Service is lacking and food comes out too slow. On TOP of that my order came incorrectly
Keep it up! Forge ahead with excellence!
The food was good although the noodles and abalone were a bit too salty.
Always a good experience dining at Szechuan Court.
It’s good everything, but maybe overpriced, even for a hotel.
Had a good CNY meal.

Items in the menu is too little. Hope that more SzeChuan dishes can be included in future.
Apalling service. Waited 1 hour for food, mood for entire evening is spoilt
Me and my wife ordered the dinner set @$108 ++.. the food and service was ok in fact food was good. However, not sure why.. we had to wait almost 15-20 mins per dish (we were there for more than 2 hours to finish the meal)... we were quite dissatisfied on this delay and slowness ... pls let us know why .. as a customer
Should have more fix menu
Was unaware that there is limit of 5 pax for Accor plus. Told the manager they should inform customer when we book so that we can use the voucher, he was not helpful nor receptive and kept repeating that credit cards etc have the same condition. Why? It is a feedback as I am new and why the unhelpful unfriendly sarcasm fro Johnson.
Service was efficient but lack class . Food was very average - the braised mushroom with sea cucumber was good but the gravy watery . The er fu noodle at $34/- small serving was dry & bland ! Perhaps the Lunar New Year effect? i celebrated my birthday last year and received rave reviews from my guests
A dedicated waitress for not more than two tables
The food was very bad. There are so few staffs and can't even serve us properly. With such an expensive avenue, I am extremely disappointed with it.
Still have room for improvement.
It was a pleasant experience. We enjoyed the meal very much and the service is good.
fion is very professional, patient and helpful. her service is superb.
We enjoyed the food and place provided us a nice place for us to catch up. We were the last group to leave the restaurant, and appreciate your staff din even reminded us to leave. Just one feedback on the drunken chicken (appetizer). We would suggest not to use breast meat for this dish. First time we came across this cold dish using breast meat. That was the only dish which none of us like it.
Celebrated my father in law's 70th birthday during the CNY period. We ordered entirely from the a la carte menu. We felt that the service and attitude was excellent. The food however was quite hit and miss. The fried prawns in wasabi was quite expensive for the amount and the fried rice clearly did not have the 'wok hei' taste or smell. The meat platter 3 combo was not bad while the xiao long bao and dim sum was quite okay. We felt the dessert was of a better quality particularly the durian sago and the lotus paste. I managed to get 50% off the final bill from the Accor vouchers.
We were attended by staff with a reddish nose and was sniffling away, standing besides me taking my order. On my drawing attention to the executives i was assured there was temperature taking of all the staff before starting work. As reported, Wuhan virus can be spread even before symptoms appear. That aside, the staff that was serving us should not have done so, sinustitis or otherwise, espcially during this period. This incident aside, the service was good.
Good selection of Lunar New Year menu And service was great toooo
