We came as quite a big group with two toddlers and 4 kids with it being one of there birthdays and the staff made it so special for him couldn’t fault the service or the food the young girl in charge of our table deserve a pay rise in our opinion she gave us a perfect night and our son a perfect birthday :)
First time eating here and will definitely come back again
Our server, Nathan, was attentive, friendly and unobtrusive :) He made it extra special, as it was my friend's son's 13th Birthday- listening that Ben might be embarrassed and to only have 3 singers. Excellent all tound!! Thank you, would definitely recommend and visit again.
Staff were very friendly, service and food were fantastic.
very happy with the service on arrival upon ordering our starters to deserts was overall 2 and a half hours, witnessed all young employees chatting for long periods of time while we was waiting to get served, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy and the staff were acting like children.. singing and dancing and eating food around the main area.
Excellent food, excellent service
Lovely new addition to Middlebrook. Great same standard as the other TGI’s will definitely be visiting again!
Great service, our waitress was very efficient and made sure our drinks were topped up. Lovely food.
First visit. Lovely staff (particularly Ellie), nice food, pleasant atmosphere and child friendly. Free baby food was a nice touch.
We arrived Friday ,We sat down 20 minutes later than our booking time .It was busy and service was very slow .
Cons - Mains came before starter plates had been cleared away Drinks took a long time to come 15 minutes from sitting down to first drink arriving Got clean set of cutlery with mains but no napkins, got up and got them myself Pros - Food delicious Drinks measures generous
We were waiting ages for the food. We were in the restaurant for over 2 hours. I had a voucher for free cocktails if I was paying for them I would have sent them back. They were the worst pornstar martinis we’ve ever had. I’ve been wanting to go to this restaurant since I saw it being renovated so I booked for my birthday as a treat. The experience just wasn’t up to our expectations and I felt I paid a lot of money for very mediocre food.
Very poor experience. Food was disappointing and definitely not value for money
Few issues with waiting for food. Part of order was brought without rest of food. Also had to cancel last drinks as last milkshake took a long time to come and when it did, it was spilt into neighbouring diners handbag! Got 10% off the bill for this. Food was delicious though.
The food was really good but service was terrible. We had been sat at our table for 20 minutes & not even had our drinks order taken. We had to ask could we order drinks. No complaints on the food. After our mains were cleared & we had sat there for a further 15 minutes again we had to ask could we have a kids desert menu. When we order a scoop of orange sorbet i had to ask after 25 minutes where it was. This is the second time i have visited Bolton TGI’s and both experiences were the same. Great food horrendous service.
The service was too slow took 25 mins to take even a drinks order on arrival a further 15 for them to arrive, staff aren't bothered not paying attention to the tables they are waiting, disappointing experience, the price isn't cheap better service in mcdonalds. Food was good when it arrived, no extra drinks offered though out meal, no one checked if we needed anything additional, We will not return and would not recommend.
Great atmosphere .... really nice guy waiting on us ... nothing too much trouble. Food was really good. We were celebrating our sons 13th birthday and daughters 6th birthday. Staff brought out a birthday card for them both. Then provided delicious slice of birthday cake with a candle for them both . All staff came and sang. Thank you TGI Fridays team!!!
Service extreamley slow, we asked 3 waiters for sauce for the children's tea, by the time 1 waiter came back to us they had finished the food, the other 2 waiters never came back!
It was exceptionally busy, and even though there were plenty of staff to serve, the food took ages even though we could see it on the pass. The waitress who served us was very blunt and I’d go as far to say miserable too.
Fantastic night. We are big Hard Rock and Frankie and Benny fans but we were won over by the food and service provided by Beth at Bolton. We will definitely be back.
Our experience at TGI’s was brilliant, couldn’t fault the young guy who served us. Gave us lots of info about the menu and even though it’s a small thing we didn’t ask for a refill on our drinks he just came over with fresh drinks. The food was great, hot and fresh and we didn’t wait long, was asked a couple of times if everything was okay Which everything was fine I’d come back any day to the horwich TGI’s because I have had 2 bad experiences at the Trafford centre one Thankyou!
Had a lovely time with my family celebrating my son 18th. Service was fabulous, very friendly. Only flaw is queuing at the bar not enough staff
First time we have ever been to a tgi Friday. We had an excellent meal and my son's birthday was one to remember thanks to the staff who sang to him. Very impressed with service, we will be becoming regulars.
Appallingly sweet food, clearly aimed at younger customers. I dread the next time I have to go again. Over priced. Atmosphere was good though and staff were friendly and engaging. I had the glazed burger. The worst burger I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even taste the meat. So disappointing.
