The service needs to be improved, with a buffet you need new cutlery all the time after your plate has been cleared. Also I noticed that there wasn’t someone to welcome guests, a hostess would be a great addition

There was not too much of a spread. If you compare Billy G's at Monte Casino, then there was very little food. Needed more variety of food. There was also no name tags to say exactly what was served, so kept on having to call the chefs to ask. For desserts nobody could really tell us what was what. The place is beautiful, was just very disappointed with the food

My online booking did not go through to the restaurant, and it didn't appear on their system the day I arrived. When I got to the restaurant we had to wait at the door, and the price was different from what I was told by one of the waitresses the day before. There isn't proper communication of prices to customers and the hostesses are not welcoming.

The night was great. we had a problem with the reservation. we made a online reservation for 16:00 The phoned me on the day to confirm it not informing me about the times lunch and dinner close and start. They called the chef and we explained to him what happened. He was very helpful. He said because the lunch is almost over he could go and look to see what food is left and if it is in good standard to serve it to us. He made as suggestion that if possible we can come back at 18:00 so we can get the food quality we deserve. He also said because we have an reservation we can come back at 17:30 most of the food would be ready. We came back at 17:30 He said they are just busy brining in the food he will call us to explain the dishes just to make sure there are noting we are allergic to. He took us from pot to pot explaining every dish He made the night memorable for us. Please thank the Chef for us again. Kind regards

Staff seem untrained Always complaining about getting hot beverages on the other side of the building. Not familiar with your hours We had waffles with watery scrapes of ice cream as it was finished 🤔 Probably overwhelmed as she said it's her 1st day. I will definitely come back.

There was nothing exciting about the food I'm not much of a cook and I could cook the menu you served us The chicken was stale. The did not have any fruit juice without acid so my husband was forced to drink water . The only thing I enjoyed was the company of friends and desert.

It's a pitty I had to wait so long for the protein dishes - Fish, beef and pork roast. Seeing as it was a Saturday night you could have foreseen it would be busy. The selection of starters (salad) and main was extremely limited. Desert selection was good. I still cannot understand why I was asked to pay upfront for my meal before I had even started eating. Clearing of used plates and cutlery was slow.

No one was available at the front desk on arrival. Waiter only attended to us after 10min. Limited buffet compared to other buffets.
