About Suda Thai Cafe & Restaurant
We love to bring Bankok's bustling vibrant street food scene, for you to experience. We offer the most popular of city's best-loved fried Gai Tod Hat Yai, Modd dad-diew with sticky rice or Char-grilled. like satay. Gai Yang or steamed noodle roll with minced chicken and tofu on top. Our small bites, small plate and sharing plate are perfect for sharing so you can try everything.
Some Thai dishes are very spicy or mild, however, we can usually adjust to your taste. Just let us know.
All our dishes are cooked on the spot from E-sarn Thai salad section and from our main kitchen. So when your dish is READY it comes straight out to your table for you to enjoy.
Of course, some other dishes may take a little longer the others but we try to make sure the wait is minimal and assure you the masterpieces is worth the wait.
what a amazing food & worth it.....
Food was really great, but the service wasn’t the greatest on our visit.
Had a lovely day out with my friend. All staff were very friendly and warm. Thai style Papaya salad is a must.
I have visited Suda a number of times and always found the food good quality and good value, especially the lunchtime menu.
Lovely food and great service
Excellent food and polite, helpful staff
Great service great food
I wasn't pleased when I arrived, we waited for more than 5 minutes by the door but not a single person attended to us. It says "please wait to be seated" by the door but no one was there. Staff did see us but did nothing. Looking around the restaurant it was empty and could tell it was understaff due to other customers who kept on looking around to get an attention of staff/waiter. I won't be recommending this please due to the lack of customer service.
although we had a reservation we got a table next to the door, where it was very cold. other guests who came without reservation were seated inside the restaurant. later they started the aircondition and at our table it even grew colder. usually we planed also to eat a dessert but not in this cold surrounding. we liked Suda in covent garden, but now this was our last visit .
Lived in Thailand for many years and haven’t eaten Thai food since I left. What they have here is lovely authentic Thai food and it brought back so many happy memories even down to the kind and hospitable Thai service. Will definitely come back here again.
Great service and amazing food! Will definitely book again!
Service was quick, staff was pleasant, food was very tasty and not too much or too little. And the price was reasonable. We wasn't rushed, the deco was very nice although I would say the tables where too close to each other. Would diffently recommend and visit again.
The service was so so so slow! It's was early on a Friday night, they weren't overrun at all. Has to ask to order drinks and again ask to order food. One dish came out super spicy even though it didn't indicate this on the menu. The meal was replaced but then without any sauce and different style chicken. Was all a little strange and sadly won't return.
Lovely food and friendly service. Also good value for money.
Very enjoyable - superb food, well presented and delicious!
We were a very large party (roughly 50) and made the booking a month in advance. Arranging the booking was simple and easy, and it was easy enough to arrange the various allergies, etc. On the staff were excellent from start to finish and the food itself was very good, and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend using Suda Thai for a large group meal, and plan to return myself with a smaller group in the near future.
Nice food nice location good service but a bit expensive
had a lovely vegetarian green curry - absolutely scrummy!
The service was impeccable, every waitress and waiter we talked to was so nice and we were looked after so well
I tried Suda because of its connection to Patara which is an excellent Thai restaurant. My son and I were going to the theatre so we only had about an hour to dine. We ordered soup, some rice paper rolls, a chicken dish and beef noodle soup. Everything tasted good but nothing was hot that was meant to be hot (temperature wise). It was all only luke warm so it was very disappointing. We didn’t have time to complain and have it rectified as we were in a hurry. Disappointed as I expected better from them.
A fantastic Thai restaurant! Couldn’t rate it highly enough. The food was delicious and prompt in a great location with a great ambience. The menu was great, displaying a lot of pictures of the food to make it easy to select the right meal.
Really great service, and the dessert was amazing!
Didn’t really feel authentic, lacked flavour
Great food and service
Excellent food and service - really enjoyed group dinner there and would come back.
