always enjoy the friendliness of the staff, and the food never disappoints.
Great food. Amazing service.
I have never been disappointed by the quality of the food at Spice Market.
Incredible value for money!
One of the best steaks we have been served EVER!!! Charred beautifully on the outside and melt in your mouth tender on the inside . The staff are just so friendly and welcoming....we even had to insist that the chef go home as we were the last people in the restaurant and he was waiting to see if we were wanting desert. Highly recommend Spice Market bar and restaurant!!
Very pleasant small restaurant. Excellent breakfast- wide variety of choices, with an array of fruits, superb yoghurt cook your own toast with a toaster that cooks to perfection, eggs bacon mushrooms tomatoes, great hot coffee and more .
Only reason I rated low for atmosphere is that no one else was in the restaurant at the time. Staff were very nice. Young Taiwanese lady was very pleasant.
Hello. Last night a friend and I ate at your Spice Market restaurant, and had a very poor experience with the male Manager there. Upon paying I presented my SDA Union frequent values card, as Spice Market is listed in the booklet for me to receive 20% off. The manager told me he had never seen the card before and they dont honour it. I explained it was in the SDA booklet, which is an affiliate of the Entertainment book, he told me I was a liar and to show him proof. I didnt have the book on me, as I assumed a restaurant like yours would know if it is in an Entertainment value book, but he continued to tell me he'd been a Manager there for 3 years and is in charge of marketing and would know if they were in the book. We went back and forth for a few minutes and I told him his customer service was terrible and he was being very rude. He continued that it was too bad and I was a liar. I have taken photos of the SDA booklet and your offer and am happy to send to you, and am not as bothered about the 20% off as I am about his disgusting customer service. I do not wish to be called a liar and spoken to in that manner by the person you have hired as a Manager. Perhaps you need to let him know that his behavior is not appropriate, and that Spice Market is indeed in the SDA Frequent Values Entertainment booklet. Perhaps you should hire a better Manager. Thank you for your time.
Great food & service
Enjoyed a nice wine and beer at happy hour ... Entree of juicy lamb skewers and sweet prawns. Mains were an excellent beef curry and beautiful barramundi. Jay and Ashley’s excellent service topped off a great night!
Enjoyed the beef curry
Excellent food and friendly service.
It was a little pricey - but the food was fantastic and worth the money! Atmosphere was not overly fancy or casual. We were comfortable and the meal was lovely. The service was prompt and friendly. We ate there during the last night of our stay. Had we done so earlier we probably would have eaten there again. My son said it was his favorite meal the whole trip.
I especially enjoyed my lamb skewers I had for entree, they were honestly cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. This restaurant was lovely both service and atmosphere. Just a pity it wasn’t open more due to all the Easter holidays during my stay.
FOOD WAS VERY GOOD
Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Good food and service. My friends are I were very happy with our experience.
Thank you for such a pleasurable stay over last 4 days we have enjoyed everything, food and service.
Great food and atmosphere
Very pleased with the room, very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, appreciated the half priced main meal with room and concert tickets, unfortunately my bao bun was hard and not possible to eat, the waitress appolagised but nothing more was said or done. Luckily I was not overly hungry that night.
Fabulous service by the great staff at the Rochford Food was delicious and venue really good
Even though the menu is a bit limited the food was very good and the service was excellent. I had the chicken breast with a side of wok steamed veg. Both were tasty.
The ongoing renovations impacted a little bit
Warm night and fine food at the Spice market. Gigi was our excellent waiter
Food cooked to perfection!
