An eclectic wine bar and restaurant in East Dulwich, serving wine with energy and food with respect.
A lovely relaxed evening
Hi, I had for the first time a very disappointing meal here. I have eaten here a few times and have been delighted with the food and service (which is still excellent, staff could not be nicer or more professional). We had some very lack luster mussels, some were I think over cooked and falling apart and the broth was unexciting..the bread was excellent. We then had a mackerel Roulade which was a piece of mackerel (nice) plonked on a bed of what seemed just to be cold coleslaw, which we just found unappetizing .Then what was really wrong was the jerusalem artichokes. Which it turns out are famous for causing gut problems if not cooked properly and these were not. They were deep fried and very crunchy on the outside and uncooked in the middle. I do not know about my friend, but I had a terribly upset stomach that kept me up all night. While I would go there again as it has a lovely atmosphere, i think I would just stick with the wine.
Everything about the place screams quality - the friendly service the nice ambiance, the FOOD (the best pate I think I've ever had and the wine was great too)! It was all just lovely and 100% will be going back because it's too good a place to not try everything on the menu. Highly recommended.
Great food, drink, wine, service, vibe and company.
Loved the food and wine. Loved the staff- welcoming, friendly and great service. Liked the atmosphere I thought it’s a great for outings when you want to have conversations. On the flip side I thought it was a bit overpriced and the plates aren’t very generous- a bit problematic when it comes to sharing. BUT DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend it!!
Great wine and delicious food. We especially liked the spring onion and romesco and the stilton and endive. Thanks guys, we'll be back soon!
Super delicious food and wine. Hits the spot everytime.
Amazing restaurant with a great selection of wines and excellent food. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.
Would be great to have some gluten free bread/crackers and some port options to go with the cheese, but otherwise excellent.
Fantastic as always!
I love this place, the food is exquisite and the people really look after you. I would live here if I could.
We enjoyed our visit & will return. While the menu is short we found several dishes to choose and enjoyed all of them. We drank the house wine which was good and well priced but there was a concentration on the wine list of much more expensive bottles. This probably dissuaded us from ordering a bottle & is slightly at odds with the style of Terroirs and its food.
The staff here are really lovely - friendly, informative and helpful. Atmosphere is lovely, though was quiet the last time we came. I always enjoy coming here, though so far have only had the cheese and charcuterie so must try more of the menu next time. Great place.
We had fabulous evening, great, friendly service, beautiful food and wine and buzzy atmosphere looking forward to coming again.
Amazing quality food at reasonable price.
We were really excited about visiting this venue after recently moving to the area. All started well, however, after asking to taste a different wine to the original one we had ordered the service we received significantly shifted; with by myself and my partner noticing it. An example of this: after finishing the butter that came with our bread, we asked for some more, the waitress didn't even acknowledge us and simply dropped the butter bowl on the table. The atmosphere on the upper level is good but being at the back by the kitchen area feels a bit quiet out of the action. Great all round
Lovely relaxed setting great service from the waitress who was French and very knowledgeable on wine :)
We had a really lovely evening at Terroirs. The food was amazing and the service was perfect We'll definitely be back!!!!!
Excellent food and wine. Interiors a lttle too rustic, needed warming up to give a better atmosphere.
I always enjoy eating here. Food is great quality.
Very enjoyable. We had the lunch special which was tasty and extremely reasonably priced
All the team on duty were super friendly and helpful
