About Sushi Atelier
Contemporary sushi restaurant serving artistically created Japanese dishes. Expect delicate carpaccios, inventive sushi rolls and beautifully topped nigiri.
Service is from a long sushi counter, the chefs working in front of the cutomers. There are also cosy tables of larger parties which don't wish to sit at the bar.
Drinks include super chilled draft Asahi, premium sake, wine and spirits.
Lovely evening and food, staff were prompt and friendly. We were sat in the lower basement, near the stairs.. and unfortunately it got a bit noisy as people came running up and down the stairs. That said, the food was amazing and we will be back. Thanks!
Delicious sashimi, excellent range. Can't wait to go back!
Fantastic restaurant with 1st class food and service with a really welcoming and friendly atmosphere and staff. Best Japanese restaurant in London in my opinion
Very much appreciated the two glasses of prosecco on the house that were brought to us because we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. That was an amazingly sweet touch. Also food, drinks and the service were all impeccable. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others.
Amazing food - especially the tuna carpaccio. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Lovely.
Sushi was very good.
Excellent experience. The best value quality sushi in London. Every staff member is wonderful too.
Excellent quality of sushi, expertly prepared and presented.
The food tasted good but one of the portions of sushi took 45 mins to an hour to arrive and we weren't offered any compensation.
The food was good, the service was excellent and the restaurant is very nice. Moderately expensive but not unreasonable although the wine and sake was expensive, so one to two cheaper options would have been nice.
Really great food and friendly staff
The Food was Great!
Atmosphere: quiet place in general, which is what you would expect from a japanese food venue. Unfortunately a group of 3 girls was sitting next table and making a considerable amount of noise, which was very disrupting. This ultimately pushed us to leave earlier than we expected. Service: it was ok Food & Drink: The chefs special selection is why I go to this place. Its amazing Value for money: Its an expensive place, which reinforces my expectation of not just having great food, but peace of mind and great atmosphere. Like stated above, the noise from other table was very disrupting
Love the food - really great
Lovely authentic atmosphere and very fresh seafood! Always come here for the omakase.
Lovely fresh food, very reasonable pricing for central London. Great service. Highly recommended.
Amazing Japanese food with friendly service. Not “just about sushi” (which is also good!) For the quality, I think it’s very reasonably priced. If you’re wondering whether to go, just do it!
Everything was perfect
Great sushi, great value and attentive service. What more do you want?
A very intelligent focus on being cost effective has kept prices reasonable and quality good. Through a flirtation with “Fusion” they have broadened their appeal, whilst by limiting the range of offerings they probably minimise wastage, enabling excellent value for money to be offered. Thoroughly recommend to all but the most resolutely traditional fan of Japanese cuisine.
Amazing experience - magical to watch the sushi chef's prepare amazing food in front of our eyes. Highly recommend!!
Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, overall a great experience. I highly recommend Sushi Atelier to anyone considering going and will return. Thank you to the staff for the special touches for my girlfriend’s birthday.
Great service, and the sushi is fantastic - which is very rare in London.
