About Spiga Bistro at Bread Collection
For us only a sourdough hand-crafted base is good enough and contains just four ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast. It then double ferments for a minimum of 20 hours at room temperature making it soft, light and most importantly easy to digest. You will see your pizza cooking in our traditional wood fired oven. With a temperature over 400 degrees it cooks quickly giving a puffed-up crust and an intense aroma. When you combine this with our Chef’s expert handling and finest sourced ingredients, we believe you will be sure to return. All our pizzas are roughly 11”.

Not a big Pizza fan but my husband is hence we went to Spiga....I had the Capriciosa and it was just fab...loved it....the pizza dough is amazing. Service was reallly good and everyone helpful and friendly. Not a huge choice of wines and felt a little pricey...but defiantly will go back!
The manager and all the staff once again gave us an amazing welcome and great evening with good food , especially nice to see the specials menu . Thank you .
