the food was great and the Chef was very efficient and cooked vert well
Efficient booking system, nice food and good arrangement
I think the restaurant environment is too quiet. I suggest that can provide background music can relax the restaurant tone that that is too serious. I can hear the walking step sound like a Japanese scary movie. Plus I think that staff service can be more improved. After I was leaving and waiting to get back my shoes from locker. No one is waiting at reception and I have to wave at the waiter and she come without cleaning her hand to take me shoes. Thank you for rake my feedback but definitely not will come next time.
Nice atmosphere, food and service. Will visit again
Very good atmosphere and great food, definitely will come again
Hello, I would like to make a complaint. Although I made a reservation for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday we weren't able to go as the restaurant was closed. Although I understand why it was closed, Altira's website had no notice, unlike what happened with the other closed restaurant in the same hotel. I was able to make the reservation and I even received confirmation by SMS, which should not happen as it was closed. I was not contacted by anyone about the closure either. I had to find out when we were already on the way there and we contacted the hotel to enquire about parking. This was absolutely ridiculous and embarrasing. We had to make last minute reservations in another restaurant. I'm not happy at all with how this was handled and I expected a lot better service from Tenmasa and Altira.
very attentive waitresses
we came here last week for the fireworks and the good reputation of food. the service was great, sake is good, food was so-so. signature food in this restaurant is tempura, however, it did not meet my expectation at all. it was quite disappointing for us. sashimi was fresh, we liked it. steam egg with eel was good and the beef sukiyaki was yum! but the salmon chazuke was flavorless. Location is a bit remote, no shuttle to ferry terminals, very inconvenient for tourist. atmosphere was not quite like what they show on their website. partial of the habour view is actually blocked by the building nearby, but we were still able to watch the fireworks. we spent almost $4000hkd and would expect to have better food quality.
Best Tempura in Macau

Wider variety of wines would be great
Excellent Service and give me a wonderful night, thank you
