caversham restaurant. The food service was very slow - alot of people around us were complaining of this too. My Sons food was fine, but mine was left under the hot plate for ages and so it was all very dry- even the salad was under the hot lamp??? Very disappointed.
Very accommodating with my large booking request and great service on the night. Thank you!
We waited 50 minutes for our food when it arrived the food was dry no texture to it and was cold because of this we didn’t eat the food. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
Service very slow, the food was very disappointing and the bill was very hight. Definitely not coming back :o(
It was an amazing place and when the chilli was too hot the amazing waiter brought over two glasses of milk free of charge
Great food. Good atmosphere. Looked after my 9 year old really well. Thanks to Lucy.
Great place friendly
Had a great night. We were seated by a lovely lad who explained everything very clearly to us. His name was Tyler
Mark, who served our table was great. Very helpful and very friendly. He’s a great asset to the restaurant. Thank you
Adam was excellent
Long time since I last visited a TGIs. Was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Exceeded expectations.
Very good service. A little slow on shift change. Food was great as always
This is my 4th time back to TGI's and I cannot fault it. The service and the food is always superb!
Great service, which really made my son's 5th birthday one to remember. Thank you very much.
Actually very disappointed with our evening, we had booked a table for my daughter's 12th birthday, we sat down and were seen quite quickly, the waiter was nice but the wait was shocking, 2 children waited for 45 after asking twice where it was, mine was cold and my husband's mediocre at best. They were told it was for a birthday and the reason we chose there was the for the birthday feel... nothing! We had the cinema booked next door for 6, it took so long, I didn't have time to finish mine and the girls didn't have time for dessert, it was awful, £72 for a rubbish meal, long wait and no happy birthday. Will not book for an occasion again, total waste of money.
Told a table wasn't ready, but the table we got was empty all the time. Very slow getting food, nearly an hour. Slow getting bill, thought about pretending to leave just to get someone to come over. Would have given 0 stars for speed. Polite waiter was all you had going for you.
My daughter and I went to celebrate her 14th birthday and we have been here Before for other events and they have sang happy birthday and gave a hat to the person My daughter was wearing a badge and only the man at the bar who kept making banging noises noticed We had no hat or happy birthday and my daughter was disappointed as that is the only reason why we choose TGI Food was delicious and couldn’t have been better but no celebration spoilt our night
Poor service, had to wait a long time for one our meals to come out by which time the rest of us had almost finished eating. Had to ask on more than one occasion for drink and bill. Felt like we were forgotten about most of the time.
Ordered food, came out half an hour later with one persons main completely wrong. Had to eat my main course and 45 mins later my partners main course finally came out. Got there at 7.30 didnt eat his main until 9.00
We had terrible service, it took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive, we asked our waitress three times and there was never any apology, we were never offered any more drinks even though all our glasses were empty however she took away our empties. Food arrived, two food options were wrong and we had no cutlery on our table. We asked for the birthday cake to be returned and we never cut it or sang happy birthday as everyone just wanted to leave. I spoke to a lovely relief manager at the end who discounted our bill but our special occasion was already ruined. Won’t be returning until they sort out their service and staff.
All really good except for corn on the cob, very dry and let the meal down - surely can’t be hard to boil fresh for a nice crisp juicy bite?
Whilst at TGis on Friday night a tray of milkshakes were spilled by a waiter over my daughter, the seat and in my handbag. My purse, lining, sunglasses and case plus other various objects were covered. My daughter's dress was soaked all down the back. The restroom manager told me to bring the dry cleaning bill in and gave us 25% off our meal. I don't feel that was sufficient for the experience we have received. I managed to clean the contents of my handbag at home, but my daughter had to spend the rest of her evening in a wet dress smelling of milk. Not a great experience..
