Good food as always !
Excellent food, excellent service.....
Excellent service especially from the managers such as Janet, John n Fion. Always happy n satisfied after visiting the outlet
Food is nice however I find it is a bit over priced.
The thin noodles was great. Beancurd dim sum delicious too. However , the sweet and sour pork was too hard and sweet. That was a disappointing dish.
Service is too slow and not attentive enough.
Dishes came in sporadically. Waitresses had to be reminded that I was entitled to longetivoty buns, before I was served that. Dim sum dishes served were just a tad warm. Most likely taken from dim sum buffet area, where the food would have been placed outside for quite a while.
My steamed cod fish was cold when the service staff brought it to my table.
Quite bad food on taste and dimpsum options are limited ln ala carte. The fish was cooked without any salt. Donr expect after paying so much.
Add more dim sum to the lunch menu
Good service and food .
We had the $98 set dinner. Only the soup is hot. The rest of the dishes are lukewarm. Since it is set dinner, each dish should be serve individually to each diner and not serve each dish on a common plate for us to self divide.
Food is nice , I would like to compliment the call centre staff, Mr Bonon for his friendliness and helpful with my request.
Had an enhoyable dinner there
Can be better
Tables were well-spaced, lighting was comfortable. Seems under-staffed for the evening. Had to be prompted to serve the next dish. Otherwise, service was good when we remembered us. No fault of the staff, could see that they were busy tending to the crowd. Food was generally fine, except for a few observations. Smoked duck and char siew were not cleanly cut, slices were still bunched together. Cod was tough and fishy, not smooth and flaky as expected. We enjoyed the aloe vera dessert, though.
The food is delicious but quantity small and expensive. Ambience is good and staffs are courteous.
1. Inconsistent with the information on the promotion. We have to constantly remind the discount which was verbally agreed via phone by your staff when called to make booking 2. Tastefully Decor and quiet. Good place to dine and chat with friends and business associates 3. Staff needs to be trained to be more attentive and patience with the customer. 4. Over priced vs. Quality 5. Was expecting authentic SzeChuan food but it wasn’t
We enjoyed our set menu dinner at Sze Chuan Court. The food tasted great and I particularly enjoyed the hot and sour soup (although I’d requested for it to be less spicy, it was still full of flavour). A minor comment is that the grouper fillet tasted a tad stale and overcooked - but this could have been a one-off.
The food is ok, much less good than Si Chuan Dou Hua or other high-end Chinese restaurants. Service is polite but not pro-active. Prices are high for the quality. I only go here because of the Entertainer offer; otherwise, it’s just poor value.
The spicy fish slice is a bad example, the taste of chili and sichuan pepper and the oil is superb, selection of side vegetable is also quite authentic, however the fish is sooooooo wrong. Should not use that sea fish, which has different texture and flavour. Sweet and sour pork is tasty. And XO sauce asparagus is fantastic.
Thank you for the wonderful dining experience.
