The menu takes its influence from the current food trends popularized by the food truck scene across America. We want to play with the idea of 'American comfort food', where classic dishes are designed to make you smile when you see them on the menu.
Food was great, atmosphere great, service was great, every one there was very attentive.
Essayer de comprendre que nous avons besoin de finir un Gin To avant que la bouffe arrive 🤣
Service was lacking. Waiter was a bit rude. When we asked to sit next to the window, the waiter said it was reserved and half an hour later, a couple with no reservation got that table.
While the potential is obvious with the fantastic view the booking is rather a let down While the service is friendly it is very slow Attention to detail is missing This is down to the management rather than the staff
Arrived for our reservation and no one spoke to us. After standing around for 10 minutes we decided to leave! Horrible service and nowhere near what they hype it up to be.
El Sr Luis muy atento y excelente servicio. Los recomendé.
Excelente vista y ambiente. Súper recomendable
It was my husband birthday, and this restaurant made it feel so special. We LOVED the atmosphere, the food and wine was delicious and best of all our waiter Cesar was amazing!!!! Thank you for your service....
The food was delicious. The location was great and the view from the 7th floor restaurant was absolutely amazing!
We have had really a great stay and a perfect evening! Dinner was great and we would highly recommend this restaurant with a fantastic view to the Times Square. Thanks a lot! We will come back on our next trip to NY!
On the 31th floor the view was beautiful. The restaurant atmosphere and staff were quite pleasant however the food was unfortunately rather disappointing.
The entire staff went out of their way to make my daughters’ birthday celebration special!! Very pleasant, professional staff and just beautiful views!!
Love, love, LOVED this venue. Our waiter was amazing and very personable. The food was very tasty, and our view was stunning!
No one approached us to sit us for nearly 10 minutes. There was no one to even ask but one of the waiters. Once we were sat we had to ask for the pre-theater menu since we had a show to see and the price fixe menu and the proximity to the theater were the reasons I chose to dine here. The waiter seemed distracted and disinterestedly. My dining companion ordered the Chili Chicken bites as an appetizer but some of them were uncooked and pink inside and had to be sent back. The second batch was fine. Our main entrees were fine and actually pretty good. The Apple Pie dessert we split was tasty. Overall we were unimpressed.
Nice Service, nice Location, amazing view. Food was amazing, especially the Salmon!
Had friends in from out of town. Severely disappointed in the service we received. Was meant to show them a good time. Won’t be coming back
My two girlfriends and I went to Supernova to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I made a reservation a month ahead. Everything was wonderful, the ambiance was elegant and modern, the space is beautiful, out table overlooked Times Square. We got cocktails and 5 appetizers. The drinks were weak, but never mind. As we were finishing the cocktails about 40-50 minutes later, the server showed up with the bill, and told us that we need to leave as they were waiting for a group! We were absolutely shocked. We said that we were not done and we were not leaving. We wanted the manager. The manager didn’t show up, nor did the server. Another server took our order for more drinks and desserts. We stayed about 30-40 minutes longer, but the mood was spoiled. The original server managed to make the birthday celebration a disaster. And by the time we left, there was not a single soul in the lounge. No group, nothing. It’s a shame that a nice place can be destroyed by unprofessional staff.
The ambience is terrific. The server was pleasant. The appetizers were inedible. The lobster roll was so full of lemon, it was inedible. The roasted tomato soup was so full of pepper, it seemed they spilled the pepper shaker into the soup. We cancelled the main course and said we just wanted to pay for our drinks and go. We passed the manager on the way out. He said “thanks guys” and we left. We will never return.
Great view - 50 yard line view of Times Square. Service great.
menu was kind of limited. I would be good if there was dinner menu that was different than the lunch menu.
Atmosphere un peu sombre. A part celà, service correct et rapide, personnel agréable et nourriture trés correcte.
Trop d'attente pour le plat (1heure) Too much waiti for the dish (1 our)
Had the absolute best dinner here! Travelling from Australia to celebrate my mums 50th birthday on the 1/1/20 and the staff surprised us with a free cheesecake and birthday candles for her. It was beyond more than we could have asked for, thank you so much for making her birthday more than she expected!
The food was great with a great view.
